Abstract: 

Development in science is one of the critical indicators of being a developed or developing country. According to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei’s speeches, this event is so much important that cultural sovereignty will be achieved as a result of economic power which in turn is due to scientific development. Also Islam emphasizes scientific orientation, teaching and scientific life and it believes that scientific approach leads to religious stability and makes human beings more immune from mistakes.Furthermore, scientific achievement is important for being independent and keeping Islamic identity. Moreover it is necessary for a desirable future and leads to development in all its aspects. In other words, a country which has scientific development can influence international communication and interactions and can get grand ideals and real values. Scientific achievements can also make a country independent, and bring liveliness and honor to our life.In this research we are going to answer this question: What is the Supreme Leadership’s thought about scientific system? Thus the Supreme Leader’s speeches have been analyzed with Grounded Theory strategy. At the end we refer to two conceptual models of scientific system.

Abstract: 

Understanding the most approximate Islamic concept of employees’ discipline according to epistemological and ontological foundations, and exploring dimensions and principals of Islamic discipline, is the main question of this paper. By adopting a qualitative approach and by using a typological method and relying on Quranic contemplation, we have enumerated the existing ideas about employees’ discipline while classifying those based on Islamic instructions extracted from 2150 Ayas and 4150 related concepts. Transcendental Employee Discipline in contrast with traditional, progressive and positive concept of discipline is rooted in epistemological and ontological Islamic foundations and emphasizes leadership, ethics, people, education, rules, reward and punishment, culture and society in a systematic and integrated network. It emphasizes human tendency to order and discipline, existence of order in creation and coherence of order and discipline. Also it underscores Fitrah, spiritual leadership and communicating in a cultural atmosphere of brotherhood and compassion. In Islamic view, this world is not a mere place for humans’ accountability and their being rewarded or punished for their deeds. Everybody is to be judged in afterlife by God Almighty.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this qualitative study is to explore the process of “Hypocritical behaviors in interpersonal communication in the workplace” using grounded theory’s systematic design. In this regard by doing an open interview with 25 employees of a public organization, a group of initial themes were collected through a coding process and some categories were extracted from them. Then, in the phase of axial coding, the link between these categories were determined in the form of coding paradigm under titles of causal conditions, core phenomenon, mutual action/reaction strategies, intervening conditions, and the consequences of hypocritical behaviors in interpersonal communication. In the selective coding phase the elements of coding paradigm were described, the story line was sketched out, and the theory was generated. Finally, we developed propositions and strategic hypotheses.

Abstract: 

Too many experts have been studying the solutions for eliminating administrative corruption by using political, managerial and legal approaches. It has been recommended to institutionalize the monitoring of the political system, developing civil society, increasing political accountability, increasing competition in the economy, and improving public administration and public finance, but administrative corruption still remains an important issue.This study measures the relationship between conceptions of distributive, procedural, interactional and informational injustice; and corruption-oriented behaviors of employees. In this study, the researcher investigated one of universities in Tehran as statistical population which led us to conclude that there is a positive relation between the tendency to corruption and perception of injustice.

Abstract: 

Understanding the social loafing behavior in group activities is an important subject, because it refers to poorer performance of individuals who act as part of a group rather than alone. The present paper has examined the effective factors on social loafing in the framework of structural equations model. In this regard a questionnaire containing scales of factors were administrated to a sample of 140 students that were organized in discussion groups. The findings showed that only job characteristics had significant effect on the social loafing. So designing motivational jobs, creating job standards and job identification are the main indicators that help to eliminate or decrease the social loafing.

Abstract: 

The subject of organizational learning has enticed so much attention lately and in this process numerous studies have also been conducted to highlight factors affecting its acquisition and/ or development. These findings have demonstrated the fact that the prevailing culture in any organization has considerable influence on the level of their learning ability and performance.The main purpose in this paper is to investigate the overall influence of organizational culture on its learning performance, and then to measure the contribution of each type of culture to its learning level. Accordingly, four distinct culture types, namely; group culture, development culture, national culture and finally hierarchical culture were selected and applied in the course of this research.This research is non-experimental in its nature and is based on correlation method to arrive at its conclusion. For gathering adequate information, we have used a combination technique including literature review, internet search, interview and questionnaires.We used regression techniques for performing necessary statistical analysis and attaining reasonable conclusions. We have also, in the latter part, applied our finding to “Ghadir Corporation” to examine their implications in the real world.This paper confirms our basic assumption and demonstrates that organizational culture has real influence on its learning performance. This study further indicates that the contributing effect of each of four selected culture types, can be ranked in the order of their importance as following: Group Culture, First; Development Culture, Second; Hierarchical Culture, Third and Rational Culture, Fourth.

Abstract: 

The existence of a good fit between a person and his/her work environment could promote the level of job satisfaction and mental-physical well being. The so-called person-organization (p-o) fit has a significant effect on the workplace outcomes (e.g., organization attraction, job choice, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover). Because P-O fit leads to positive work attitudes, employees who develop a good fit with their organization become “committed,” wishing to remain in the organization; but looking to change positions if their job fit is poor.The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between P-O fit, on the one hand, and the level of work alienation and work engagement, on the other. We have used “field study” as our main method and selected “correlation” for statistical technique. Data were collected from 136 employees of the University of Tehran. The results indicate that the higher level of P-O fit leads to higher level of work engagement and lower level of work alienation.
