The information collection tool included information such as age, gender, education, hospitalization, reasons for initial hospitalization, number of admissions, reasons for admission and hospitalization costs. Data analysis was done using SPSS version 21 and using Chi-square tests. Results: The results showed that 20% of the total hospitalization in 2016 was re-admitted. The rate of hospitalization according to the frequency of admission showed that 74.6% of the patients referred to the hospital for the second time, 12.3% for the third time and 13.1% for more than three times to follow the treatment. There was a significant relationship between the age, duration of hospitalization and the education of patients with frequency of re-admission (P<0.05).Conclusion: Considering the results of post-discharge education, the awareness of the importance of follow-up of treatment, the greater attention of the clinical staff to the health care needs of patients, the awareness of hospital administrators of reimbursement costs and comprehensive planning and prevention in Hospitals can be useful in preventing abortion because of administrative factors.

Background & Aims: Drug mistakes are a potentially hazardous event for patient safety, especially in children, which requires special attention from care providers due to the high level of damage. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the effect of e-learning on drug students' knowledge, attitude and practice in nursing students in the pediatric units in 2016.Material & Methods: In this quasi-experimental study, 40 nursing students from the 8th nursing and midwifery faculty of Urmia were randomly divided into intervention and control groups. Then, the first two groups received no intervention but the other two groups received e-learning for 3 weeks before the clinical education. From both groups, pre-test and post-test were performed by a researcher-made questionnaire to assess the level of knowledge and attitude about the prevention of drug errors. A researcher-made checklist was used to determine the level of performance. Validity and reliability of the tools were confirmed. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 21.Results: The samples were matched according to the variables of age, sex, pharmacology score and total mean. Before the training, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the mean score of knowledge and attitude (P>0.05), but after the intervention, the attitude was positive in the intervention group and the level of knowledge was good, with the average of the scores of the variables in the test group increased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion: The findings of this study emphasize on the necessity of planning and regular implementation of drug eradication prevention programs to maintain and improve the health of the children.

Sleep disorders in these patients accompany some serious complications that reduces quality of life and increase mortality. Improving the adequacy of dialysis is the main factor for reducing complications and mortality in these patients. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between dialysis adequacy and sleep quality in hemodialysis patients.Material & Methods: The current correlational_analytical study was performed with a total 102 patients who had applied to dialysis center (Tohid hospital, Sanandaj) for hemodialysis treament between June and septamber 2017. The data collection form consists of socio_demographic and medical charachteristics. Pitsburg sleep questionnare was used to examine sleep quality in the research. Results: Results showed that the mean of sleep quality and KT/V value was 8 (3.93) and 1.23 (0.24) respectivly. The Pitsburg scores that evaluted according to sleep quality, 67.36% of patients had poor sleep quality and 32.64% had good quality sleep. There were no significant diffrences between sleep quality and KT/V value (p=0.06).Conclusion: In this study, there is no statistically significant relationship between dialysis adequacy and sleep quality. However, it was found that the majority of haemodialysis patients had poor sleep quality.

Background & Aims: Some of the causes of preterm delivery almost are known but its biological mechanisms are unknown. There is evidence that shows preterm delivery is related with different seasons of the year. Finding environmental factors affecting biological mechanisms is important steps to reduce preterm delivery. This study aims to determine the seasonal distribution of preterm delivery in Ardabil County.Material & Methods: This research has been done as a descriptive-analysis with a retrospective approach, using hospital cases and climatic data at Sabalan hospital in Ardabil County has analysed 759 pregnant women (n=10860) who had preterm delivery complication during the weeks 20-36 over the time from March 2011-Feburury 2016. In this study, statistical data analysis using descriptive statistical methods and correlation relations were carried out by SPSS software 20.Results: There were% 6.98 preterm delivery among 10860 natural birth. Maximum preterm delivery outbreak was in winter (% 7.95) (P<0.05) and its minimum outbreak was in summer (% 6.22) that was variable with changing of seasons disticly. The maximum frequency of preterm delivery was on Aban% 8.91 and minimum on Shahrivar% 4.50, also the ratio of preterm delivery according to Seasonal Index (SI) showed that the maximum frequency was on Tir with index of 133.44 and its minimum on Shahrivar with 58.85.Conclusion: Preterm delivery followed seasonal pattern according to research findings in Ardabil County.
