This research was administered with the aim of investigating structural model of the relationship between normative pathologies (job alienation, normative conflict, and organizational anomie) with psychological capital and job crafting. This research was a correlation research and research statistical population was the all employees of Asan Qazvin Printing and Packaging Industries Organization in Qazvin city, among them two hundred and fifty six persons were selected using simple random sampling. Research instrument were included normative conflict (Manrique de Lara et al, 2009), job alienation (Banai & Reisel, 2007), organizational anomie (Manrique de Lara & Rodriguez, 2007), psychological capital questionnaire (Mc Gee, 2011) and job crafting questionnaire (Tims et al, 2007). Data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling. Results revealed that there is a positive significant relationship between job crafting and psychological capital, but there is a negative significant relationship between job crafting with job alienation and normative conflict. Also results showed that there is a negative significant relationship between psychological capital and work alienation, normative conflict (p<0.05) and organizational anomie. Results of structural equation modeling and mediation analysis indicated that psychological capital is a complete mediator on the relationship between job alienation and organizational anomie and crafting. The results of this study show that normative pathologies can be slipped through psychological capital, undermine employees’ job crafting.
