Organizational citizenship behaviors as employee spontaneous behaviors have strong effect on individual and organizational performance. In the other hand, with the consideration of social exchange theory, perceived organizational support has effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In this study, we examine the direct effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior in Pars hotel in Mashhad. Structural equation modeling (SEM), was used to analysis the data were obtained from hotel employee. Results indicate that perceived organizational support, respectively, with path coefficients including 0/32, 0/5, 0/25, 0/5 and 0/64, has direct effect on altruism, civic virtue, consciousness, sportsmanship and courtesy.
