Current research examinee the effectiveness ofvocational counseling based on Shafiabady’s multi-axial model on entrepreneurial behavior of boy high school students. Research method was semi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and control group. The thoughtful entrepreneurial behavior questionnaire by Shafiabady, Nooranipour & Ahghar (2012) was administered to all Bu-Ali high school male students at grade 3, district 1, Shiraz, during academic year 2013-2014, and 40 students who got the lowest scores were selected and randomly assigned into two groups of experimental and control, each with 20 members. Then, the experimental group received entrepreneurial behavior teaching according to Shafiabady’s multi-axial model in eight 1.5 hours class sessions. Data was analyzed using covariance analysis method. The results suggested that there was a significant difference between experimental and control groups in terms of entrepreneurial behavior (decision sub-scales, identification of opportunities, characterization of structure, supplying resources and specification of objectives and strategies), that is, application of Shafiabady’s model has developed entrepreneurial behavior among boy high school students at grade 3.
