Abstract: 

This study focused on identifying effective components in the university incubators services and their role in the university spin-offs establishment. The study adopted an integrated approach as its methodology. The statistical population included all college managers and experts in universities’ incubators in Mazandaran Province. Purposive sampling and stratified random sampling were used for qualitative and quantitative parts, respectively.170 subjects out of 304 participated in the quantitative part. 13 subjects were interviewed for the qualitative phase .The data gathering tools were interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire after confirming the validity and the reliability with Chronbach Alpha coefficient which was equal to (0.82). To analyze the data, the descriptive statistics and exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were applied. Based on the content analysis of qualitative data from in-depth and exploratory interviews it was revealed that 17 components were identified in services aspect in the establishment of university spin-offs. Considering the quantitative aspect, the findings also emphasized that the Tax help with the highest factorial load (0.84) and provide financial resources with the lowest factorial load (0.40) explained the variances and other components had their prioritized relative contribution. Also, the final research model was approved considering the fit indexes and standard coefficients. Considering the impact factor of the existing components of the university incubators services in the establishment of university spin-offs, the greatest influencing amount was attributed to the Tax help with 0.84 and lowest was given to provide financial resources with (0.40).

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to determine the impact of In-Service training onIranian and German teachers’ educational needs. Based on Morgan table, the population of this causal-comparative study included 196 high school teachers of Tubingen in Germany and 196 high school teachers of Shiraz in Iran who were selected by conducting multi-stage cluster sampling. To answer the research questions, two questionnaires were used. First, the self-designed questionnaire, and second, “Field and Ruth" job satisfaction questionnaire. Their reliability were .89 and .80 respectively. In order to analyze the collected data Man-Whitney test was used. Result of this study showed that there is a significant difference between the mean scores of teachers in Germany and Iran (p<0.01) regarding their educational needs. However, no significant difference was found between the job satisfaction of German and Iranian teachers (p=0.171).

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the factors that predict building trust in the relationships between managers and high school teachers in girls’ high school in Qazvin. Descriptive correlational study was used. The study population consisted of female high school principals and teachers in secondary education in Qazvin. Four questionnaires were used to collect the data, namely: trust questionnaire (Nyhan and Marlowe, 1997), transformational leaders questionnaire (Yasin, 1985), procedural justice questionnaire (Nyhf and Moorman, 1993), and organizational support questionnaire (Hgvatr and others, 2003). In order to analyze the data, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression were used. The results showed that, there is a significant positive relationship between transformational leadership, the perceived justice support, and trust. Also the transformational leadership style has the greatest impact on confidence and all three variables are significant at a level of less than 001.0.

Abstract: 

This study examined the relationship between Self-development meta-qualities, basic knowledge and information of school administrators and their performance based on Pedler et al.’s Self-development successful managers model at Rey city. The research method was descriptive and correlational using Cochran sampling formula. Stratified random sampling with proportional allocation was used to determine the sample size (180 school administrators in Rey city). Self-development meta-qualities and basic knowledge and information questionnaire with the reliability of (a=0.86), and criteria-based Performance questionnaire with the reliability of (a =0.86) and literature-based Performance questionnaire with the reliability (a =0.91) were used to collect data. Means of the variables in the standard range of the evaluation showed that Self-development meta-qualities and basic knowledge and information were in relatively desirable condition, moreover, criteria and literature -based Performance were desirable. Correlation analysis also revealed that Self-development meta-qualities and basic knowledge and information and criteria and literature based Performance School administrators at Rey city were positively correlated with alpha level of 0.01. According to the results of the stepwise regression, with the order of priority, command of basic fact and creativity with criteria-based performance and creativity, and command of basic fact and relevant professional knowledge with literature -based performance, have multiple correlation.

Abstract: 

Current research examinee the effectiveness ofvocational counseling based on Shafiabady’s multi-axial model on entrepreneurial behavior of boy high school students. Research method was semi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and control group. The thoughtful entrepreneurial behavior questionnaire by Shafiabady, Nooranipour & Ahghar (2012) was administered to all Bu-Ali high school male students at grade 3, district 1, Shiraz, during academic year 2013-2014, and 40 students who got the lowest scores were selected and randomly assigned into two groups of experimental and control, each with 20 members. Then, the experimental group received entrepreneurial behavior teaching according to Shafiabady’s multi-axial model in eight 1.5 hours class sessions. Data was analyzed using covariance analysis method. The results suggested that there was a significant difference between experimental and control groups in terms of entrepreneurial behavior (decision sub-scales, identification of opportunities, characterization of structure, supplying resources and specification of objectives and strategies), that is, application of Shafiabady’s model has developed entrepreneurial behavior among boy high school students at grade 3.

Abstract: 

The goal of this study was to investigate students’ experiences in classrooms based on developing critical thinking. This research was qualitative and conducted at two levels. At the first level, all available digital and in print resources associated with critical thinking were used. And the second level was phenomenological study and included all high school male and female students in Marvdasht city who were selected using purposive sampling congruent. At the first level of the study, after reading the sources, note taking method was used to collect information, and at the second level the information was gathered using semi-structured interviews and then analyzed by a qualitative content analysis with inductive categorization. The result of the first part shows that critical thinking concept should be investigated in both fields of psychology and philosophy. While philosophers emphasis on the nature and quality of critical thinking, psychologists focus on cognitive process and components used to investigate the practical problems. So Philosophers emphasize on critical thinking attitudes but psychologists focus on critical thinking skills. In the second part findings showed that teaching in high schools classrooms and what students experience in classes aren’t based on developing critical thinking.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior among staff of Islamic azad university, Shiraz branch. This research had a practical methodology and followed, essentially, a correlative method for description. 191 staffs from among total 379 staffs of Shiraz Islamic Azad University were selected in a stratified random sampling based on Cochran's sample size formula. To collect the data, the following three questionnaires were used: 1. Organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire by Lee and Allen (…year...), 2. Workplace spirituality questionnaire by Milliman and colleagues (…year…), and Organizational commitment questionnaire by Mowday, Steers and Porter (..year..). The results showed a significant correlation between the workplace spirituality and organizational commitment with the organizational citizenship behavior. Also, both variables of organizational commitment and workplace spirituality proved to be significant predictors for organizational citizenship behavior. There was a positive and significant correlation between the aspects of workplace spirituality and aspects of organizational commitment with the organizational citizenship behavior. Amongst the aspects of spirituality in the workplace, the two aspects of significance and alignment with organizational values were significant predictors for organizational citizenship behavior but the aspect of correlative feelings did not show to be a significant predictor for citizenship behavior. Amongst the aspects of organizational commitment, the two aspects of affective commitment and normative commitment were significant predictors for citizenship behavior but the affective commitment was not a significant predictor for citizenship behavior.

Abstract: 

The present study examined the relationship between resilience and quality of friendship with life satisfaction among students. The research method was descriptive correlational. Data collection included Psychological Resilience Questionnaire, Quality of Friendship Questionnaire and Life Satisfaction Questionnaire. The population included 19,835 male and female high school students in Yazd. The sample consisted of 390 students (196 male and194 female) who were selected by multistage cluster random sampling. Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results showed a significant relationship between resilience and life satisfaction. But there was no significant relationship between quality of friendship and life satisfaction. The results of the regression analysis revealed a significant model. According to the above findings it is suggested that teachers and parents help the students due to the variables such as resilience and quality of friendship to increase life satisfaction.

Abstract: 

The research purpose was to examine the relationship between the career anchors and performance of school administrator. The study was correlational and the sample size was calculated using the Cochrane formula based on which 133 people using stratified random sampling method were selected from among all school administrators in elementary, middle and high schools in Sanandaj in the school year 2012-2013. The research tools included Schein career anchors questionnaire and a researcher-made questionnaire of the administrator performance. Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis by SPSS and Amos were used to analyze the data. The results revealed a significant positive relationship between the career anchors (technical/ functional competence, managerial competence, autonomy/independence, security/ stability, entrepreneurial creativity and pure challenges) and the performance of administrator. However, path analysis indicated that anchors autonomy/ independence, security/ stability and entrepreneurial creativity influence performance of administrator.

Abstract: 

This study examined the relationship between metacognitive awareness and academic self-concept, attitude toward school and social adjustment of first year high school students are Sarpolzohab city. Data collection methods was field research and was conducted with referring to the population and selection of subjects from among them. Furthermore, information of the conceptual framework and the theoretical discussion were gathered by referring to scientific sources and the library lady. Using multistage cluster sampling method, 223 patients were randomly selected from among all 530 students in the boy Daily (state) schools of Sarpolzohab city busy studying in the academic year of 13 91-92. Measurement tools included: metacognitive awareness questionnaire (MAI) by Shrav Vdnysvn (..year..), academic self-concept questionnaire (ASCQ) by Marsh(…), questionnaire on attitude toward school (ASSA-R), and the California Personality Test. Pearson Product moment correlation was used to analyze the data. The results were as follows: meta-awareness and self-concept among first-year secondary school students in Sarpolzohab city were significantly correlated. The correlation between metacognitive awareness and attitudes among secondary school students in the first year was significant and finally, metacognitive awareness and social adjustment of middle school students in the first year significant level were correlated significantly.
