Abstract: 

Introduction: Intellectual disabilities can not only affect children, but they also have impacts on family members. The purpose of this study was to compare the quality of life and marital satisfaction in mothers of mentally retarded and normal children in Iran using a systematic review method. Objective: The purpose of this review study was to investigate articles on quality of life and marital satisfaction in mothers of children with mental retardation and those of normal children in Iran. Methodology: To this end,articles indexed in Directory of Open Access Journals Magiran, Google Scholar, PubMed, Library, Information, Irandoc, Scopus, SID and Web of Science were searched. Results: The range of physical and behavioral problems in children with intellectual disabilities, quality of life, and marital satisfaction were found to affect mentally retarded children and their family members especially mothers. Mental and emotional stress in mothers resulting from presence of such children, allocation of more time to provide care for these children, high financial pressures, limited family and social relationships, maternal anxiety caused by behavioral problems in such children, maternal sleep disorders, and poor self-efficacy were considered among factors that could directly or indirectly influence quality of life in mothers with mentally retarded children. Slow learning in such children, anxiety about their future, fears concerning probability of birth of another mentally retarded child, unwillingness to have sexual relationships, use of ineffective problem-solving methods by mothers, severity of disabilities, lack of supportive spouse as well as social support, negative parental approaches towards disabilities, along with high parental engagement and their inappropriate problem-solving strategies were also reported as the most significant factors affecting marital satisfaction in mothers of children with intellectual disabilities. Conclusion: Counseling and training sessions for mothers about parenting styles, stress-coping skills, attitude reform, avoiding extreme support for mothers’,problems, individual and parenting counseling on problem-solving issues and strategies to deal with stressful life issues, government funding, as well as support from different organizations were taken into account as the most important and essential ways to improve quality of life and marital satisfaction in mothers with mentally retarded children.

Abstract: 

Objective: The success of any organization depends on its human capital rather than physical resources. The aim of the research was to examine the relationship between human resource management measures and the evolution of ethical climate with the mediating role of organizational performance. Method: The applied, survey and cross-sectional research method was conducted in a sample of 250 employees of Day Bank in Tehran by cluster sampling and according to Cochran's formula. The instrument used was a standard questionnaire. The data were analyzed by structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS software. Findings: The analysis of data showed that there is a relationship between human resource management measures and the evolution of ethical climate with the mediating role of organizational performance. Human resource management measures have a significant relationship with the evolution of moral climate. Finally, there is a relationship between the change in ethical climate and organizational performance. Conclusion: According to the results, it is recommended that the managers and officials of Bank D provide the basis for improving the organizational performance and improve the organizational performance of the employees by creating a transformation in the ethical environment of Miran, as well as by strengthening the human resource management measures and evaluating the employees as capital. Human resources can be used to improve organizational performance. The results of this research are a step towards improving the empowerment, clarity, evaluation and environment of human resources in digital banks.

Abstract: 

Today, leadership style is a key word for the successful adaptation of organizations with innovation and creativity, and transformational leadership style can play this role well due to its prominent features. Therefore, this study examines the relationship between transformational leadership style and teachers' innovation in the 6th education district of Tehran. The current research is of the correlational type, which describes, correlates, analyzes the relationships and compares the variables under investigation in teachers in the 6th education district of Tehran. The statistical population of this research includes all the teachers in the 6th education district of Tehran (2500 people). The statistical sample of the research was estimated to be 384 people with the help of Cochran's method. In this research, in order to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership style and teachers' innovation in the 6th education district of Tehran, from three questionnaires of personal-social characteristics, transformational leadership of Bass and Olive and educational innovation were used. The findings showed that: the relationship between managers' transformational leadership and teachers' innovation in education district 6 of Tehran was positive and significant (significance level was less than 0. 05). The positive correlation indicates that the more the transformational leadership of the principals, the more innovative the teachers. The effect of managers' transformational leadership on teachers' innovation in the 6th education district of Tehran was 0. 040. Based on the results of regression analysis of sum of squares, F (1, 382) = 15. 932, P < 0. 05, which in The alpha level smaller than 0. 05 is significant, which shows that the changes of teachers' innovation based on transformational leadership are well explained and it shows the appropriateness of the presented regression model. According to the obtained t-statistics and the level of significance, it can be concluded that transformational leadership can positively and significantly predict innovation in teachers. The obtained regression equation is as follows: transformational leadership) 0. 219+ 63. 57= innovation of teachers.

Abstract: 

The digital age offers technologies that help all aspects of human life and today almost all human work activities depend on email, internet, computer, so the development of digital technology has a significant impact on the changes in economic activities in the world. Currently, there are companies capable of sustainability and development that choose a more suitable business model from competitors according to the continuous evaluation of market needs and technological requirements. According to business researchers, achieving a suitable competitive position for a company is only possible with the help of a suitable business model. A successful business model represents a better way than existing options that can offer more value to a distinct group of customers and return more profits to the company. The subject of the present research is the investigation of electronic business models in Iran. The research method is descriptive and survey and the type of research is applied. The statistical population of the research are experts and specialists related to electronic businesses in Tehran, 35 people have been selected as sample members through available sampling. The method of collecting information is library and field. The data collection tool is a questionnaire that has confirmed validity and reliability. The results show that the investigated variables, including site design, the possibility of chatting and exchanging information, the visual appeal of the site, the reputation of the site, creativity, the diversity of geographical areas, knowledge management, customer loyalty, the number of customers and the variety of services have an impact on the success of electronic businesses in Iran.

Abstract: 

The current research was conducted with the aim of influencing factors in the success of customer relationship management implementation. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and based on the descriptive method of correlation type. The statistical population of the present researcher includes 300 employees of the administrative department and the para clinic of Shiraz Organ Transplantation Hospital, the sampling method in this research is stratified sampling, and the sample size is determined with the help of Cochran's sampling formula of 168 people. A standard questionnaire data collection tool was used to test path analysis hypotheses using LISREL software. The inferential findings of the research showed that all variables are expected based on the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and the researcher can use parametric statistics to analyze the data. The results showed that the variables of support, managers' commitment, employees' trust, knowledge management employees, and knowledge sharing have a direct and significant relationship with customer management.
