Introduction and Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and cultural intelligence and quality of life of students of Islamic Azad University, Sari branch that includes components of emotional intelligence and self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills and components cultural intelligence includes strategy, knowledge, motivation and behavior.Methods: This descriptive correlational and the statistical population included all students of Islamic Azad University of Surrey in the 9758 academic year that their number was 93-1392. Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire standard of (1980), Van Dyne cultural intelligence and Ang (2004) and quality of life Sherbon (1992). To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (frequency and frequency) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation) through SPSS 19 software was used.Results: The results showed that a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and cultural intelligence and quality of life of students. Also, a positive significant relationship between emotional intelligence components of self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills with quality of life of students. Also, a positive relationship between cultural intelligence components of the strategy, knowledge, motivation and behavior of the quality of life of students.Conclusion: We conclude that the components of emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills) and cultural intelligence components (strategy, knowledge, motivation and behavior) and quality of life of students of Islamic Azad University there is a significant relationship between the sari.
