Abstract: 

the present research investigated the impact of instruction based on multiple intelligences theory on Career self efficacy of deaf students in high school. To reach this end sixty high school deaf students were selected randomly and were assigned equally to experimental and control groups. The Betz questionnaire have been implemented as pre, post and follow up tests experimental and control groups. Experimental group was undergone three weeks of instruction while control groups did not receive any specific instruction. Data were analysis utilizing a repeated measure design. Statistical analysis indicated that there were significant gains for experimental group terms of Career self efficacy. Therefore the beneficial effects of Instruction based on multiple intelligence theory on Career self efficacy of deaf students is supported in the current research. Therefore suggest that psychologists of hearing impairment area, the practical strategies current research use in the process of guide academic and career hearing impairment pupils.

Abstract: 

Aim of present study was developing a model for promotion of organizational commitment of I A U branches administrators and managers a randomly selected sampler of 198 administrators and managers of IAU were completed the cognitive styles inventory T organizational commitment and researcher-made questionnaire of leadership patterns. The analyses of collected data by MR show that it is permitable to develop a moder for predicting and promoting of organizational commitment according to leadership pattern cognitive styles and locus of control. The results of path analysis shows there is a direct and undirect relationships between among variables with an organizational commitment. Beta coefficients for internal, external and beucratic leadership patterns negative (B, 00.00, p<0.001), but for analytical intellectual style (B=0, 565, p<0.05), internal locus control (B=-0.3611, p<0.05), political leadership style (B=0.239, p<0.05) significant and can predict organizational commitment among IAU administrators and managers.

Abstract: 

Diverse challenges facing entrepreneurs make it necessary to education of entrepreneurship counselors with special capabilities and Competencies. To impacting substantially on the success of the businesses, their competencies and capabilities of Business owners should be promoted. This study conducted aimed to competencies required by entrepreneurship counselors. The method of this study is a mixed approach. The method of data gathering in the qualitative is expert interviews, and in the quantitative section is questionnaire. The target population of current study in the qualitative section included business consultants and thematic analysis is used to data analysis in the qualitative section of this study and to analyzing data in quantitative section. The result of this study reveal that the parameters included of “motivation, Energize and Promising”, “Secrecy and Maintain confidentiality”, “Coaching, Facilitation and Management discussion workshops”, “Alertness to opportunities”, “The ability to gain entrepreneur’s confidence”, “The ability to analyze issues”, “Expertise in an industry”, “Using networking tools to establish and maintain professional relationships”, “The ability to Preparing a business plan” and “Awareness of the latest trends and Changes in the business environment” are ten parameters that have the highest priority in the framework of competencies required by entrepreneurship counselors. At the end, some recommendations for the improvement of these competencies are proposed.

Abstract: 

The research was to examine the relationship between psychological ownership and job performance. The aim of the present study is an applied perspective, the nature and methods, descriptive and correlational research focuses also on the time dimension, and the cross-sectional view of the types of data, quantitative research is considered. Statistical population consists of employees of maintenance workshop of flight training of an airport that in accordance Morgan table 210 were selected by simple random sampling. In this research for measuring Psychological ownership data, Van dyne and Pearce (2004) questionnaire and for Job performance Paterson (1970) questionnaire have been used. The collected data were analyzed through both descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson Correlation and Multiple regression One_ Way analyses of variance). The results of this research showed that there is a significant relationship between psychological ownership. In addition, a significant and positive relationship was found between the components of the two variables. Therefore, finding of this research support organizational performance as a sense of attachment to the staff for aligning of individual goals with organizational goals and institutionalize the sense of ownership and belonging, self-consciousness, thoughts, ideas, opinions and beliefs of employees to organizational goals.
