Abstract: 

Security in here is society's ability to continue to evolve as part of his nature. Identify the Iranian elements of "social-cultural security" is presented in this survey and also explained the procedure. Variables including national identity, ethnic identity, religious identity, modern identity. Validity and reliability of this instrument have already been confirmed.The theoretical frameworks are Parsons AGIL model, systems theory; Cultural management to identify needs, Copenhagen school, or "Security Studies, Copenhagen, "and School of symbolic interaction.Ends statistical methods including factor analysis to confirm the structures, Methods of descriptive statistics and correlation analysis of variance with post hoc tests, the T-test compared with the Friedman test is a constant. Finally, Variable elements of both ethnic identity and national identity as a strong security culture - social and can be considered as a strategic variable in the model management of cultural- societal security is emphasized. Monitoring and management pattern of adopting a strategic approach to the issue of identity and the variables, the general attitude of plurality in unity is obtained. The policy of decentralization in the management of cultural security - in the community is emphasized.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Objective: In new approaches of Management Science, teamwork and cooperation and interaction with others are of high significance. In this regard, coordination between the cultures of the staff and employing organizations conditions, paves the ground for facilitated and continued cooperation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between cultural intelligence and a desired organizational culture from the perspective of management students as future managers of organizations and institutions in the country. Methods: This study is descriptive and correlational, and in terms of the objective it is applied. SPSS software, Correlation Test, T-test, Pearson and Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests are used to analyze the data.Results: The hypothesis test shows that there is a meaningful correlation between all dimensions of cultural intelligence and desired organizational culture from the perspective of the students. Students with high and low cultural intelligence choose result-oriented organizations, while students with average cultural intelligence go for team-oriented organizations.Conclusion: In addition to recognizing the proportionality of their culture to the culture of the organization, managers have to consider this proportion while choosing their personnel and make their organization immune to problems such as absenteeism, leaving office, conflict, incompatibility of human resources, etc. which occur due the incompatibility between the cultures of the staff and their organization.

Abstract: 

Introduction and purpose: In today’s, fundamental changes in job and employment, leading to the feeling of insecurity, the threat of reducing job satisfaction and declining morality. In this regard, by enhancing the organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction can increase.The purpose of the study was to examine the multiple relationships of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on job satisfaction of Qaemshahr education and training staff. Method of the research: The study was a practical research and the cross- correlation method is applied. The statistical society includes all education and training staff (100 ones) in Qaemshahr and 80 members selected for sampling. In order to measure OCB, Pudsakf questionnaire was used. JDI questionnaire was used to measure the job satisfaction. For data analysis, regression coefficient was calculated and T and F tests were performed.Finding: After the analysis of hypothesis, all hypothesis mentioned in this study, were confirmed and the results showed that there is a significant relationship among each variables such as, altruism, fairness, respect, honor and civic virtue and job satisfaction. Also for any changes in variables, job satisfaction increase respectively as, 1.23%, 3.09%, 1.52%, 2.09%, and 1.52%.Conclusion: One of the basic strategies is to identify each variables the organizational citizenship behavior and provide the necessary conditions for implementing such behavior to increase job satisfaction.

Abstract: 

Introduction and purpose of the research: In the present world, cultural intelligence is an essential tool for managers and staff who are encounter colleagues, customers, partners, competitors, governors and other commercial activists. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to evaluate the role of cultural intelligence in the employees' performance.Methodology: This correlational study is applied in its objective, descriptive in its data collection and survey- type in its conduct. Sampling volume is determined according to Morgan table and stratified random is applied in the sampling. Statistic population consists of 159 employees of the International affairs of Bank Keshavarzi.Findings: The results of this research indicated a significant positive relation between cultural intelligence and the staff performance. Among cultural intelligence dimensions cognitive, motivational and behavioral ones range from the highest to the lowest in the terms of relation; but, it did not show any relation between cultural meta-cognitive dimension and the staff performance.Conclusion: Institutions and organizations such as banks whose employees have closer interaction with wider types of people, should equip their employees with cultural intelligence capabilities.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Objective: Today, organizations of all kind are subject to change and the effects of using information technology in all areas of information technology and communications is apparent with the arrival of major technologies such as information technology, and past experience are not efficient enough many of the policies. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the anti-drug campaign in 2012-2013, is an information technology with the aim to achieve organizational model for supporting knowledge management.Methods: The first phase of this study, information technology and information technology Drug Control Headquarters (DCHQ) of the Presidency has been extracted and identified. The second phase of this study, in order to support models and knowledge management tools fieldwork was conducted. Based on data collected from a sample of 226 managers, assistants, supervisors and staff narcotics, which were selected by random sampling, statistical analysis is performed. The data were analyzed using statistical software LISREL were.Results: The results show that knowledge management is supported by information technology and the use of information technology there is a significant relationship between anti-drug campaign.Conclusions: The results show that is a relationship between knowledge management tools and processes. According to the standard model coefficients can be defined as the weight of the components in the knowledge management process the most important factor is that the conversion of knowledge and knowledge creation with the lowest standard rate. Based on the findings of the model is verified using the model.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Socio- cultural development is cared by social scientists almost in 1980s and after a failure in economic and industrial development theories. Researches showed despite popular idea of those days satisfaction of life and welfare doesn’t essentially happen as a result of economic and industrial deve lopment and societies can increase their social welfare without improving economic development or even in a condition that economy is getting poorer.at the other hand social welfare can decrease while economy is improving.Methods: A LOT OF factors effect socio- cultural development.one of the most important of them is information and communication technology. information and communication technologies hn culuding computer, internet, radio, tv, video, phone, mobile, and dish have a lot of potentialities for effecting socio- cultural development and its important indexes.Conclusion: the result of statistic analyzing with spss soft ware using pearsons correlation coefficient, kendalls correlation coefficient, goodmans correlation coefficient kruskal wallis test and man whitney test showed that information and communication technologies increase level of public information, modernism, and non -ethical using (of these technologies) and decreases fatalism and trust. At the other hand information and communication technologies have no effect on social exclusion, participation, globalization and enterprise.

Abstract: 

The aim of the study: The purpose of this study, "examines the relationship between job stress, health, intelligence, job satisfaction and employee performance Azad University of Jerusalem" is.Methods: This study is an applied research. Also categorized in terms of data collection is a descriptive co relational research. Based on three domains: cognitive, emotional and behavioral was used. To investigate the factors of job satisfaction questionnaire of 12 questions to test components Intelligence JDI questionnaire FAGHIHI A. (1388), which is reduced to 20 items, was used. (The meaning of the job performance will be diminished with increasing work pressure). In addition, the sum of the highest rate of job satisfaction is related to the variable.Results: The results show that the studied variables, namely: public health, job satisfaction and organizational intelligence, Islamic Azad University of Jerusalem positive impact on employee performance, but due to the beta provided between job strainvariation and the negative effects found (the meaning of the job performance will be diminished with increasing workpressure). In addition, the sum of the highest rate of job satisfaction is related to the variable.Conclusion: According to the obtained results of the analysis concluded that university managers should sample as much as possible on the job satisfaction of employees grow and employees of the reduced pressure to obtain the best performance scores.
