Abstract

This study investigates the effect of compiling master's theses on improving the educational, research, professional and personal skills of graduates of the last five years in the faculty. The research method is descriptive-analytical with library studies and obtaining the opinions of faculty members. The statistical population of the study included 75 graduates of Master of Traffic Management who were selected in full. The method of collecting field information and its tools are a researcher-made questionnaire that contains 43 closed questions with Likert scale and the information was collected through an online online questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was done through content method and questions from 12 professors and experts and its reliability was obtained through Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0. 88). Data analysis was performed using Excel and SPSS statistical software. In order to answer the main hypothesis, and to enrich the research, inferential methods such as t-test have been used. The use of t-test requires the normality of variables. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used for this purpose. The results show that all four hypotheses about increasing educational, research, job and personal skills have been confirmed, so it can be concluded that the development of a master's thesis has improved the skills of graduates.
