Abstract: 

The present study, that is a Fundamental purpose, aimed to develop the theories of entrepreneurial contextualization with an emphasis on the role of regional advantages. It had a qualitative research approach within Systematic Grounded Theory. Through the study of documentary resources and semi-structured interviews with 17 entrepreneurs and managers in textile industry, questionnaires were collected via purposeful sampling. In the open coding stage, 114 preliminary codes were identified from interview analyses, from which 91 codes were finalized after filtering and integration of similar codes. In the second stage, axial coding was carried out using the axial coding model on the investigated phenomenon. Regarding causal factors, 17 concepts which were identified from the interviews were classified into four subcategories and two categories of economic and non-economic factors. The central phenomenon for the study was regional advantages that consisted of 26 concepts and were classified into two categories of visible factors comprising spatial, industrial and commercial factors as well as intangible factors comprising historical and social factors. In addition, contextual conditions were defined in terms of 25 concepts, four subcategories and two categories including specialized and general beddings.

Abstract: 

Abstract: Finance is one of the major concerns of entrepreneurs. Business angels play an important role in providing funds for entrepreneurs in the early stages of the business. Entrepreneurs need to develop marketing strategies and tools that go beyond the traditional customer definitions and should target any organizations or person that can have a positive impact on their ventures. Besides the customers, entrepreneurial marketing would concern other vital stakeholders, including business angels. The purpose of this research was to conceptualizing entrepreneurial marketing mix to seduce angel investors and fundraise from them. By applying a multiple case study method, we researched four business angels and seven entrepreneurs. Our findings show that the capabilities and characteristics of the entrepreneur, team, commitment, and presentation are the elements of the entrepreneurial marketing mix in financing from business angels

Abstract: 

This research aims to describe and analyze the current situation of methodology in entrepreneurial opportunity studies published in leading journals. Our study method’ s goal is an applied research and in terms of it data collection uses qualitative content analysis. For selecting the articles we searched in ABI/INFORM database. The initial search resulted in 470 articles which finally we selected 191 articles published between 1989 and 2017 in leading entrepreneurship journals. Our findings suggest that there is an improvement in reporting reliability and validity in reviewed articles. The majority of articles had micro, level of analysis and surveys were dominant among data collection tools and most of the reviewed articles were cross-sectional and a low percentage of studies conducted longitudinal research. Survey studies were the most prevalent type of studies and the number of experimental and pseudo experimental studies is low.

Abstract: 

Academic entrepreneurship refers to the commercialization of academic research by university researchers through the establishment of new businesses, and since the nature of entrepreneurship in the humanities is more to service entrepreneurship, it needs its own research. This research is in terms of applied purpose. Qualitative research approach is a type of content analysis and its main purpose is to determine the framework for the development of university entrepreneurship in humanities. In this regard, after reviewing previous studies, using semi-structured interviews with 15 experts in the field of entrepreneurship, university entrepreneurs in the field of humanities, including faculty, professors, university students, and graduates who have setup specialized service and advisory centers. Collected data was analyzed using content analysis method in MaxQDA 10 software. Finally, seven dimensions were identified as entrepreneurship culture, government role, university structure, university education, research and commercialization, external communication and financial infrastructure for the development of the entrepreneurial university in the field of humanities. The data obtained from this research can be considered as a front-end step for entrepreneurship development in the humanities.

Abstract: 

Today, employment and entrepreneurship are at the center of attention of the various governments of the world. The methodology of the research is based on the fundamental aim of collecting qualitative information-data theory of the foundation with a glycery approach. In order to achieve the research goal, 15 familiar experts with at least two areas of skills, entrepreneurship and media, using a targeted sampling method for in-depth interviews Qualitative data were analyzed using a set of open, selective, and write-coding codings. In order to ensure the quality of the findings, in addition to the research audit strategies, the process of extraction of concepts and codings by expert researchers and results was confirmed by four interviewees. The results showed that the main concern of interviewees was lack of skills in individuals, so gaining skills, with the main categories of financial resources, human resources, educational resources, training center, organization and family, were determined as the central issue of research and the move towards media entrepreneurship with three floors The main inputs, processes and outputs were chosen as the basis of the research-based social process, which, together with the consideration of the environmental factors in both of these categories, can address the interviewers over time.

Abstract: 

The success of Iranian NTBFs as the drivers of the knowledge-based economy is very important. This research, which has fundamental purpose and qualitative data collection method, is aimed at identifying the dimensions of effective organizational leadership on success in reaching the fast-growing stage in Iranian NTBFs. To accomplish this goal, with a multiple-choice strategy and maximum-sampling sampling, out of more than 3, 000, about 30 companies were identified as verifiable examples. Theoretical saturation in the review of items nine to eleven occured. Investigations were mainly based on semi-structured interviews with 25 of the key leaders and key Persons of these companies. Finally, the dimensions of effective leadership were determined by analyzing interviews and extracting the codes, categories, and identifying their relationships with the help of the ATLAS. ti software. Abstract: 

According to digital entrrepreneurship growth and efficiency of open innovation and moreover a lack of systematic literature research in this regard, it is crucial to know what factors influence on open innovation in digital entrepreneurship context, particularly from researchers’ and practitioners’ perspectives. The study is applied research from the purpose perspective and descriptive-survey from data collection perspective. This qualitative research has conducted in two phases; First phase is Meta synthesis method and the data collection tools are previous document including 43 study and analysed through open coding. In the second phase, the interview protocol was made according to first phase findings. Subsequently the factors influencing open innovation in digital entrepreneurship particularly in Iran were identified. The second phase statistical society are digital entrepreneurship practitioners which has been interviewed with 10 person and data analysed through open, axial and selective coding. As an outcome of the two phases, we have achieved four factors, including the environment, individual characteristics, business capabilities and strategic activities and their indicators.

Abstract: 

Developing leadership skills is essential to create innovative strategies for competing in complex environments and business success. The purpose of this study was to Investigate the Effect of Entrepreneurial Leadership on Innovative Behavior with the Role of Mediating Innovative Drivers in Higher Education (University of Sistan and Baluchestan). The method used in this study was correlational. Statistical population used in this survey faculty of universities of sistan and baluchestan based on a stratified random sample of 193 peopel were selected. The research tool was three questionnaires, entrepreneurship leadership, innovation drivers and innovative work behavior. Reliability and validity of all three tools were reported suitable. Analysis method was structural equation with Using PLS2 software. The results indicated that entrepreneurial leadership has a directly and indirectly effect on drivers and innovative behavior. Also, drivers had a direct impact on innovative behaviors. Universities can play a constructive role in the innovative behavior of the scientific environment and the stakeholders in higher education through open and free cultural drivers and smart innovation management along with entrepreneurial leadership.
