Abstract: 

Introduction and Objective: In the two past decades the issue of instability directors has been as one of the to consider in Iran bureaucracy. In this paper, the relationship between job stability and performance management organizations has been studied in one of the province of state banks.Methodology: This was a descriptive study that included a sample size of 17 branches and 850 employees. Branches was selected relative to the population under study and Per unit employees responded to the questionnaires randomly.Results: Results show that the stability of Iranian directors have overall positive effects on work processes in administrative organizations .There is a significant relationship between management stability and employees performance, increased human relations manager with staff, manager mastery on different aspects of administrator duties, efficient use of existing facilities and recognition of ethical problems and employee behavior and attempts to solve the problems.Conclusion: According to the current policy of replacing managers in the studied organization, it seems that this is causing a decrease in performance.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Purpose: Cultural change or evolution is a process by which the different elements of a culture are changed and adjusted over time. Internet as a media causes cultural changes. So, it gives the people the opportunity to offer their ideas and values to each other. The main purpose of this paper is to survey the relationship between cyberspace (Internet) and the operators’ cultural and religious changes.Research Methodology: The present research is of applied research type by objective, of qualitative data type and of descriptive-survey and correlational research by nature and methodology. The statistical population of the present research includes 28000 students of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Sciences and Research Campus, of which 380 students were elected using Kerjesi-Morgan Table, by simple sampling.Findings: The results indicated that there is a significant relationship between the rate of internet use and cultural changes, lifestyle changes and ethnic variations. However, there is no relationship between rate of internet use and religious changes.Conclusions: In terms of cultural and religious changes, the emergence of the information and network society, influenced by the development of the communication, information technologies and cyberspace, led to expansion of public and social space of the communities and countries which strengthened new individuality along with the needs, desires, manners, attitudes and values; however, it did not lead to the fact that the cultural beliefs and assumptions of the Iranian society with their religious origins cause rupture and disintegration arising from these changes.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Objective: Social values indicate general patterns of behavior and norms of behavior accepted by community members and community members have reached a consensus against them and they spend their social life. This survey is to evaluate management strategies to improve social values of the people of Ahwaz deals.Methods: The study purpose and application of descriptive and analytical. The population in this study included all individuals between the ages of 15 to 64 years Qrardashth in the last 10 years have lived in the city of Ahvaz. A cluster sampling of 704 of people in this study were Shzkt.Findings and Conclusions: The present study showed that social values are related to the ethnicity of the people of Ahwaz. These findings suggest that ethnicity Bakhtiari and Lur than other ethnicities individual interest on interest accumulating prefer. Arabs over other ethnicities had to rely on family and friends.

Abstract: 

Introduction and purpose of the research: In this article, a desirable managerial model for systematizing Tehran's labor and street children is presented. In recent years, the issue of systematizing labor and street children is one of the issues that attracted attention of many organizations which work in social areas. In this study, strength and weak points of organizations that are active in this area are examined and it is tried to rightly share responsibility among different organizations regarding their potentials. To achieve this objective, in the first place, concepts such as social welfare, social policy and … are reviewed, then, different organizations' current activities are stated. After that, existing laws are taken into consideration and at the end, a theoretical framework based on comparative studies of successful samples is designed. The design of this framework is based on comprehensive strategic management pattern and matrix approach and includes three main steps: policy- making, implementation and supervision and control. The duty of every organization in every single step is defined.Methodology: For validating the findings, the researcher interviewed with randomly chosen managers, experts and social workers in counseling organizations who worked in Tehran and all were expert at systematizing street and labor children. In the first phase which its aim was identifying working methods, 15 participants were chosen by Non probabilistic sampling and in the second phase which its goal was confirming working methods, 31 participants were randomly chosen.Findings: Based on the results, planning and supervision by mean of 2.68 and after that, leaving the issue (systematizing street and labor children) to NGOs by mean of 2.55 were ranked as the first and second elements in order of their importance respectively. These elements are the most important ones for desirable management and systematizing Tehran's street and labor children.Conclusion: Based on these findings, suggestions were made with the intention of improving current organization of child labor. also a model with regards to division of labor based on starategic management and matrix approach was proposed which includes three major stages (policy making, implimentation and supervison). in each of these stages, missions and roles of interrelated organizations was presented.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Research Goal: Personal branding is a procedure that individuals and their expertise are marked as commercial brands by using it. On other words, the implementation of this procedure leads to a specific sense of recognition, and a memorable and perfect feeling in the owner of the brand. Hence, the recognition of these fields for participation in competitive environments with a variety of management functions, and also turning the activities to multipurpose ones became one of the main requirements for skills development. With such a background, the present investigation aimed to investigate the Effect of Cultural Components on Personal Brand Model Based on Individual Competencies.Research Methodology: The collected data was obtained from 94 persons who owned brands in Iran in 2013 by using researcher made questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by employing Cronbach’s alpha method, which was 0.80 The structural validity was used to check the reliability of the questionnaire, and the results validated the research tool. The data was analyzed through Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), Smart PLS software and Multiple Regression (MP), and the final model was presented in this paper.Finding: According to obtaining findings from Standardized coefficients and t-statistics, total of effective cultural components had direct and significant impact on personal brand (-2.58<t<2.58 and Standardized coefficients was positive).Conclusion: The results of the present research demonstrated the proper fit of the model based on the effect of the dimensions of cultural components such as Values and beliefs, motivational patterns, lifestyles, and tolerance of ambiguity on personal brand based on individual competencies in the fields of knowledge, skill and attitude.

Abstract: 

Introduction and the aim of the research: The present research aimed at identifying the role of organizational culture in the efficacy of professional ethics in organizations.Research methodology: Regarding the aim, the present research is an applied one and based on its nature and methodology, it is a descriptive-survey. The statistical sample consisted of 200 people who were selected from among researchers and staff members of eight religious research centers in Qom. The reliability of the research tool (the questionnaire) was calculated through using content validity method, and its reliability was calculated through using Cronbach's Alpha which was 90%.Findings: 60% of the sample evaluated organizational ethics as above average and 56% evaluated professional ethics as high and very high. There was positive and meaningful correlation between organizational culture and the quality of professional ethics. There was not a meaningful correlation between social status and the quality of professional ethics. Based on the results of the regression analysis, the variable of "organizational culture" affected the quality of professional ethics with the rate of 47%.Conclusion: Organizational culture which is based on the presence of God and trust in Him will result in improving resistance spirit, affection towards the organization and the family, and teamwork spirit, and finally leads to acceptance of values and norms by the people and will increase the quality of professional ethics.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Today, regarding the high speed and great amount of information and with respect of the speedy changes in economic and social, the organizations are always face to the complex missions and challenges. Even though the organizations for achieving the goals and acquiring the successes should be address to the changes and act usefully, must be coordinated and synchronized whole the organizational activities. As a major effective element for the organizations, culture prepared the opportunity for compatibility and symbolizing. In other world, finding any solutions for emerging throughout the organization (designing the suitable strategy according the existence positions) is affected by the culture.Objective :The goal of the study (the relationship of organizational culture with the strategy, case study of the deputy of planning and supervising of IRIB) is examination of the relationship between the organizational culture as a variable considering Dennison model consist of adaptability, engagement, mission and compatibility as four dimensions evaluating per dimension with three defined major indicators and the strategy as the other variable considering Michael Porter model in three dimension of leadership/ cost, differentiation and centralization. This research has one main hypothesis and 12 secondary hypothesizes based on the consideration of the conceptual model.Findings: The analyst of gathered data via the questionnaire in two disciplines of descriptive and constructive analysis was conducted. In descriptive discipline, the data (general questions) was discussed in the field of the frequency calculation, the frequency percentage and drawing the diagrams. Whereas the constructive discipline was calculated using SPSS software and the confirming or rejecting the hypothesizes and their relationship were incurred by the coefficients obtained of Cronbach’s alpha and Spearmen.Discussion and conclusion: Regarding to the significant relationship between organizational culture and strategy at the deputy of planning and supervising, offering a solution for improving fundamental values among organization’s employees and also explaining the importance of change and customer oriented criteria to managers and experts can lead to improvement of the relationship between the two above categories.

Abstract: 

Introduction and purpose: The main aim of this thesis is to study the effect and cause of Iranian Government cultural policy on Guilan Province's Folklore Music. This study addressed the following research question in mind the impact on the local music Guilan Cultural policy is?The answers to these questions, the objectives of this research are considered.Method: The method of this research is also multi-method, including some interviews with influentials people and also analysis of provided data. The population in this study, Cultural policy enforcement organizations in Guilan, Whose function is associated with the folk music of Guilan.Findings: The study shows several factors that had a deep effects on Guilan Local Music, including: cultural policy making, the modernization process in Iran, social and cultural changes, the arrival of broadcasting technologies specially Radio and TV, and the role of cultural managers. Also according to the results, The role of cultural policy in reducing the folk music of Guilan was approved Respectively Factors such as lack of adequate resources devoted to the folk music of Guilan, No need for a musical survey of youth people, Implementation of legislation in accordance with the intellectual property rights of artists, And lack of adequate funding for local groups Guilan have been identified.Conclusion: The writer at the end came to this conclusion that by revising the governmental policies towards folklore music, this dying heritage would be able to continue it's existence and be able to be a part of Iranian local and even national heritage and icon forever.
