Abstract: 

Organizational citizenship behaviors as employee spontaneous behaviors have strong effect on individual and organizational performance. In the other hand, with the consideration of social exchange theory, perceived organizational support has effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In this study, we examine the direct effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior in Pars hotel in Mashhad. Structural equation modeling (SEM), was used to analysis the data were obtained from hotel employee. Results indicate that perceived organizational support, respectively, with path coefficients including 0/32, 0/5, 0/25, 0/5 and 0/64, has direct effect on altruism, civic virtue, consciousness, sportsmanship and courtesy.

Abstract: 

There is no doubt that corrupted administrative system is not a suitable managerial tool for sustainable development in the path to 2025 Vision. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to recognize factors influencing corruption among Iranian public sectors employees, and to find and follow appropriate anticorruption policies and strategies .A literature review and interviews have been used to identify twenty-three key contingency factors, which are influenced corruption among public sector employees. A survey is administered to 300 employees in Tehran province agencies, by identifying 23 variables as effective variables on financial corruption through reviewing the background of public sectors conditions and studies related to it and then evaluating the existence of these variables in public sectors using appropriate questionnaire. This research is descriptive and explorative and the data is analyzed using factor analysis. The study only explores the perceptions of employees. The goal of tbis research, regarding the factors of corruption phenomenon, is to find and present suitable ways to solve or decrease it. In future studies, the model could be used to assess perceptions of a more diverse pool of citizens. Results indicate that lawless, lack of appropriate accountability and monitoring systems, inefficient performance evaluation, high bureaucracy, and inefficient HR maintenance are five key factors to address corruption in the public sector agencies in Iran. As a result, these factors are identifying 67.55% of changeability in financial corruption variable among employees of public sectors in Iran which is an appropriate model in its own kind.

Abstract: 

Researchers who have been studied on investment institution managers and security traders behavior, with a behavioral finance approach, conclude that investors over-react toward firms past performance. This study, using winner and loser portfolios, will investigate the issue, which mentioned above in three steps. In the first step, the study is conducted without controlling for variables "Equity Book Value/Equity Market Value" and "Systematic Risk (beta)". In the second step, these two variable are controlled as measures of risk. In the final step, the momentum effect and return reversal in our winner portfolio are examined. Our sample data are collected for ten-year period of time (from 1997 to 2007) from Tehran Stock Exchange listed companies, and T-test has been applied to analyze the findings. Our results showed that investment institution managers and traders in Tehran Stock Exchange over-react to Sale, Net Profit, Cash Flow and Stock Return variables. We also found that return reversal and momentum effect for Sale, Net Profit and Stock Return (but not Cash Flow) variables, will neutralize in long-term period.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, increasing intensive competition among organization continually has caused them searching ways of winning and gaining competitive advantage in the competitive Arena. The goal of this paper is to investigate the relationship between organizational learning and performance. Four components of OL that captured from Robber model and are selected as the measure of OL governance were Knowledge acquisition, knowledge distribution, knowledge interpretation and organizational memory. Department of Niroo moharreke in Iran Khodro Company is selected as the field of survey. Among top to middle managers (n=300) fifty persons randomly selected as a research sample. The data gathered by standard questionnaire and SPSS software is used for testing and analyzing hypotheses. Research findings revealed significant relationship between organizational learning and performance, because; Pearson correlation coefficient between these two variables was equal with 0.51, (sig=002/0). Organizational learning affects only on competitive capability and organizational innovation because the results indicate that the correlation coefficient between OL variable and economic/ financial returns was equal with 0.65, (sig=000/0). No significant relationship observed between OL and economic/financial returns.

Abstract: 

Intellectual Capital (IC) has been described as intangible assets that may be used as a source of sustainable competitive advantage. However, intellectual capital components have to interact, to create value. Previous studies demonstrated that intellectual capital is positively and significantly associates with organizational performance. The purpose of this study is to consolidate these findings and investigate three elements of intellectual capital, i.e. human capital, structural capital, and customer capital, and also their inter-relationships within two banking industry sectors (public and private) in Iran. The study was conducted by using a psychometrically validated questionnaire, which was originally administrated in Canada. To explore the items and the constructs we have used principal component analysis (PCA) and linear structural relations (LISREL). The final specified models in this study showed a robust explanation of banking performance variance within Iran banking context, which bodes well for future research in alternative contexts. The results indicate that in public sector of Iran banking the human capital, the structural capital, and the customer capital are respectively effective; while in the private sector the most effective capitals are respectively human capital, customer capital, and structural capital. Another difference between these two sectors is the structural capital in the public banks has the most effect on performance while in the private banks the human capital and customer capital have the most effect on performance.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to verify the influence of industry characteristics on new firms' survival in processing industries of mazandaran province during 1360-1386. Information and data collection have been gathered from mining- industries office of mazandaran province, also according to Event-History analysis perfonnacel, the effect of independent variables has been checked on new company survival. The product limit estimator model (Kaplan-Maier) is used for data analysis and the Cox regression semi parametric model has been used for hypothesizes test.The result showed a meaningful relation between industry growth rates, measure mean and entrance rate on firm survival. In this research, a com Parison between companies' survival functions has been checked according to entrance rate mean. Also a comparison between firms' survival functions has been carried out in different converting industries.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, increasing intensive competition among Organizations Neo-institutional theory, which possesses strong sociological origins, bases its arguments on the notion of that organizations are socially rewarded by legitimacy, resources, and survival based on their acceptance institutional pressures (of coercive, normative, and mimetic). Neo-institutional theory explains an organization's actions within an institutional and strategic vision and as a response to both institutional and competitive pressures. The aim of this paper is to defend the utility and power of the theory in order to create Competitive advantage by showing its ability to inform managerial behavior. This article is tried by combining neoinstitutional theory with those theories explains the role of neoinstitutional theory in creation of competitive advantage that the base of this data is presented a model. The goal of this research is development in a survey-analysis way. Statistical population of the research includes two banks of Eghtesad-e-Novin and Persian in Tehran. This research is presented the result of re-definition of neointuitional theory is consistence to new environmental requirement. This theory can present as an approach that explain the creation of competitive advantage. That means the competitive advantage gain not only thorough of discrimination but only thorough of efficiency and in homogenous Resource.
