Abstract: 

The subject of this thesis is “Studying the Effect of Industry Type on the Relationships between Corporate Governance and Companies Productivity “.In this study the relationship between the type of industry activity and corporate governance and productivity with and without control variables were discussed. The territorial scope of the research includes the registered companies in the Tehran Stock Exchange. Moreover, the time of the study of the companies refers to the period from 2003 to 2012.The research included an independent variable (type of industry), and two dependent variables (productivity and corporate governance) and the control variables. In the first hypothesis the relationship between ownership concentration and total productivity and in the second hypothesis, the connection between the board of directors size (board size) and total productivity and finally, in the third hypothesis the relation between the type of industry activity and productivity were included in the research model and their significance was examined.The result showed that there was a significant negative relation between ownership concentration and productivity, a significant positive relation between the board size and total factor productivity and a significant negative relation between the type of industrial activity and productivity.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is determining the impact of intellectual capitals and employee job satisfaction on employee productivity in North West Tejarat Bank of Tehran City. The research is a kind of correlation-descriptive study that has been conducted through the survey method. Also, the research is an applied one regarding its objective. The statistical population of the research included all the employees in North West Tejarat Bank of Tehran City, and 260 persons were selected as the sample according to Morgan’s table. The data gathering tools were the questionnaires of intellectual capital, job satisfaction and employee productivity. To analyze the data, we used descriptive and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling through path analysis), and the data were analyzed through SPSS and LISREL softwares. The findings of the research showed that intellectual capital, besides its direct impact, exerts an indirect impact on employee productivity through the mediation of job satisfaction and the intensity of the indirect impact is significantly higher than that of the direct impact.

Abstract: 

This paper aims to investigate the relationship between Organizational Culture and Knowledge Utilitization and Application for ranking non-financial performance of Department of Sahand Tire Company. The main purpose of the study is presenting a model for improvement of non-financial performance of the department and studying the effect of organizational culture on non-financial performance with the mediating role of knowledge utilitization and application by using slack-based fuzzy network data envelopment analysis (FNDEA) on the basis of excess of inputs and shortage of outputs. The related data were collected by a questionnaire distributed among 117 personnel from 12 units on the basis of random-classified sampling. The findings showed that the non-financial performance of workshop and manufacturing Process are better than the performance of other units. Also, findings showed that knowledge utilitization and application factor has a significant and positive role in the relationship between organizational culture and non-financial performance.

Abstract: 

Selection of enterprise resource planning systems is considered a crucial management decision due to the high costs of purchase and implementation processes and the complexity of implementing a new system. The present study aimed to define and select resource planning system and rank the factors affecting the deployment using fuzzy multi attribute decision making approach. From the viewpoint of the nature of the research question and purpose, the present study is an applied research and from the viewpoint of data collection, it is a survey. The statistical population consisted of the managers and technicians of the related industries. Based on Morgan’s standard table, 226 people were selected as the research sample by simple random sampling. Data analysis was performed using fuzzy TOPSIS technique. The factors influencing the selection and implementation of enterprise resource planning systems were identified as (infrastructure, economic development, the production, the regional success and regional instruments, computer culture, organizational size, management commitment and process reengineering). After reviewing the applications and enterprise resource planning systems, seven systems which have better performance and availability were elected. The results suggest that three priority enterprise resource planning systems whose weights are close together include: Oracle system with the highest weight (0.6960), the system QAD (0.6181), and the PeopleSoft (0.5978). Lawson system, J.D. Edwards’s system, SAP system, and Bann system are placed in the subsequent ranks.

Abstract: 

This study attempts to investigate the influence of satisfaction and usability of the website on productivity and positive oral statements of e-bank customers. The data were gathered from the survey of 384 customers using e-commerce database, and for evaluating the effect of satisfaction and usability of the website on productivity and positive oral statements, hierarchical multivariable regression analysis (HMRA) was used through Lisrel software. The results of the study showed that the use of website has a direct impact on customer satisfaction in electronic banking business. Also customer satisfaction leads to productivity, and productivity results in positive oral statements made in e-banking business. Finally, customer satisfaction has a direct impact on positive oral statements and e-banking business productivity.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this research was to investigate the moderating role of psycho-social needs in the relationships between job demands and organizational citizenship behaviors, task performance, and creativity. The statistical population included the employees of a company affiliated to Ministry of Petroleum in Bandarabas, and from among them, 187 persons were selected using simple random sampling. The research instruments consisted of: needs questionnaire (Yamaguchi, 2003), job demands and task performance questionnaires (Babakas et al, 2009), creativity questionnaire (Tierney et al, 1999), and organizational citizenship behaviors questionnaire (Bukhari and Ali, 2009). The data were analyzed with the use of hierarchical regression analysis. Results revealed that need for affiliation moderates the relationship between role overload and ambiguity with task performance and organizational citizenship behaviors, and need for power moderates the relationship between role overload and ambiguity with creativity. Also, need for power moderates the relationship between role conflict with task performance, with creativity and organizational citizenship behaviors. The results of the current research revealed that needs could relate behavioral tendencies to job stresses.

Abstract: 

Accommodating needs and supplies and presenting superior value to the customers are among the main goals of customer relationship management (CRM) and their effectiveness has a crucial role in gaining competitive advantage. Accordingly, the aim of this paper is presenting a model to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM through fuzzy approach. The statistical population consists of the customers of Tabriz-Kar Machine Manufacturing Industry. To do this, the researcher designed a questionnaire according to Kim & Kim (2009) viewpoint, and its validity and reliability were measured and approved. To conduct the research, a five-stage model was designed based on fuzzy logic. In the first phase, a fuzzy system was designed with the four dimensions of effective CRM as its inputs and the CRM effectiveness score as its output. In the second phase, the inputs and outputs were converted to fuzzy numbers after the classification. In the third phase, inference rules were explained, and in the fourth phase, defuzzification was carried out. In the final stage the model was tested and the results showed the validity of the model. Finally, by using the designed model, the effectiveness rate of CRM in Tabriz-Kar Machine Manufacturing Company was evaluated. The results show that the effectiveness of CRM in the company with the membership degree of 0.748 is on average rate.

Abstract: 

The present study aims to develop a model for evaluating the performance of the faculty members of Islamic Azad Universities in East Azerbaijan Province. The research is a descriptive survey. The population consists of all members of the academic staff of East Azerbaijan Province totaling 1950 subjects in the academic year 2013-2014. The sample size was estimated 320 people based on Morgan’s table. For the selection of the sample, cluster- stratified proportional sampling method was used. By studying the research literature, the components of the evaluation model were exrtacted and the subcategories of each component of the model were identified separately. The research instrument inspired by the major and minor components was developed in the form of Likert scale questionnaire with 80 questions. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by face validity, and the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated 95 percent through the use of Cronbach’s Alpha. The results of the factor analysis showed that the seven components of professional commitment, research activities, professional development, teaching and training activities, consulting, administrative and scientific services, and political and social activities of the model were confirmed.

Abstract: 

In the current era, the amazing changes in the management knowledge necessitate the existence of measurement systems so much so that the absence of a measurement system in the different dimensions of an organization such measurement of the use facilities and resources, personnel, goals and strategies is considered one of the signs of organization illness. There are different techniques for performance measurement, each of which has strong and weak points. In the present paper, a model for measuring the performance of the bank branches by combining “balance score card” with “fuzzy data envelopment analysis”. The statistical population includes all the branches of Sepah Bank of Tabriz totaling 42. The efficiency measurement indices have been specified through the use of balanced scorecard and with regard to the research literature. For data collection, a researcher- devised questionnaire was used after its validity and reliability had been confirmed. Data envelopment analysis was applied for data analysis. The results show that 10 branches out of the 42 around Tabriz are specified as strongly efficient, 27 as efficient, and the remaining 5 branches as inefficient.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study is to determine the success path of Pars Khodro Company using Fuzzy Cognitive Map technique and analyzing the views of six experts of this company. Based on the objective of the research this research can be considered as an applied and developmental research. And from the viewpoint, of collecting data, it is in line with the experimental research. The research method is based on the utilization of the new concepts in operation research (soft systems methodology). In order to simultaneously remove the constraints of balance scorecard (BSC) approach and study the strategic simulation, we utilized the capabilities of fuzzy cognitive map. The obtained results reveal that the surveyed company through accentuating upon the excellence of daily operational processes and the development of products based on the limited and innovative platforms would be able to move towards excellence and achieving its vision. Based on the proposed framework in this research study, managers of the Iranian companies would be able through leveraging the capabilities of strategic behaviors comparison to integrate their operational plans. This way, as they increase the efficiency of their processes, they can continue the journey towards excellence.
