Abstract

Compiling of strategies in organization and various parts of community is response to which changes is occurring in various area especially in economic and industrial ones. In this study, to design a model for strategy formulation and strategy firm production of a COMPREHENSIVE STRATEGY FRAMEWORK in the form of exploratory studies, mixed use is thus the stage of qualitative case study method (pure milk company) and a small stage Method of descriptive information is collected.
