Abstract

Background Technology transfer can include equipment, machinery and tools, human skill and experience, data, knowledge, techniques as well as management. The present paper aims to analyze the role of Technology transfer in employee Work ethics. Method The present research is an applied descriptive-correlation survey. The statistical population of the research includes the employees of the Gluten-food industry. In order to collect data, a questionnaire of 50 questions was used that included two parts of Work ethics and Technology transfer. Pearson correlation coefficient and univariable regression were used to analyze the data. Structural equation modeling was used to test the pattern of research using Amos software. Results Based on the software output and significant numbers, the findings showed that the four main dimensions of Technology transfer in total were explained significantly to 13. 7 percent of the variance of employees' professional ethics. Conclusion According to the results of this study, by emphasizing and emphasizing the issues of technology and transferring and accepting technology in the organization, it can be used to help professional ethics, conscience and commitment of employees.
