Abstract: 

Investment in financial markets is one of the most important factors of economic development in any country. It should be attempted to make investments in securities to be converted into a public culture in the capital market of any country. One of the most important financial instruments which is developed to collect and allocate funds from investors to purchase securities in order to “reduce investment risk”, “Take advantages of the savings due to scale”, “provide benefits for investors” and “profit”, is mutual funds. Due to the importance of these institutions in economic development of communities, in this study, a fuzzy AHP and QFD combinatory framework is presented for prioritization of the factors affecting the performance of funds. In this context, fuzzy AHP approach is used in order to extract the importance of each criterion (WHATs) and the importance of the relationship between criteria and affecting factors (HOWs).Research findings indicate that managers and relevant authorities should focus on the city size with relative importance of 0.2718, human capital management with relative importance of 0.2716, ownership structure with relative importance of 0.2405 and volume of assets under management with relative importance of 0.216. The results show that it is possible to make more consistent results with higher reliability by combining qualitative techniques and multi-criteria decision making.

Abstract: 

This study aims to investigate the effect of marketing knowledge management (MKM) on organizational performance in Iranian petrochemical industry. The 42 items questionnaire was designed for measuring the variables of the research model and was distributed among 50 external and internal business and marketing members of Petrochemical Commercial company (in proportion to the number of the members of the units). The Chronbach, s alpha coefficient was acceptable for all the variables. Multiple regression method by SPSS software (version 15) used to analyze the collected data. The findings indicate that there is a significant and positive correlation between marketing knowledge management capabilities and whole organizational performance (market performance, customer performance, financial performance(. External marketing capabilities have the strongest influence on whole performance, market performance and financial performance, while internal marketing capabilities have the strongest influence on customer performance.

Abstract: 

Global changes, have created economic opportunities for entrepreneurship which want to own and operate businesses. Entrepreneurship appears to be the most rapidly growing business sector in the world and may prove an important factor in the nation's economic growth. Organization's need to entrepreneurship phenomenon, the emergence of the concept of a particular territory has led to corporate entrepreneurship. In the other hand, excellent models are considered as a mechanism for increasing the production of quality products and services. This study tries to survey relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and organizational performance excellence enablers. In this way we identified 7 main components of corporate entrepreneurship and 5 performance excellence enablers after reviewing of literature. Statistical analysis in Yazd Pishgaman Kavir Cooperative showed there was a relationship between these two variables. In addition, rankings with Fuzzy Vikor shows that in the statistical society's view, new risk measures have the greatest impact on organizational performance. Also the entrepreneurial process in the higher priority placed on the EFQM criteria.

Abstract: 

In this study researcher tested a model for identification of relations between customer knowledge management, CRM and organizational performance improvement. Research society is composed of Senior Managers, Departments bosses and their presidents & experts from each dept. in Tejarat Bank, which are 363 persons. The sample includes 154 managers and employees of Tejarat bank. Cronbach's Alpha for all variables were about 0.8 which are more than 0/7 (acceptable level). The research has 10 hypotheses and they are tested with Multiple Regression and via SPSS. Second and forth hypothesis were denied, but all others were confirmed. The results show that all CKM components effect organizational performance improvement except data processing. Also CRM is affected by CKM components and effects organizational performance improvement. Due to lack of IT systems & Databases of customers, negotiation and communication skills teaching in organization the data processing step are not done appropriately. So Bank should improve above mentioned factors in order to improve organizational performance. At the end we gave some suggestions relating to apply CRM software in Bank, Data Bases for customers, integrating customer data & ….

Abstract: 

Today, companies must compete with other companies for market presence. This needs ability to communicate with their customer to have special attention with them. In this regard, it is necessary to companies pay attention to appropriate communication channels and coincide with request and needs of different customers, through which its interaction with the company and its views could be transferred. In this paper we introduce some procedures to identify and prioritize features of communication channels with customers in various stages of life cycle, in order to determine their prioritized needs of communicating. In this regard an integrated model of Kano and the importance - performance matrix is used. Our population of this study is food retailers group in Yazd province. In this regard, we introduced some key communication features as a prerequisite for selecting appropriate communication channels to communicate with customers in various stages of the life cycle.

Abstract: 

Compiling of strategies in organization and various parts of community is response to which changes is occurring in various area especially in economic and industrial ones. In this study, to design a model for strategy formulation and strategy firm production of a comprehensive strategy framework in the form of exploratory studies, mixed use is thus the stage of qualitative case study method (pure milk company) and a small stage Method of descriptive information is collected. Information gathering stage semi-structured qualitative interviews with 24 people and open the experts and pundits, and review multiple sources and documentation has been. Firstly, the company mission statement, making the second stage screening factors due to fuzzy logic, in the third stage of completion of Swat matrix according to previous information and extract the four strategies and ultimately making decisions with quantitative methods using questionnaires to the priority Classification strategies to help extractive AHP has been a result of the best strategy for firms looking for market development and product strategy.

Abstract: 

One of the most important instruments used in portfolio analysis is the business portfolio analysis matrix and the industry attractiveness-business strength matrix is the variation of the business portfolio analysis matrix that we have selected for the purposes of this research. In this paper, we consider the limitations and problems of the classic portfolio analysis approach and resolve these problems by using fuzzy set theory. In the proposed methodology, both internal and external factors are evaluated in linguistic terms and in terms of fuzzy triangular numbers with fuzzy screening approach. Triangular fuzzy numbers were displayed in industry attractiveness-business strength matrix and specified a region on the matrix for each business. Thus the presented methodology in this article, according to the percentage of the rectangle in each zone, extracts and prioritizes the more significant strategies for businesses. Finally, an application in one of active Companies in Sugar industry is presented to illustrate the proposed methodology.
