Security is among the basic needs of human beings which have been quite noticed in Islam and especially in holly Qoran. Different aspects and kinds of such a phenomenon have been elaborated on comprehensively in this heavenly book. The importance and necessity of security can be detected in Qoran's verses. Mecca, such divine secure shrine, is considered by Qoran the symbol of security. Securing life and economy are the most important aspects of security emphasized in muslems' devine book. As God states, security creates proper conditions for human beings to worship on the exact sense of the word.

The present paper attempts to take a step toward implementing the general policies introduced by Iran police commander to stop one-dimensional views of Iran police on urban security and police use of social resources. The paper tries to formulate a model for Police-citizen interaction. Such interaction would pave the ground for tackling the problems of police organization and planning in the following:- Citizens contribution to the police programs;- Knowing The ways to improve citizens' tendency toward maintaining Law and order;- Determining the norms of police-citizen interactions.

Police forces are responsible for inspecting houses as executive officers of the justice system. Sometimes ambiguities in rules and regulations and sometimes incompetent officers can lead to deviances from justice. Besides, ambiguities in rules and regulations can result in the officer’s hesitation in performing their missions. This study attempts to examine the relevant rules analytically and critically to detect possible weak points and introduce certain approaches efficient in erradicating them.

Services are economical and nonphysical products produced to be used by others. Police is a service organization the productivity of which can not be clarified except by precise measurement. Such measure may not be easily performed due to its qualitative nature. Productivity is defined as the value obtained from dividing output to input and is an index for effective use of factors and resources. In measuring the productivity of police in the service section, factors such an efficiency, effectiveness, flexibility, and innovation should be taken into account.

Effective change management is subject that has attracted the attention of all managers in different organizations. Today, managers should recognize that producing appropriate and effective changes is gradually becoming a permanent feature in various organizations. We all live in a period of time in which changes are accelerating. Changes in the environment can lead to the creation and blooming of creativity. One can not bring about any major success unless he is constantly cognizant of changes. Managing new changes with a high level of productivity is the most outstanding characteristic of a successful manager. This issue is very significant in police organizations, because police forces are in permanent state of interaction with citizen’s andsocial institute. In this paper the author has tried to discuss the need to changes in the process of managing different organizations.

In this study, twenty five 18-23 year-old students who had no participation in any regular exercises were randomly selected and put to 8 weeks of aerobic exercises. The students exercised 45 minutes, 5 times a week. Variables studied were measured by scientific comparing of the blood samples before and immediately after the last session of exercise. T-test was used and the results showed a significant difference in the blood factor, Monosite.

Criminal and victim identification is the first and most important step in criminal investigation. The more systematic the identification, the better the justice would be maintained. In the course of time, certain identification methods have been adopted. Since there are no specific clear cut regulations regarding identification in our country, Iran, it could be a good advice to benefit from the paradigms of other leading countries. The present translation of the book ''Police Training Manual" is going to elatorate on the rules and regulations in England in the fields of video identification, fingerprinting, DNA analysis, voice identification.
