Abstract: 

ThThe purpose of this study was to investigate the role of primary school principals’ instructional leadership in teacher job engagement through school culture. Three survey instruments, the Principal Instructional Management Rating Scale developed by Philip Hallinger and Wang (2015) with Alpha coefficient of 0. 97, the School Culture Survey developed by Steven Gruenert (1998) with alpha coefficient of 0. 98 and work engagement Questionnaire developed by Schaufeli and Bakker (2003) with alpha coefficient of 0. 89 were implemented to collect data from elementary school teachers in Urmia, Iran. A total of 310 teachers in 56 schools participated in the study. Structural equational modelling was utilized to analyze the research hypothesis. Results showed the model fits the data. Data analysis showed no direct effects of principal instructional leadership on teachers’ work engagement. The results did, however, support the belief that a principal can have an indirect effect on work engagement through mediating variable of school culture, suggesting the importance of principals using an instructional leadership approach. As instructional leaders, principals can help teachers collaborate, instilling collective leadership, and communicating a shared vision, principals can contribute to developing a positive and collaborative school culture.

Abstract: 

the present mixed Research has been implemented with the aim of identifying indicators of thriving at work and evaluating the existent status of of khoramabad teachers. in qualitative section, by using purposeful and snow-ball sampling, some famous, experienced and excellent teachers, who according to parents' and administrators' report can be regarded as enjoying thriving at work, were selected and interviewed. 37 indicators and 10 dimensions were recognized by using content analysis and coding procedure of interviews. In the quantitative section of this Research, based on the identified indicators and dimensions a valid and reliable questionnaire was developed and completed by325 teachers. By exploratory factor analysis, 37 indicators were indentified and were classified into 3 factors (personality traits, work engagement and job satisfaction). In the next phase, as the results of one-sample t-test indicated teachers have meaningful experience of thriving at work and the three factors of thriving at work were evaluated at moderate to high among them.

Abstract: 

This study aimed pathology classroom management multi grade primary schools in the Germi city and provides appropriate solutions optimized model, the method of the article is based on survey and Delphi stages and statistical population of the present study. This research is fundamental and descriptive terms the field study was conducted. The population study on both the teachers have teaching experience were Multi grade classes. In the first stage, 201 cases were selected based on Morgan to interview In the second step30 formed in the Graduation year 1395-96. In the first stage stratified random sampling method and was stratified random sampling in the second stage. In the first phase and the second phase of data collection tool was questionnaire depth interview. During the first stage of the method for the analysis of coordination between the respondent and the second of two round Delphi method was used. To determine the validity and content validity of the relative factor confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach''''s alpha was used to determine the reliability of the method. The reliability was calculated to be 0. 957 the findings in the first stage, 69 were injured and165 solution. In the second phase was approved model And showed that structures the narrative are satisfactory And ultimately harm and management solutions were identified Multi grade classes and eventually the number of10 injuries and10 were introduced solution as the final model.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to provide a Model for Measuring the Factors Affecting the Organizational Agility of Education Department of Southern Zagros Oil and Gas Exploitation Company. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature is a descriptive-analytic method. The statistical population were the official staff located in the headquarters of Shiraz, equal to 330 people. According to Cochran formula, 178 people were selected as random sampling method. The validity of the study was accomplished by convergent and divergent validity, and reliability of the questionnaire was measured using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on the literature and background of the research. In its construction, the views of experts and also specialists in the field of education and research have been used. Descriptive statistics including descriptive statistics of research indicators and individual characteristics of respondents using SPSS and for inferential statistics with exploratory factor analysis, appropriate items were selected for the items and then, by structural equation modeling and PLS, the factors influencing organizational agility, namely, "organizational factors", "Human", "hardware technology" and "software technology", were examined & all the hypotheses were confirmed. Friedman test was used to rank the effective factors, which means "hardware technology, software technology, human and organizational", respectively, are effective on organizational agility. Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to present a model of timing optimization and cost reduction in the distance education system. One of the successful methods of scheduling and optimizing costs in project and service systems is value management. This research is applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of implementing a descriptive-analytic research. In this research, a comprehensive study is conducted on the distance learning system of Payam Noor University. Therefore, using field and library studies, on the one hand, and interviewing and compiling a questionnaire for obtaining information from the managers and officials of this university was used. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the time and cost of the distance education system. The results of the analysis of the first hypothesis showed that in all situations, the probability value is less than 5% and in a situation less than 10%. Regarding correlation coefficient and regression coefficient (β ), the relationship between independent and dependent variable can be found. The results of the second hypothesis showed that in all situations, the assumption that there is a relationship between the impacts of cost centers on managing the value earned in the success of training courses from the first degree round is accepted. Also, in all situations, the correlation coefficient is negative. Therefore, the inverse relationship between the impacts of cost centers on the management of acquired value, on the success of the first-round training courses, in all situations, is accepted with a probability of 95%. It was shown that there is a correlation between variables related to the impact of cost centers on managing the value obtained in the success of the first-round educational courses. The results of the third hypothesis showed that the assumption is based on the existence of a relationship between the impacts of centers of activity on the management of the value obtained in the success of distance education courses. Regarding correlation coefficient and regression coefficient, the relationship between independent and dependent variables can be found. in this research The results of the fourth accepted.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to present ethical leadership model based on the study of the superiority theories of management in higher education. This qualitative research was identified by inductive content analysis method. First, the themes of ethical leadership were identified using the method content analysis method and based on the field of research, which included 101 articles in the databases from 2000 to 2017. The extracted themes of ethical leadership were identified by overlapping management texts in three areas of ethical vision, moral value, and ethical awareness. In the domain of the agent of the moral perspective, the organizing themes: ethical transformation, moral agility, screening moral dilemmas, human resource development, ethical decision maker and ethical reasoning and in the domain of the moral value of organizing themes: ethical propaganda, ethical adherence, capitalism Moral-social and emotional empowerment, and in the domain of ethical awareness, the organizing themes moral and epistemic leadership were identified. Attending these areas simultaneously for the utmost development of higher education and university executives will show the superiority of ethical leadership.

Abstract: 

It is a serious question that managers of state-owned enterprises should learn the source of knowledge and acquired skills from management. The purpose of this paper is to design a conceptual model based on economic activities to improve the system of professional management education. This research is descriptive and exploratory and based on the research achievement. The research population consisted of managers of economic enterprises in different parts of Kermanshah province whose number was 189 and the sample size was calculated based on Cochran's formula of 80 and using a two stage cluster sampling method. Data gathering tool in this research was a researcher-made questionnaire with Likert scale. Meanwhile, the content analysis of the conceptual model was extracted by reviewing the specialized texts. The results show that today the enterprises of the country lack expert management, and despite the current approaches of the education system in the training of managers, gaining experience is a well-known way that most managers in this way acquire the skills, techniques and methods of specialized management. In this research, a conceptual model was proposed to improve the system of professional management education, in order to educate efficient managers to set up and run economic activities. The structure of this conceptual model consists of two main parts. The first part of the set of actions is a pre-requisite, which must be preceded by the design of the courses, the managers of the enterprises of different sectors, and the second part is a set of common actions to be undertaken in the design of each period. This model has been developed by studying specialized texts related to economic activities and with the use of experts, in order to provide a framework for designing professional management courses.

Abstract: 

According to strategic human resource management, employees are considered as the assets of the organization, and appropriate training and improvement in this regard are considered as an effective investment in these assets. Training and improving the employees is a strategic action that improves the quality of the job at the individual level, is the factor of excellence at the organizational level and development of the organization at the national level that leads to an increase in productivity. The human resources training and improvement system acts as a complement to the employment system, which empowers employees and guarantees future success. The main purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the indicators of justice-oriented training and improvement system. The research method was mixed exploratory, in which qualitative and quantitative data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. A sample of 15 experts (human resources management professors) was selected through purposeful judgment sampling. The validity of the coding process was evaluated via re-coding method, and also the validity was assessed using re-examination of the interviewees. The indicators of the justice-oriented training and improvement system were identified by means of interview and Scott reliable coefficient and they were analyzed for a prioritization in an analytical hierarchy process questionnaire based on the AHP method. Finally, according to the results of the research, the indicators of proportionality, accessibility and effectiveness in regard with distributive justice dimension, indicators of bias, correct ability, representativeness and standardization and in respect with the procedural justice dimension, indicators of respect, trustfulness and feedback with regard to the interactional justice dimension and finally the indicators of justification, clarification and information sharing in regard with informational justice dimension were identified and prioritized in the training and improvement system.

This project aims to upgrade the theory of Islamic education by presenting Educational Leadership Requirements through recognition of the attributes of God and man. The method of this qualitative research to provide educational leadership requirements is analysis of the meaning of Quran’ s verses, related to God's attributes and leadership of the Prophet in the field of mankind's guidance and evolution. As Almizan commentary is one of best commentary of Quran, the comments of AL lame tabatabaei is studied as the main sources of data. The data is analyzed after data collection. The results of the research includes pure and practical points in the field of educational management: Based on the inference of the theological basis, every educational leader must know that God has given the possibility of cultivating his attributes in human and also educational leader through his divine spirits in man. there are some God’ s attributes like all knowing &wise that expresses the necessity of mastering the manager's scientific and professional knowledge, his managerial skills and ability, and also his awareness and vigilance about the issues. Abstract: 

The aim of this study was compare of educational democracy, citizenship skills and academic burnout among public and private schools of Shiraz City. The research method was causal-comparative. The study population consisted of all public schools and non-government schools in Shiraz high schools of which there are 70 schools (60 public schools and 10 private schools) is. school grade 2 class was selected. The sample comprised a total of 12 classes. In this study, three questionnaires measuring educational democracy Qltas and colleagues (1393), academic burnout Boers (1997), citizenship skills Mohammad Johnny (1390) respectively. Analysis of descriptive and inferential statistics used in descriptive statistics (calculation of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics methods were used independently. The results showed that between democracy education in public schools and non-government schools there is a difference between academic burnout in public schools and non-government schools, there is no difference between citizenship skills in public schools and private schools there.

Abstract: 

These intellectual capacities are used in generating values for organizations. In the recent years judgments concerning the success rate of organizations rely upon management of such assets. In the late 20th century, the academic circles and universities began to be viewed as major initiators of social and economic upheavals. Before that the bulk of investment were focused on industries. However, at the turn of the century, a major shift of emphasis occurred away from competition preference to overt scientific knowledge potentials coming from universities as the centre of excellence in science. There has also been a similar shift of attention here in Iran where higher level education in general and “ Payam-e-noor University” in particular has been regarded generator of knowledge. The present research therefore aims at assessing the intellectual asset management performance in Payam-e-noor University-Guilan using the AHP method. So the study is both applied and descriptive in nature. The intended statistical society included a group of 365 university staff out of whom 187 subjects were selected through random cluster sampling. The use of paired comparison questionnaire was carried out to elicit the required information from the respondents. The results should show the top priority of ” human assets” with a preferential coefficient (pco) of 0. 62 followed by “ innovation” which was a factor with a Pco of 0. 76 standing prior to “ responsibility” with a Pco value of 0. 16 preceding “ staff satisfaction”-0. 07. Meanwhile, “ the culture of work environment” took precedence to “ technology transfer” 0. 29 followed by “ information system” with a pco value of 0. 62 which itself preceded “ customer’ s loyalty enjoying a pco of 0. 23 standing higher than customer’ s satisfaction-0. 13. Finally, Guilan university branch enjoyed a preferential coefficient of 0. 33 standing above of other university units

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was Training Needs Assessment of environmental education for parents of hyperactive children in the cognitive fild and offering training courses. The method of research is descriptive-correlation. Kaufman inductive model was used to assess educational needs. The study population included all parents of hyperactive children referred to Imam Reza and Hafizhospitals in 95 year with a capacity of 140 people was formed. Sampling method was available and according tokeregci-Morgan table, 103 parents were selected. For date collected used a self-made questionnaire with 20 item. Validity of tools confirmed by educational scienses and psychology and reliability of tools by Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0/91. Data collected by the Software spss. vs. 22, Mean, standard deviation and Man Whitney U and Spirmantests were analyzed. The results showed that parents most need to be familiar with the hazards of smoking, tobacco or drugs in place of the child's life (1/06 ± 1/83) and the least need to know to choose the right school and the education of children hyperactive have (0/75 ± 0/47). Also the results showed that between the educational needs of parents and their literacy level, there is no significant relationship and statistically there is no significant difference, from environmental education needs, between the parents, of hyperactive girl, and parents of hyperactive boy. According to the identified needs and perceived need for training courses, planning needs to be done in this area.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was the investigation of the relationship between organizational culture and organizational entrepreneurship for the mediating role of occupational and individual characteristics. The current study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey in terms of dada collection. The statistical population of this study was the entire staff of the first and second district of urmia (210 participants) out of which a sample of 142 participants were selected as samples by using Morgan table and based on random stratified sampling compatible to the size. To collect requisite data, three Standard questionnaires (organizational culture Based on Quinn and Gareth model 1991, organizational entrepreneurship Based on Barringer and Bluedorn model 1999, personal and professional factors Based on Transe Michel model 1997) were utilized and the content validity and reliability (0. 93, 0. 96, 0. 93) were estimated and approved. Data were analyzed through descriptive inferential statistics multiple regression and path analysis and by SPSS 18 and PLS statistical software. Based on path analysis, there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational entrepreneurship with mediating role of occupational and personal factors (P< 0. 05) and the model has a good fit. On the other hand, organizational culture, components of compromise culture and ideological as well as personal and professional factors capable of predicting of organizational entrepreneurship are variable.

Abstract: 

AbstractFrom the researchers’ standpoints, providing proper conditions and cultural context can be assumed as a platform for employee empowerment. Thus, the purpose of the present study was to design an organizational culture model and investigate its relationship with employee psychological empowerment at universities and higher education institutions of Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. This study was a developmental and applied research type conducted within two phases including identification of organizational culture dimensions via content analysis method and its examination through survey methodology. In the qualitative phase, a total number of 25 experts were selected using purposive sampling method. Then; following the fulfillment of semi-structured interviews and content analysis, the study model was designed. In the survey phase, the statistical population of the research was comprised of 5365 employees working at universities and higher education institutions in Razavi Khorasan Province; of which, a total number of 421 individuals were determined via stratified multistage random sampling method as the sample size and the data required were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. Based on the results of this study, the organizational culture model in Iran’ s higher education system could have four dimensions including “ behavioral” , “ managerial” , “ structural” , and “ value-based/ideological” . Moreover, a positive and significant relationship was observed between organizational culture and employee psychological empowerment.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of interpersonal learning aspirations in the relationship between goal orientation and academic self-efficacy. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and method of descriptive and correlation. The statistical population of this study included students of the 7th elementary school of Marvdasht city. To determine the sample size, 150 students were selected based on multistage cluster random sampling. The data gathering tool in this study included three Jing and Morgan academic self-efficacy questionnaires, a goal orientation of Buffard et al., A Friedel and Paris enthusiasm questionnaire, which confirmed the validity and reliability of the tool. The results of Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis indicated that: between orientation towards learning (learning) and orientation toward performance with academic eagerness, there was a significant direct relationship between the orientation towards non-performance and academic eagerness. . The goal orientation towards learning and avoiding students is able to predict their academic eagerness. Academic achievement has a direct, meaningful relationship with academic achievement. Educational etiquette plays a mediator role in the relationship between goal orientation and academic self-efficacy variables.
