Abstract

Introduction and Goal: Nowadays change in life style, values and increase the level of women's education, has increased tend to their presence in the economic arena. WOMEN OCCUPATION in economic issues has made an issue that because of their importance is the subject of several studies. This study was done with the aim of cognition the women's occupation effect on their SEXUAL SATISFACTION in the FAMILY.Methods and tools: This study is survey from type of causal-comparative. The study populations were all women referred to Shahid Beheshti University Counseling Center those were selected 170 cases by simple random sampling method.Findings: The findings indicate that according to the p value <0.05 there is a significant and reverse correlation between variables: job experience, work time and SEXUAL SATISFACTION among the job situation indicators. Also according to the p value <0.05 there is a significant and direct relationship between variables: job situation, work diversity, the proportion of jobs with skill and SEXUAL SATISFACTION.Results: As the results shows that SEXUAL SATISFACTION in women is reduced in parallel increasing work experience and work time, age, number of children and duration of marriage. Also, women who there are in jobs the proportion of skilled jobs and diversity have enjoyed the higher SEXUAL SATISFACTION. Also the results indicate that whatever job satisfaction is higher among women, increase their SEXUAL SATISFACTION.
