Abstract: 

Good governance is an emerging issue that has gained much attention in scientific and international societies during two recent decades. Some indices have been proposed for realization of good governance. Obviously, these indices differ regarding their weight and importance for achieving ideal governance. The main question of the present study is to find out the importance and priority of each index in obtaining efficiency of units and organizations. Through a field survey, it was tried in the present research to study the indices of good governance in depth, to identify the efficient units using data envelopment analysis (DEA), and finally to prioritize the indices based on analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Statistical population includes the employees (n=41) of efficient branches of Refah Bank in Qazvin province The results obtained in this study indicated that out of six indices proposed for good governance, accountability has the highest priority; followed by rule of law and valuism.

Abstract: 

Background: The Housing Foundation of Islamic Revolution is a governmental institution whose clients are mainly from deprived and vulnerable rural areas. The major portion of its activities is conducted in villages, regions affected by natural disasters, and deprived urban areas. This study aimed at investigating the relationship of organizational commitment and perception of organizational virtue with procrastination at work, by considering the role of demographic variables.Research Method: This was an applied descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population included all employees of the Housing Foundation of Islamic Revolution in Isfahan, with at least an associate degree. The Kerjeci-Morgan's table and simple random sampling techniques were used for determination of sample size and selection of samples, respectively. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, as well as the Partial and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient were used for data collection and analysis.Findings: There was a significant correlation between all three variables, namely organizational virtue, organizational commitment, and procrastination at work. Investigation into the role of demographic variables in the quantity and quality of relationship between research variables produced the same result. The only exception was with educational level, in which the relationship of organizational virtue with procrastination was not significant. Results from investigation into the relationship between different dimensions of variables showed that organizational virtue dimensions (optimism, trust, and sympathy) were not significantly correlated with continued commitment. The same result was observed with demographic variables, as moderating variables. Investigation into the relationship of procrastination with dimensions of organizational commitment also showed a significant correlation between emotional and continued commitments with procrastination. The same result was also observed with demographic variables. The only exception was with age and educational level, in which emotional commitment and procrastination were not correlated. Finally, a significant correlation was observed between procrastination at work and two dimensions of organizational virtue.Conclusion: To decrease procrastination at work among employees, some measures, including training through performance contagion, should be taken to improve their perception of organizational virtue and organizational commitment.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is investigate the effect of moral leadership on employees' psychological empowerment through the impact of organizational justice among employees of Isfahan University. In this research, moral leadership is as the independent variable, psychological empowerment is as the dependent variable and dimensions of organizational justice is as a mediator. Questionnaire reliability was confirmed by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, content validity was confirmed by using the experts familiar with the research subject and its construct validity was confirmed by using the structural equation modeling. Statistical population in this study includes all employees of Isfahan University. Data collection was conducted by random sampling. After extracting the data related to mentioned group responses and pre-estimate, variance of statistical sample size was estimated 220 people by using the Cochran formula randomly. Also, to determine the correlation and data analysis has been used the SPSS and PLS software. The results of the data analysis leads to confirm the all of research hypotheses: Ethical leadership have a significant and positive effect on psychological empowerment; ethical leadership have a significant and positive effect on distributive justice; Ethical leadership have a significant and positive effect on procedural justice; ethical leadership have a significant and positive effect on interactional justice; distributive justice have a significant and positive effect on psychological empowerment; procedural justice have a significant and positive effect on psychological empowerment; interactional justice have a significant and positive effect on psychological empowerment.

Abstract: 

This study estimates the human development index in rural areas of Kuhgilooyeh and Boyerahmad province. In this study, the research method is descriptive-analytic. It has used of the statistics and data taken from statistic directories, sanitary and training centers, teaching and training organization, other offices and related organizations. The results show that the conditions of human development in rural areas of this province have improved in comparison to last years, and this amount has increased from 0.446 in 1375 to 0.703 in 1390. It means that it has improved from a low human development to a middle one. It also shows that income index has not been able to play an important role in the improvement of the human development index in rural areas of this province. However, it is necessary to pay attention to policies and procedures so asto increase family per capita income.

Abstract: 

The present investigation was aimed to study the the Impact of information technology on organizational performance improvement in intelligent banking systems.The research was practical in terms of objective and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection.The population consisted of managers,experts and workers in the IT branch of Bank of Saderat in Tehran branches , the number of sample is 150 That were chosen as a sample size by using formula Cochran and Cluster sampling Method, and was taken 108 as the sample size. For collection data is applied standard questionnaire that its validity and reliability is approved by banking experts. By using Cronbach’s alpha method, the reliability of the questionnaire was more than 0.7 for all of the dimensions.Moreover, content validity was employed in order to assess the validity which the results indicated the validity of the survey instrument.The obtained data was analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Smart PLS software and the final model was provided by researcher.The results indicate the conceptual model fit the criteria values and was significant path coefficients,factor loadings, explained vaiance and GOF. The results showed a positive and significant impact of indicators, operating efficiency, effectiveness, cost, and reliability, ability of select (diversity) and accuracy to improve organizational performance are in four dimensions: financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth in intelligent banking systems.

Abstract: 

This survey aims to investigate the effect of spirituality on employees′ job satisfaction of state offices in south part of West Azarbaijan province. The sample of the study included 1500 employees of state offices in south part of West Azarbaijan province. The date collection was done through standardized questionnaire of Milliman et al workplace spirituality and Kendall‚ Smith and Haulin job satisfaction among 306 employees gained via Cochran formula. The credibility of measuring tool has been approved by many researches. In order to analyze the gained date of collected questionnaires ̗ descriptive and inferential statistics were used. Thus for describing the given responses to the questions of the research questionnaire‚ frequency distribution tables and table of responses by percentage for every single question were used. To show some statistical date coherently‚bar graphs were used. At the inferential level to test the research hypotheses‚ correlation and simple liner regression analysis were used by which the effect of independent variable on dependent variable is measured. The findings of the present study showed that workplace spirituality and its aspects affect the employees′ job satisfaction of state offices in south part of West Azarbaijan province.
