Abstract:

Abstract:

The present study examines the validity of the source in the most visited news channels of Telegram. The research method is descriptive-analytical and conducted by content analysis. The statistical population includes all news posts in Telegram messengers from October 2017 to March 2018. 5 news channels and 3160 news items were selected Using stratified sampling method and weekly statistics. The findings showed that some unreliable news channels had a large number of visitors and a high forwarding rate, despite a large number of fake news outlets. Also, the audience of Persian news channels has visited and forwarded fake news more. Fake news, with an average of more than 97,000 views and forwarding, has been circulating more than true news. The syndrome of low-validity of most visited media is a sign of a chronic anomaly in the Iranian media environment that will have social, economic, cultural and security effects on society.

Abstract:

Introduction Numerous studies have demonstrated the presence of potassium selective channels in membranes of internal organelles. These channels are essential to a large variety of cellular processes including intracellular Ca2+ signaling, protein recycling, charge neutralization and cell protection. In contrast to the sarcoplasmicreticulum where potassium channels have been clearly identified, there is little evidence for K+ selective cannels in RER of hepatocytes. The aim of this study is to find an evidence for presence of potassium channel in endoplasmic reticulum and considering the pharmacological and biophysical properties of this channel. Methods: Hepatocytes RER vesicles were isolatedby homogenizing rat liver followed by several centrifuging steps and then incorporated into the bilayer lipid membrane (BLM). The BLM was formed by painting phosphatidylcholine across the 350 mm aperture seperating two chambers (cis chamber containing 200 mMKCl and trans chamber containing 50 mM KCI). Single channel recordings were used to indicate the presence of K+ channels. Results: Single channel recordings revealed the existence of a cation selective channel with high permeability to K+ and 599 pS conductance. The current-voltage relation was linear. The open probability was strongly voltage dependent, showing higher values at positive voltages and lower at negative voltages. A sub conductance state about 60 % of fully open state was observed at all voltages. The cationic channel showed an inhibition by 4- aminnopyridine (non specific K+ channel blocker) Conclusions: In this study we have established an evidence for existence of large conductance K+ channel in the hepatocyte ER vesicles.

Abstract:

The growth of fake news in cyberspace has given renewed attention to the source credibility in modern media and has brought modern humans into the "era of credibility of information" from the "information age". The present study intends to investigate what factors have influenced the source's credibility in the new media, in order to provide a platform for coping with the publication of fake news. To this end, the researcher conducted a semi-structured interview with content producers in the Persian news channels of the TELEGRAM messenger and communications science specialist, and, using the method of Thematic Analysis, 36 items were cited based on the statements presented in the interviews, Identify and categorize them in six main categories. The sample size used for the interview is 25 people. Major categories include "evolution in the concept of information credibility", "Commodification of news and advertising", "the decline of social responsibility and professionalism, " "the new approach to the production of style and content of news, " "change In the news values "and" Changes in the traditional concept of the gatekeeping of news ", was obtained in the direction of the research. It has been suggested that media policymakers, while upgrading the user / audience media literacy,

Abstract:

Slug flow is one the most complicated flow regimes in industrial processes that is seen for a wide range of fluid flow. However, there are always a lot of differences between experimental and numerical studies on slug flow. Following the previous attempt on the selection of the best turbulent model for numerical simulation, the slug flow is solved two-dimensionaly with implicit VOF method and k-e RNG turbulent model using FLUENT solver to extract the slug flow parameters behavior accurately. The differences of numerical simulation of slug flow with and without turbulent model are also presented. To overcome this procedure, a new user defined function code is developed. This UDF computes and predicts slug parameters from FLUENT solver result without increasing the computational cost. The important slug parametrs are presented which are: liquid slug body velocity, liquid film velocity, slug front and tail velocity, slug center position and length, slug front and tail positions, pressure difference across slug, wall shear stress, slug mixture velocity, slug initiation time and position from the duct inlet. These parameters are discussed in detail, then validated.

Abstract:

Today, due to the arrival of virtual networks, especially Telegram in our country, a new form of social relations is formed. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to Investigate the effect of membership in the social network of Telegram Messenger on the communication identity. To accomplish this, Quantitative survey method was used for this purpose. The statistical population of the study consisted of 28, 745 young people aged between 18 and 30 years living in Tehran. Using Cochran's formula, 524 people were selected among the youth of Tehran, aged between 18 and 30, based on cluster sampling. A standard questionnaire was distributed among them. After data collection, analysis was done based on SPSS and Lisrel. The findings indicate that 83 percent of Tehrani youth are members of the Telegram, with an average of 2 hours of use per day. Telegram users spend more time in groups, and then for private and two-way communication, but in terms of time, channels have the least use among users. The results show that the use of Telegram groups, the use of private messages in the Telegram, the level of participation of users and the amount of use of Telegrams, groups and channels registered in terms of subject of social communication on the communication identity has been inversely at the confidence level was 0. 95 and 0. 99. But the use of the channel did not affect the identity of the Telegram. Keywords
