During the last half-century, increased stresses and risks, particularly in the financial and economic fields, have directly influenced human welfare. Upon this basis, not only has it become particularly important to undertake studies to have these stresses controlled and well managed within the framework of topics related to resiliency and economic strength, but also the necessity of introducing this literature into welfare policy-setting and planning arena is now further understandable. This means that, nowadays, in order to achieve more comprehensive and complete welfare models, it is required to introduce the literature generated within the scope of economic resilience into welfare policy-setting and planning. Based on this necessity, the present research is an attempt to address the following questions: “from the standpoint of economic resilience as well as welfare planning experts, is there any intersection point between welfare planning literature on the one hand and economic resilience on the other? What are the intersection points or common components which can address needs and meet demands of both arenas at the same time?” For this purpose, deep interviews were conducted with experts and the obtained data was analyzed based on grounded theory. The results indicate that experts affirm a high theoretic conceptual commonality between corresponding indices and conceptual models of each arena. Furthermore, the adaptation resulted in the presentation of a conceptual hybrid model called LEGATUM-PEOPLES which was accredited and completed based upon ideas of Iranian experts in both fields. This model not only provides a basis for experts and policy-setters from either arena to share their ideas and objectives to build hybrid common models, but also makes it practically possible to introduce general policies for resistance economy into social welfare planning.

Faith-Based Organizations (FBOs) are type of non-profit organizations whose core motivation is Faith (religion). A diversity of definitions, key aspect identification and typologies have been offered in literature and a lot of research has been carried out on management, leadership, and funding of these organizations. Meanwhile, in Iran, which has experienced an Islamic culture and the establishment of faith-based institutions in the post revolutionary era, a lack of sufficient research that could cope with the one done internationally is felt. Student Basij, a religious institution recruiting volunteers, was established by order of the Great Leader of the Islamic revolution and its basic duty is safeguarding the Islamic and revolutionary principles. Despite this, not much conspicuous scientific research has been done on this very important volunteer group. The present research has reviewed FBO literature focusing on a leadership competency model. Then after interviewing Tehran University Basij authorities, their essential leadership competencies required are extracted and presented.

Having multiple policies for solving common problems or for a single policy area causes the results to be unfavorable. Parallel work, role conflict and lack of cooperation in a policy domain can sometimes bring zero or even negative results in policy evaluation. What is the solution? There is a variety of models and approaches for that, but “policy integration” may be the best. Policy integration is a process of conceptualization in which policies become consistent and coordinated as a whole.This research tries to analyze the causes of the failure in cultural policy integration. We have used grounded theory as research methodology and in depth, open - ended interview as method of data gathering. The research statistical society consisted of executives and academic experts in the field of cultural policy making. Their views have been analyzed in three stages of open, axial and selective coding. Finally, three main categories affecting the cultural policy integration failure were extracted, namely cultural ecology, policy making structure and policy making process. Under each of these categories the main reasons of that failure are explained.

How organizations have interact each other is defiend in the region of organizing and inter-organizational relationship. There are two basic approaches to this issue: competition and collaboration. In the former, organizations are Competitors that compete each other to achieve their own goals. In the latter, the relationship between organizations is defined according to achieve common benefits and therefore, instead of competition, the organizations collaborate with each other. An operational solution to develop collaborative trust-based relationships is Collaborative inter-organizational networks. In a collaborative network, all of the partners are considered as a unit identity in which the capacities and competeces of every member are used to gain competevie advanteges and maximise performance of the whole network. Using the strategy of Grounded theory , this research represents the conceptual model of collaborative network in case of Aerospace. Three cheif part of this model are systematic design of stable network, strategic alliance and regulated and committed collaboration

Today, many organizations believe that brand is one of the most valuable assets. The most important characteristics of a brand are brand trust and equity. The marketing mix elements are the main essence of marketing activities. Various factors affect the brand trust, equity and marketing mix elements. Among those we can mention customers' religious beliefs. This research studies the impact of these beliefs on brand value in the Astan Quds Razavi food industries. The research is, in terms of application purpose and performance method, a survey study. The statistical population of the study included customers of Astan Quds Razavi products in Mashhad city and the random sample consisted of 384 persons. A questionnaire was used for data collection. Data analysis was implemented by structural equation model and use of LISREL software. According to the findings of this research, the religious beliefs as an independent variable of customers has a positive and significant effect on brand value as a dependent variable of the firm (which is the sum total of trust variables, the brand equity and marketing mix elements).

The fast changing and dynamic nature of the environment in which organizations are quickly born, compete with difficulty, and stop their activities necessitate coordination between their adopted organizational and information technology (IT) strategies for survival. This has made strategic alignment as one of the most important issues in organizations. Strategic alignment means adaptation, coordination, and integration of organization' s macro strategies with information technologies by considering their respective infrastructure. In this paper we have first had a general study of the strategic alignment, then we have perused this issue in research and training institutes and we followed it up in Tehran University as a case in point.Second, we have chosen an appropriate model from among those models which explain the relation between components and ingredients that affect strategic alignment. We have implemented the chosen model in the selected institute and scrutinized the first level of strategic alignment that determines its perspective. The tools used for collecting data were questionnaires and interviews, and after gathering the ideas of the prominent Tehran University's officials who worked in programming and IT, we put them under a descriptive analysis and found their servicing perspective level an appropriate one for the adaptation. In regard to the adopted method in this study, the hypothesis can be tested in the future studies by other researchers and if it will be proved, the strategic alignment model will be introduced in research, education and technologies. At the end of this paper we have made suggestions for continuing this study by creating a Web-based Decision Support System.

The survival of an organization in today’s competitive world requires its being examined in terms of its performance and position in the market. Insurance companies that hold an important place in a country' s economy need to achieve their goals for survival. Thus, using a model to evaluate organization performance and examine its competitive position is of high importance for managers of insurance companies. Models used to examine performance and determine competitive position of insurance companies have managed to examine various effective factors on these companies with high tendency to product aspect mostly based on balanced scorecard and/or other methods. However, approaches which tend to innovating, dealing with customers and manner of communicating with them instead of tending to the product itself are greatly missing. Thus, the Delta Model is used in this research. The main objective of this study is to find out whether there is a meaningful relation between adopting strategic options of Delta Model in insurance industry and its performance or not. Results obtained from analyzing the data gathered from samples that consist of top five insurance companies of Iran (Iran, Alborz, Asia, Dana, and Parsian) and their customers by Structural Equations Modeling showed that adopting strategic options of Delta Model has positive effect on organization performance and, hence, it is suggested to organizations to increase the effectiveness of their activities by aligning their measures with the requirements of taking each one of the positions of Delta Model in order to improve their performance.
