Abstract: 

Fast response as the most important competitive aspect enables organizations to be productive. One of the factors to increase fast response organization is organizational learning. In this paper the effect of organizational learning on increasing fast response organization was examined and we argue that fast response organization will be achieved when which we have balanced organizational learning. The aim of this study was to investigate the possibility of establishing fast response organizations based on components of organizational learning. The current research method regarding to the intrinsic, was descriptive and correlation. The survey of the project was based on structural equations model. The statistical population of the present study included all employees of Industry, Mine and Trade organization of Kermanshah province that by using simple random sampling method, 155 persons according to Cochran formula were selected as sample of the study. Research data collection instruments were Statistical software standard questionnaire. Research data after gathering were analyzed by Statistical software of SPSS and LISREL. Results showed that the effect of organizational learning on fast response organizations is positive and significant; as well as, component of shared vision among dimensions of organizational learning had of the greatest effective on fast response organizations. Therefore, planning further studies in order to better recognition of factors could be one of the basic strategies in order to establish of fast response organizations.

Abstract: 

This study aimed to explain the role of self-directed learning on human capital in Ministry of Cooperative, Labour and Social Welfare. The research method was descriptive and correlational and data analysis method was SEM. Population was 1500 persons of Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare that using Cochran's sampling formula that Sample size was determined 306 employees by simple random sampling. Self-directed learning questionnaire with the reliability (a =0.93) and human capital questionnaire with the reliability (a =0.95) were used to collect data, that have also reviewed and approved the content and construct validity of questionnaire. To analyze the data, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, confirmatory factor analysis, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise regression and structural equation modeling were used. Results showed that self-directed learning and human capital of employees higher than the average and self-directed learning had a significant positive correlation (r=0.65) with human capital of employees. Structural equation modeling of self- directed learning and human capital, with parameters fitted was approved and self-directed learning with path coefficient (g =0.75) has impact on human capital. Stepwise regression analysis showed that, among the components of SDL, the choice of learning strategies, identify sources of learning and learning self- assessment predicted 41% of their human capital.

Abstract: 

Regarding rapid changes and complexities of business environment, knowledge has become the key source and main property for achieving competitive advantage. Furthermore, knowledge management and learning processes has become an important factor for success in international markets. The aim of this study is to assess the relationship between knowledge management practices and export performance with respect to dynamic capabilities of knowledge management and innovative performance in technical exporting companies and engineering services. This is an applied and descriptive research. Research population consists of companies exporting technical and engineering services in Tehran, among which 151 companies were selected through stratified sampling. The hypotheses were tested using structural equation model (SEM) and standard questionnaire were used to gathering information. Also the validity was evaluated through scholar’s opinions, and AVE was used for convergent validity. The reliability of the research measured by Cronbach's Coefficient Alpha. The results show that there is a significant positive relationship between knowledge management practices and export performance of companies. Acquisition and retention of human capital knowledge is considered as the main capital and competitive advantage of companies exporting technical and engineering services, which facilitates their export performance.

Abstract: 

Shortlife-cycle of products, changing customer requirements and varying laws force companies to work on new product development and supply chain, simultaneously. The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate some factors affecting the performance of entrepreneurial supply chain and new product development. This research is done on beverage industries of Tehran during years 2013 and 2014. The statistical population consists of industry experts and practitioners. Collecting data is done through semi-structured interviews (12 interviews) and questionnaire (52 samples) and to determine the validity of convergence, validity index AVE and divergent validity are applied. The reliability of questionnaires is tested by using Cronbach's alpha coefficients and load factor coefficients. The method applied for data analysis is open and axial coding. Statistical hypothesis tests are performed based on structural equation model using SMART-PLS software. The results show that components of entrepreneurial supply chain affect the performance of companies by intensity factor 0.334 and new product development affects by factor 0.388 as well. Three components of growth in a supply chain, customer involvement and participation of suppliers significantly affect the entrepreneurial supply chains and three components of taste characteristics of the product, health features of product and product innovation affect new product development.

Abstract: 

Emerging of risk is considered in various industrial supply chain in the last two decades. Many scientists in this field concentrate on proper managing of these risks. This research is aimed at identification and exploration the dimensions and factors of this phenomena by content analysis. Then classification and prioritization of these dimensions and risks are done. In order to analyze the previous literature, the meta-synthesis model which developed by Sandolowski and Barroso were utilized. We found 401 papers from 2000 to 2014 and eventually by using some criteria 75 ones were selected to further investigation. Results show that different aspects of supply chain risk management were categorized in five main dimensions, 17 sub-dimensions and 124 related codes which presented those dimensions and sub-dimensions. Finally, the influence of codes in each dimension was evaluated and prioritized by using Shannon Entropy. This research conclusion indicates that the most important risks based on content analysis include: supply risk, demand risk, information risk, product risk and flexibility risk. Moreover the most important risk reduction strategies that practitioner could employ to eliminate risk factors and their outcomes are multiple supplier, cooperation between partners, flexibility in supply and product.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of the knowledge management in relationship between Learning Culture and organizational innovation on employees of Babol University of Medical Sciences. This study is a descriptive correlational study that is clearly based on the structural equation modeling (SEM). The participants of this study were 189 employees of Babol University of Medical Sciences that were selected via available sampling method as the sample of this study. The participants completed the organizational innovation questionnaire which is developed by Choopani et al. (2012) the learning culture questionnaire which is developed by Marsyk and Watkins (2003) and the knowledge management questionnaire developed by Nonaka (1995). The reliability and validity of these questionnaires is (p<0.01). The results of Pearson correlation showed that the learning culture, the knowledge management, and the organizational innovation are mutually correlated with each other (P<0.01). Implementing structural equation modeling for the effect of the learning culture on the organizational innovation through the knowledge management as the mediator variable, we found out that the proposed model has a good fit and the organizational innovation is affected from the learning culture when there is the knowledge management in Babol University of Medical Sciences.

Abstract: 

Television Movies or Telefilms are a genre which has been the focus of attention for managers in IRIB’s communication system. The lack of an effective model for mass production of this genre has caused the production and supply cycle to face with a remarkable quality slump. This study, through pathological examination of the chain of telefilm production in IRIB, via extensive scientific studies, has chosen and used the components of Value Chain Reference as one of the most comprehensive models of value chain frameworks to study and comply with the processes of telefilm production chain. Firstly, with the use of analysis of hierarchical process (AHP), the most important cause of problems in the chain of production was computed and identified. The most important cause and deficiency in the main process and during production of telefilm is related to the level of strategic issues of the process, namely, the issues of direction and planning which are considered as the supporter of the main process. As a result, using the input and output of model, the desirable situation complying with the most important causes within the framework of process structure have been designed, completed and proposed for improvement of current conditions.
