Abstract

 God cre(a)ted the hum(a)n inherently soci(a)l, (a)nd m(a)de the continu(a)tion of his life (a)nd (a)ctu(a)liz(a)tion of his t(a)lents dependent on the rel(a)tionship with the society. From the beginning, by underst(a)nding this f(a)ct, the hum(a)n tried to seek the proper course of living (a)nd perceive the ide(a)l society. Of the most controversi(a)l topics propounded in the present er(a) is the expression “, <(a) href="/se(a)rch/p(a)per/open society/f(a)?p(a)ge=1&sort=1&ftyp=(a)ll&fgrp=(a)ll&fyrs=(a)ll" t(a)rget="_bl(a)nk">open society(a)>. ”,In the study (a)t h(a)nd, disreg(a)rding the (a)ppro(a)ches of different thinkers, (a)l(a)wite knowledge is (a)lluded to, (a)nd explor(a)tion (a)nd conceptology of the <(a) href="/se(a)rch/p(a)per/open society/f(a)?p(a)ge=1&sort=1&ftyp=(a)ll&fgrp=(a)ll&fyrs=(a)ll" t(a)rget="_bl(a)nk">open society(a)> from the view of <(a) href="/se(a)rch/p(a)per/Im x101/f(a)?p(a)ge=1&sort=1&ftyp=(a)ll&fgrp=(a)ll&fyrs=(a)ll" t(a)rget="_bl(a)nk">Imā(a)>,<(a) href="/se(a)rch/p(a)per/ m x2018/f(a)?p(a)ge=1&sort=1&ftyp=(a)ll&fgrp=(a)ll&fyrs=(a)ll" t(a)rget="_bl(a)nk"> m ‘(a)>,<(a) href="/se(a)rch/p(a)per/ (a)l x12B/f(a)?p(a)ge=1&sort=1&ftyp=(a)ll&fgrp=(a)ll&fyrs=(a)ll" t(a)rget="_bl(a)nk"> (a)lī(a)>,((a)) is done. The chosen method is descriptive-(a)n(a)lytic(a)l (a)nd the d(a)t(a) w(a)s g(a)thered using (a) libr(a)ry method. Conceptology of <(a) href="/se(a)rch/p(a)per/open society/f(a)?p(a)ge=1&sort=1&ftyp=(a)ll&fgrp=(a)ll&fyrs=(a)ll" t(a)rget="_bl(a)nk">open society(a)> depends on the go(a)l of the society (a)nd the people of th(a)t society. In monotheistic (a)ppro(a)ch, the most import(a)nt go(a)l of the society is moving tow(a)rd the highest kingdom (a)s well (a)s growth. (a)ccording to the findings of the rese(a)rch, (a) society is open wherein there is no obst(a)cle, imposed by th(a)t very society, to the comprehensive growth of its people. Hum(a)n societies h(a)ve two pill(a)rs of people (a)nd govern(a)nce. B(a)sed on (a)l(a)wite te(a)chings, govern(a)nce is (a) divinely trusted (a)ff(a)ir which is bestowed upon some individu(a)ls by God,if the divinely (a)ppointed govern(a)nce is (a)ccepted by the people, then it would be est(a)blished. Divine govern(a)nce c(a)n be divided into three spheres of governing model, governing rites, (a)nd the governor. Wh(a)t is cert(a)in is th(a)t the quiddity, function, (a)nd expect(a)tions in these three spheres in (a)n <(a) href="/se(a)rch/p(a)per/open society/f(a)?p(a)ge=1&sort=1&ftyp=(a)ll&fgrp=(a)ll&fyrs=(a)ll" t(a)rget="_bl(a)nk">open society(a)> (a)re in line with the remov(a)l of obst(a)cles (a)s for the growth course (a)nd cultiv(a)tion of hum(a)ns.
