The aim of the present research is the study of effect of copy therapy over job burnout of conservatory instructors of the city of Tehran. The sampling method in the present research is simple random sampling. Statistical society of the research includes all conservatory instructors of Tehran, 81 persons who are teaching in Tehran conservatory in the academic year 2007-08.then, by simple random sampling method, 60 persons were elected from among instructors and divided into two test and control groups. The instructors responded to Maslach job burnout exhaustion questionnaire, in group form. Later the test group was subjected to contrastive method education for 120 minutes in 8 sessions, while control group was not given any education. Then, both test and control groups, were tested by Maslach job burnout questionnaire. Considering that the job burnout is evaluated on the basis of three indicators of emotional exhaustion, character transformation and decrease of satisfaction, the results of the researcher indicated that: Copy therapy causes decrease in emotional exhaustion of instructors Copy therapy causes decrease in transformation of character and personality of instructors.Copy therapy causes decrease in the feeling of satisfaction of instructors.

Interim and conservatory measures are special legal entities which have specific functions in the domestic law, but in international public law, it is not explicitly mentioned and its availability as a binding procedure is unknown. The reason for such difference between domestic law and international public law is the text of art. 41 of the statute of international court of justice and art. 91 of the UN charter which are both unclear in stating this procedure as an enforceable one.In this article, in order to make a clarification of this classical procedure, we are going to make a comparative consideration among other branches of international law specifically international trade law to show how these types of measure are treated in practice.

Aim: The present research aims to identify the components that can increase the quality of architectural design education for conservatory students.Methodology: This study is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of execution method, and it was done using synthesis research and meta-synthesis. In this regard, several databases were reviewed based on the six-step method of Sandelovski and Barso, and 66 related research sources were used for analysis. In order to analyze the findings, Roberts' six-stage synthesis model was used utilizing open and axial coding methods.Findings: Based on the analysis of statistical data, the factors of education, knowledge, skill, and measurement from the dimension of general pedagogy, factors of creative thinking, design thinking, critical thinking, and reflective thinking from the dimension of thinking, and factors of cognitive differences, learning psychology, and individual ability from the dimension of adolescent psychology have the greatest effect on improving the quality of architectural design education and increase the efficiency of education.Conclusion and suggestions: The findings of this research showed that it should be accepted that teaching-learning approaches have changed today. Learners prefer to play an active role in the classroom and learning. Therefore, one of the most important things to pay attention to in teaching-learning approaches is creating attractive learning situations. The findings of this study have provided appropriate practical achievements to improve students' learning and can provide the necessary platform to improve its quality.Innovation and originality: An interdisciplinary study and identification of the quality themes of the department on improving the quality of architectural design education in three different areas and their combination are the innovations of the present research.

In the recent century, due to the reduced energy consumption and excessive use of non-renewable resources in the building sector, passive solar heating is one of the architectural design strategies for efficient energy use. Trombe wall and Greenhouse are the most important passive systems. This project, by conducting field-laboratory studies, evaluated the energy consumption in five different models from the combination of a Trombe wall a the Greenhouse with a chamber in the first and second six months of the year in the cold climate of Ardabil city. In this research, the idea is not to consume, but to use green energy and minimize energy consumption through the absorption of renewable energy in the building, in this regard; architectural design can play a very important role. This research is semiexperimental and uses a simulation research method. In order to achieve the goals of the project, the Design Builder software has been used to analyze the conditions. According to the studies, it is realized that with the installation of the Trombe wall with window and adding shading to the southern side of the building, the average temperature will be 20/67° C in the winter and 22/84° C in summer, and the comfort temperature will be 18-22° C in all months of the year. We can also receive a enough daylight during the day and we can achieve environmental sustainability and reduce costs apart from achieving comfort in the environment, and reducing non-renewable energies.

The objective of this work is the realization of a map spatializing proposals of management and planning of lands, with a view to their rational management within the framework of a sustainable development. It was based on a diagnosis of the natural environment that allowed the analysis and identification of constraints to the development of the watershed of Ouergha (North of MOROCCO). The methodology consists of an analysis of the collected data through field surveys of farmers. For example, spatial data was organized into thematic layers of information on soils, land use, geology, erosion patterns and topography. The integration of these and other survey data into a Geographical Information System (GIS) has resulted in a management and land management map. The latter can serve as a basic document in the choice of the orientations, actions and development which will be taken by the actors of the development of the zone.

This quasi-experimental research was done to consider the effect of electrical educational content based on each interactive gamut intelligences (interpersonal, verbal, and kinesthetic) on learning in compound education. 60 female students of third grade in computer were selected by multi step cluster and were put in 2 experimental and control groups. In order to consider equality between two groups, their pervious term mean and the profiles of students multiple intelligences were measured by Macenzy questionnaire with 80 question. Reliability of these instruments was calculated 0.738 by Cranach alpha. Two groups were educated in compound method. In experimental group an electrical content based on multiple intelligences was used. The same pretest and posttest were done before and after the education. Data analysis has done by Chi-squared, independent t test, and multi-variable variance analysis on the increased grade and by using Spss19.Although learning difference of two groups was meaningful in the method on the basis of verbal intelligence, it wasn’t meaningful in the methods on the basis of interpersonal and kinesthetic intelligences (p˂0.05).

Background and Objective: The health of students, as key assets in any society, holds special significance. Strategic planning to foster socialization and reduce violent behaviors among students can have a profound impact. This study aims to identify mental patterns influencing the causes of violent behaviors among technical high school students in Karaj. Methods: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and exploratory in terms of nature and method and was conducted using a mixed method (qualitative-quantitative). Data were collected through structured interviews and Q-table. In the qualitative part, 25 students and school staff were interviewed and using thematic analysis, views were extracted in the form of 65 statements and 38 items. In the quantitative part, cards containing these statements were presented to 22 students with violent behaviors and mental patterns were extracted using Q-factor analysis and Varimax rotation.   Findings: The results identified eight mental patterns as the primary causes of violent behaviors. Based on the explained variance, these patterns include, respectively, family economic challenges, association with violent peers, emotional disconnection within the family, encouragement of violent behavior, lack of academic motivation, desire to display a dominant identity, hedonistic tendencies, and environmental and individual breakdowns. Conclusion: The identified mental patterns provide insights into the root causes of student violence and can serve as a foundation for designing effective educational and social interventions.
