The strategic planning and the evaluation of its effectiveness, is one of the most basic duties of the modern managers and all of organizations must pay particular attention to it, for organization survival.  The strategic planning is vicissitudinous though it has lost these basic properties in many experiments. So far, there have been many studies concerning the strategic planning, but there has not been much works to design an application model to control and mensure the effectiveness.This paper’s aims is explaining the effectiveness of the strategic planning through  a structured model by using the fuzzy multiple decision making to develop the knowledge of measuring the strategic planning within the Iranian organizations. This study has been carried out at "Tolid va Navard Ghateat Foladi co." in order to determine, the appropriate indexes weights for measuring effectiveness by using the Fuzzy-Analytic-Hierarchy-Process. The results shows that, if the evaluation methods are applied by a structured methodology, it will undoubtedly serve as dynamic and effective tools for evaluation and measuring of strategic planning in the organizations. In addition, the additive trend of the proposed model characterstics represents the positive effects of establishing the efficiency of an organization.

Determining the ordering quantity is one of the most important and at the same time , the most difficult issue of production planning which has extensively received particular attention in production planning.This paper aims is presenting an initiative method of determining the ordering quantity with production capacity restaiction for a non-shortage state. The method starts with a preliminary answer for the whole areas of planning and attempts to justify the appropriateness of the answers and reduce the costs as much as possible. the most remarkable features of this proposed model is reduced amount of calculation along with a satisfactory attained results which is shown by an example.

Experimental design has been used as a scientific method to improve the quality. This method omits the quality problems basically and creates the improvement really.Taguchi, an experimental design method, is a practical and strategic method which has been used to design quality for products and manufacturing or service processes. This methods has been used in most of developed countries successfully.This method of solving quality problems acts powerfully to improve process turnover and make productivity with reducing unconfirmed products ,reworking cost and variation especially in manufacturing section.  In this study taguchi method by way of using overall evaluation criterion (OEC) was performed in rooz nosh kermanshah factory to achieve two goals, reducing deviations of acidity and pH from target value simultaneously.This method among 5 factors (A, B, C, D, E) which seemed have important effects or interaction effects sifted 4 factors (A, B, C, E) .Next this method gave a solution by setting those 4factors in optimum levels (A1, B1, C1, E2) .Set of these factors in their optimum level has increased S/N ratio about 2.402 unit which proportion of each factor is respectively 0.404, 0.613, 0.832, 0.552 and overally has rised S/N ratio from -35. 963to 33.545.

Efficient monitoring of correlated process via control charts has seriously been on attention of many researchers to follow the performance of a process along time; the main goal of this study is to examine if the variation of the process is in the control when in the perturbation factors doesn’t change the variation of process. In this article, through presenting the quantilies of the relevant test statistic and using Pearson-Wilks statistic, we propose a simplified method to design the L chart that concentrates on changes in the covariance matrix. This control chart enables the user to determine the out of control points when variations occur in the covariance matrix. Like the standard deviation charts for univariate processes, this chart and multivariate cumulative sum control chart can be considered as suitable tools to detect variations. In addition, general guidelines for the proper implementation of the proposed method are provided. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the procedure of designing the proposed control chart. Also, the performance of the control chart is examined by simulating some significant variations in the process.

The present paper aims at evaluating the efficient factors in assessment and selection of the technology transfer method in order to determine the effectiveness of the five technology transfer components in Tehran’s gas organization. Field raserch method and correlation were selected as the appropriate methodology. Based on the nature of the reaserch, correlation assumptions and special targets were proposed and tested after data collections and establishiment of the theoretical framework.Since the concept of technology includes various parts by itself and the technology transfer comprises different stages, the relationship between the numerous indexes of technology transfer and the efficient components was calculated Data collected through library and field researches was analyzed by using appropriate reliability and valid statistical softwares. The results show the positive effects of the five previously mentioned components on the transfer method. Model validity and the reaserch results in terms of methodology and, also, further reaserch areas were proposed ultimately.

The daily need of project based companies to concentrate systems, which enable them to institution the knowledge of project management to evaluate, sort and select the proposed projects of the companies, have always reacived particular attention by managers of such companies. In contrast to the traditional systems, many of organizations and the economies, institutions have increasingly focused their attention on the project based system. In fact, these organization achieve their prolonged aims on the basis of the correct selection of their projects and their effective administration project portfolio is a new management system which performs the task and helps the organizations to select, manage and integrate the projects. As the selection of the portfolio project requires the inclusion of many other criteria such as financial, technical, management and environmental issues, we have used (FAHP) as new tools in ranking the projects of the organization. Our results show that financial and organization coordinate are the most effective criteria in choosing the project portfolio. Finally , an example of using (FAHP) in the series of Iranian construction holding, engaged  in building and industrial , was discussed in detail.

In this reaserch the effect of changing the companies income tax law on the amount of income tax, retained earning, and the amount of accepted manufacturing companies in Tehran stock exchange is tested to achieve this purpose. First, changes in the amount of income tax, net income, retained earning and the investment of manufacturing companies in the years before and after law change in direct taxes were compared and tested.T- test, analysis of variance, and multiple regression were used in order to test the hypotheses. Obtained result indicated perceptible change in the amount of income tax and the investment of manufactureing companies in the years after change in direct income tax in comparison with the years before change in direct income tax.

In this paper the role of knowledge management and creativity on organizational and development in Tabriz Islamic Azad University has been investigated. For this purpose, first, the theoretical background of Knowledge management, creativity and organizational development has been reviewed. then, through the use of the survey study, the hypotheses have been tested. The population of this study is the employees of Tabriz Islamic Azad University. Which involves 913 people out of which 270 ones have been selected for sample using Morgan table. A researcher make questionnaire has been used to investigate the characteristics of the organization under study in terms of Knowledge management, creativity and organizational development. The required data has been collected and simp; ified after determining the validity and the reliability of questionnaire. While testing the normality of the data, a multi variable regression was used to investigate variables cause and effect relations. The results show that Knowledge management and creativity have positive and meaningful effects on the organizational development. Also linear relation shows that the effect of the Knowledge management on the organizational development is more than the creativity. The paper includes suggestion to improve the Knowledge management, creativity and organizational development  on Tabriz Islamic Azad University.
