This study was conducted to explore used strategies unwritten by the Iranian Navy and the Revolutionary Guards’ Navy during the holly defense. The aim of this study is to explore used strategies by the two forces in the war and exploitation in the future. To answer this question, which strategies were employed by Iranian Revolutionary Guards navy and army in the holly defense; we used Library method and fieldwork interviews and questionnaires community statistical sample for gathering required information. In this study, the sample was 200 and of these, 20 people were interviewed and 106 people were selected as sample and then we summed questionnaires and interviews and statistical analysis for reaching to conclusion. The results indicate that the Iranian Navy and the Revolutionary Guards’ Navy have used some of the military strategies such as; the defense of Islands and the oil platforms, escort oil tankers, Mine Planning, supporting other forces, attacks on enemy vessels and platforms, retaliation in the Tankers War, control the Strait of Hormuz during the holly defense.

The research aims to design a model for strategic management of Armed Forces educational institutions. Using mixed research methods and statistical population, defined in the study, 104 completed questionnaires were collected that showed eligibility questions that are needed to confirm the structural model LISREL test values ​​T and sub ​​percentage higher than 73% LISREL structural confirmed the same. The model was confirmed with the significant high level and low variance estimation error, so that; in the first part of the questionnaire were analyzed the six major step strategic planning and in the second part of the questionnaire were analyzed the process of designing a model of strategic management of Training and Education, in the third part were analyzed the components of the universities’ educational affairs and in the final part, we were analyzed necessary processes of strategic management model educational system. Finally, it responded to the question of research and designed pattern and described the 19-step of study.

This study aimed to describe the principles of Basij`s doctrine, and its type is functional and it was conducted by field- case method. The statistic population is 230 that according to estimates of experts, we used Cochran formula and for determining the sample size to 69 people. The results indicate that the approved principles are the most fundamental principles that include 12 principles. The Basij’s doctrine caused from the valli-faghih intellectual basis and defense and security doctrine, that it located in the highest level of the organization. The Principles of Basij’s Doctrine is according to the conditions and requirements of flexible and dynamic, so is the fittest that the Basij’s organizational planning is done according to the doctrine`s principles. Basij is the objective and organized symbol of people attend to defend the country and so I.R. Iran`s deterrence is based on popular resistance and Basij is at the heart of the defense strategy.

Work communities are one of the most effective tools in the knowledge management. The main objective of this study is identifying the organizational variables that affecting on work communities and studying their effects on the structural dimensions of the work communities, Therefore, while offering a theoretical model of the relationship between organizational factors and social factors of work communities, we had used the structural equivalents model with partial least squares approach to explain this relationship. In this study, it has been studied the 84 social work communities of five cruise industry, defense medium-range, anti-armor, ballistic and long-range defense. The results show that work communities and organizational variables, respectively, each of them possess four main dimensions; “communities navigation, members features, community structure and purpose” and “IT infrastructure, organization features and structure, the features of organization members and the organization's goals” and type of work communities’ structure will be different in five surveyed area of the aerospace industry, with considering the positive effect of organizational variables.

This study done with aimed to investigate the relationship between transformational and oriented exchange leadership qualities with the concept of multi-dimensional organizational commitment. In this study, we investigated the effects of different dimensions of transformational and oriented exchange leadership on organizational commitment. It has investigated to transformational leadership dimensions such as; charisma, encourage intellectual and personal attention, and for oriented exchange dimensions such as; conditional bonuses, active exception-based management, non-active exception-based management, leadership laissez-faire or free. Staff trained in a military organization was the statistical population for this study that among them was randomly selected the population of 201 people as sample. Data gathered with questionnaires from the population studied and used the Spearman correlation coefficient and regression testing for evaluating. The results suggest that the organizational commitment of research community is justified further through transformational leadership style.

This study asked; what are the most appropriate strategies to enable young people for the development of national power in I.R. Iran? And; what are the main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the youth in this context? Type of research is functional, its method is survey method and sample size is 400 that Consisting of 300 Youth 15 to 29 years old and 100 Expert in the field of youth. The data collection tool is questionnaire and interviews based on the SWOT model that it was developed based on 45 factors. As a result, The advent of the fourth generation of young people as a generation technology, professional and educated is the most important strong point, unemployment and reduced employment opportunities commensurate with experience and education is the most important weak point, scientific advances the country's youth and promote their academic standing in the world is the most important opportunity and cultural aggression is the most serious threat. The proposed strategy is "organization and development of all youth activities in the field of cultural, social, political, economic, scientific-technological and military planning to strengthen sectorial and cross-sectorial strengths, overcome weaknesses, the maximum benefit from the opportunities, threats and turn them into opportunities".
