Abstract: 

Growth strategies help firms to increase their market share and sale revenues. This study aims to model the role of risk in growth strategies of high-tech firms. Research model has been proposed based on the extended literature, the situation of high-tech industry, and experts' views. Data is gathered by a self-administrated questionnaire and would be analyzed by structural equation modeling using SPSS 18 and LISERL 8. 54. Population is managers of high-tech firms in Iran. A convenience sampling approach is employed to collect estimated sample. Data achieved from 451 respondents was analyzed. Results indicated that: 1) growth strategies of high tech firms affect their outputs, 2) resources affect growth strategies of high-tech firms, 3) multiple risks affect the utilization of resources by the high tech firms, and 4) high tech firms provide the needed resources for their growth based on the outcomes in terms of profit and/or attractiveness accorsing to risks firm precept.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting the successful of implementing talent management in Knowledge-based Companies. The present research is an applied research in terms of purpose, and in terms of the research design, it is a descriptive-survey research. Also, it is a cross-sectional, in term of time and in term of the nature of data is quantitative. In order to analyze the data and modeling, the fuzzy inference system was used and the fuzzy inference model was designed in MATLAB software. Statistical population of the study include experts that consisting of managers, senior executives and HR managers knowledge-based companies in Rasht Which their opinions were used to formulate fuzzy inference rules and the construction of these rules was based on the opinions of 25 experts. The findings of this research indicate that three factors, such as employer brand, organizational culture and transformational leadership style, have been identified as the underlying and effective factors on the successful implementation of talent management in knowledge-based companies. Based on the results of this study, among these factors, the transformational leadership style has the greatest impact on the successful implementation of talent management in knowledge based companies. Similarly, the employer brand and organizational culture were ranked accordingly.

Abstract: 

The present study identifies the dimensions and components of organizational resilience in Iranian banks. Regarding the purpose of the research, first, the research literature on the resilience of the banking industry was thoroughly reviewed and the bank resilience indicators were analyzed. Since few studies which were conducted in this area took a partial look at resilience, this study has tried to take a more comprehensive look at the dimensions and components. Therefore, 12 experts in the banking industry were interviewed and the initial model was identified using expert opinions. The technique to analyze the interviews was thematic analysis, with three stages of encoding. The model was approved by 35 experts in the field of banking, using the obtained confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) technique. The results showed that in order to create and increase organizational resilience, it is necessary to consider several factors in the two areas of microeconomic management and macroeconomic management of Iranian banks.

Abstract: 

The aim of current fundamental research is designing and explaining of metaheuristic framework of the value creation process. In this regard, in the first phase, based on the extensive, deep and systematic study of theoretical foundations, 9 dimensions, 27 components and 100 indicators identified as the elements of the above framework. In addition, in the second phase and after implementation of the two-phase fuzzy Delphi technique, according to experts' opinion, among the 100 identified indicators, 68 indicators were refined and confirmed and the appropriateness of dimensions and components confirmed. Finally based on the above two steps, metaheuristic framework of the value creation process. was developed and explained. In addition, in the second phase, in order to implement a fuzzy Delphi technique, in order to inform the experts, a sample of 30 selected university professors who have a research and writing background in the field of marketing, especially value creation, selected for interview. The results of this study have been helpful in solving theoretical gaps and developing knowledge in the context of the concept of value.

Abstract: 

Succeeding in current complex and turbulent business environment entails deep knowledge and insight regarding Strategic control of organization. Some startups merely relying on their Technical and innovative knowledge, neglect the importance of Control issues or are confined with Strategy Control. This study, incorporating semi-structured interview, is to explore Strategic control issues in five top startups in on-line businesses. Gathered Data are analyzed with MaxQda software and on the basis of these data we have come to a comprehensive strategic control model. This model encompasses wide range of models suggested before by authors of strategic control field. Eventually, we have examined this model using Interpretive Structural Modeling Model. Evidences suggest that Presumption or default assumption control plays a key role in strategic control.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to simulate crowdfunding in the technology entrepreneurship ecosystem in order to better understand this phenomenon. The research method is a qualitative-quantitative mixture based on the system dynamics method. For data collection, library studies, review of scientific literature, articles and specialized publications, and interviews with experts were used. Data analysis and analysis was done using the system's dynamics approach and using Vensim software. The results of the analysis of the data showed that the research model as well as the interactions of the effective variables in this regard, such as the role of government, investors, entrepreneurs and so on. Cash flows show a high sensitivity to changes in the number of investors (population) per unit. Increasing economic regulation also has many effects on the variables of sustainable entrepreneurship development and the development of crowdfunding platforms, in which the development of sustainable entrepreneurship is sharply increasing. And increasing investment will have a beneficial effect on strengthening innovation in centers of growth and technology and reducing government interference; changing the costs of promotion will increase the rate of promotion of crowdfunding in the 18th to 30th period and have a very good effect on tax cuts.

Abstract: 

Investigating the factors affecting consumer satisfaction and loyalty leads to a deep understanding of consumer behavior that enables marketers to deliver products and services in line with the needs and demands of consumers on the market. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of utilitarian and hedonic shoppingvalues on satisfaction, loyalty, brand preference and Intention to repurchase Customers in malls. The statistical population of this study is customers of the hyperstar shopping center in Shiraz. sampling method is Simple random and sample size is 447 people. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire. Questionnaire is a closed-ended questionnaire based on the Likert scale of 5 and has 28 questions. The validity of the mean of variance was extracted and for determining the reliability of the combined reliability, and for statistical analysis of the structural equation modeling and software Smart PLS has been used. The results of the research show that in the hyperstar shopping center, two variables of utilitarian and hedonic shoppingvalues have a direct effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Also, the effect of the customer loyalty on recommendation to others, brand preferences, and the cost of changing suppliers as confirmed by loyalty implications. In addition, the impact of brand preference on Intention to repurchase Customerswas confirmed.

Abstract: 

Although compiling strategies for advancing the objectives of an organization seems essential, the harmony among the organization elements for successful performance of compiled strategies is more significant; since implementing strategies in the organization arteries is a process during which all of the constituent parts of a whole are combined and its realization is dependant to various factors and follows different patterns. This principle is of a great importance, especially in insurance industry as one of the major institutes influencing on countries' economics; a financial institute that ireinforces the society's economical power, on one hand and provides the extent of production and service activity developments, creating security and assurance, on the other hand. Therefore, in the current study researchers intend to explain the effective factors influencing on strategy implementation in organizations through a consolidated approach. The statistical society consists of managers and experts in Iran, Asia, and Moalem insurance companies in SHIRAZ. The sample size is determined as 271 people according to Cochran Formula. The data collecting tool in the current research is questionnaire and the validity and stability are determined utilizing Confirmatory Factor Analysis approach and Cronbach Alpha Coefficient, respectively. The proposed conceptual model of the research was studied using structural equations. The obtained results confirm the positive and meaningful relations among the research variables. Therefore, it could be claimed that the considered relations in the model are true and reasonable and the presented model is confirmed.

Abstract: 

Although several studies have been conducted on the concept of meritocracy, but servant leadership has been underestimated as a factor affecting meritocracy in recent years in organizational literature and management. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the meritocracy model based on its related factors in terms of the role of mediator of servant leadership in order to provide a desirable model. Accordingly, while reviewing the theoretical literature and their respective variables and their scale, the overall framework of the study was formed. This research is applied and functional study in terms of purpose, and it is descriptive and correlation in terms of nature. The statistical population of the research is the staff of the universities of Markazi province in the years 1995-96. The sampling was done by two-stage cluster sampling. For data collection, the factors related to meritocracy were estimated 0. 72 and 0. 73, and the servant leadership was estimated 0. 90. Descriptive and inferential statistics (correlation test and structural equation modeling) were used to analyze the data. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and AMOS software. The findings of this study showed that the model of meritocracy based on its related factors regarding the role of the mediator of servant leadership has a significant fitting.
