Abstract: 

Introduction and Objective: This study is intended for cultural identity 7 main index indices, including religious beliefs, values, norms, myths, symbols, cultural heritage and geographical situation of Iran.Methods: The present study is an applied research based on content analysis and description of data collected through questionnaires.Conclusion: It is concluded that in the context of cultural activities focus on religious beliefs, myths, cultural values, heritage, cultural expressions, cultural norms, geography of Iran, religious beliefs, cultural values, myths, heritage, cultural expressions, cultural norms, Iran's geography. Also in the context of Islamic and Iranian stories of religious beliefs, cultural values, myths, heritage, cultural symbols, norms, culture, geography, Iran is discussed. Due to the amount of difference to the respondents, the size of which is composed of managers, experts coaches cultural and artistic and literary than 226 people are that due to the low number of community samples and society alike have been, and the questionnaires were distributed among them that of the total of 162 questionnaires were returned to the researcher.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Aim: The category of sport culture is specified through dividing the culture in to the exponential components. Meanwhile one of the societal sections which are in the prominent need of sport functions can be identified as the housewives. Various researches accomplished in this specified area, emphasize on the positive effect of media and especially the T. V channels on the alteration of people’s attitudes and behaviours towards the sport. The T. V sport channel program which has newly been established, is giving out specified on-Line services to different class of audiences in the society.The present research was accomplished with the objective of investigating the role of sport channel programs in the promotion of sport culture among the housewives as the members of 5th district of Tehran capital.Method: The research method is called descriptive- measurement and the statistical universe includes 1841 total housewives as the members of private clubs situated in the 5Th district of Tehran capital of whom 317 individuals were selected as the statistical sample by applying class-random procedure with the utilization of cocheran sample volume formula.The research instrument was a research-made questionnaire including two parts.Findings: The research data was analyzed in the two Levels of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including one- variable t- test, Fridman test and multi-solutions variance analysis. Findings of the research indicate that the role of sport channel programs in the promotion of sport culture of the housewives was less than medium level by the mean value of 2.91 and the change of their attitudes by the mean value of 2.60. Mean while, the promotion rate of cultural values in housewives ’sport programs was computed as the medium Level by the mean value of 2.98; the promotion rate of religious values by the mean value of 2.97; the promotion rate of cultural norms by the mean value of 3.03; the rate of women’s contribution in sport activities by the mean value of 2.99 at the whole.Conclusion: According to the findings of the research, there was no meaning ful difference between the role of sport channel programs and promotion of housewives sport culture due to the sex, age, number of children, education, the rate of watching sport channel programs, employment, the rate of leisure time positions, sport, financial expenses, permanent continuous membership, and administration of sport exercises according to T. V sport programs. Mean while, there was a significant difference between the role of sport channel programs in promotion of sport culture of housewives, due to their marital status.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Aim: Sports and related phenomena are considered among the realms in which the media plays a significant role for their reflections towards audiences.Media is regarded as the substantial grounding factor for the Globalization process and it is recognized as the main element for Tran’s fering the culture into the society. Therefore, recognition and identification of the performance of sport programs in the realm of culture due to the category of Globalization is primarily necessary.Purpose of the study the objective of present research is to scrutinize the cultural status of sport channel programs with the emphasis on Globalization from the viewpoint of experts and sport programmers.Method: This research is applicable due to its related objective; it is descriptive, due to the pertinent strategy; it is measurement-based, due to the implementation procedure. Meanwhile, the required data and information are collected by quantitative case study procedure. Statistical universe of the research includes the total experts and authorities regarded as the managers, custodians and sport channel programmers whom are selected by purposeful sampling method. The sample volume consists of 118 managers, programmers and experts.Findings: The research data was analysed in the two levels of descriptive statistics by computing statistical indices such as the mean value and standard deviation in the forms of pertinent schedules and inferential statistics by applying kelmogrov-smirnov test, independent t- test and one- sample t-test. This procedure was implemented by applying spss 19 software with the significance level of p 0.05.Conclusions: Findings of the present research indicate that there is a meaningful difference between the observed status and expected position in the cultural grounds of sport channel programs, due to the displaying status of sport fields, selecting status of sport tournament, vestment and make-up positions, the status of convention, Identity positions, the status of women’s sports and the leisure time in sport programs.Meanwhile, there is a significant difference between the viewpoints of experts and programmers, due to the selecting status of sport tournament, the status of convention, Identity positions. The status of women’s sports and cultural position of sport programs. Whereas, there is no meaningful difference between the viewpoints of experts and programmers due to the displaying status of sport fields, vestment and make- up positions, and the leisure time in sport programs.

Abstract: 

Virtual social networks are a new generation of social relationships that make life so much space; they have been able to work well in living room. Many people of different ages and from different social groups have come together in social networks from great distances in the real world; communicate with each other through social networks. Social networks have a strong role in today's world and cannot be ignored. The sites on different aspects of individual and social life and in our country and even international influence and why are expanding and a far greater role in the future and will play an even more important in life. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of the social network Facebook as the most popular social network today and its role in social change and cultural identity. The research is descriptive and correlational. The population of this research included all students of Islamic Azad University, Science and Research, is 1392 years. Stratified random sampling method is. Cochran formula was used to determine the sample size of 265 was calculated sample. The questionnaire is self-made. SPSS software is used to analyze the data and chi-square test and Friedman.

Abstract: 

Human capital is one of the main factors of growth and development of countries, and the lack of this capital in the developing countries delays the process of growth and development. Unfortunately, the Islamic Republic of Iran is one of the countries that continually has faced with brain drain phenomenon. According to the statistics provided by the United Nations, among 72 developing countries in the world, Iran is ranked third in Brain Drain among "developing" countries, considering its population. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of social factors on the brain drain phenomenon. Social factors based on three main variables including lifestyle, social class and social structure are analyzed. The origin and destination attractions are also studied. The main theory used in this study is Lee Everett's theory. This research is functional, and the method of it is survey method. The main tool of data collection was a questionnaire. The statistical population is separated into two groups. The first group is among the doctoral and master's degree of technical students who migrate to United State of America to work or study (at Minnesota University) and the second group is among the students of three universities: University of Tehran, Amirkabir University, Sharif University of Technology. For data analysis, descriptive statistic and regression and for H ypotheses Test, logistic regression is used. The results show that there is no significant relationship between social class and immigration, there is a direct relationship between the social structure and the brain drain.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Aim: In this study, individual factors affecting women's attitudes toward body management are examined. The objective of this study is to determine factors influencing women's attitude that is discussed with the help of the theories of Foucault, Gaffman, Baudrillard, Turner, Moss, Douglas, Festinger, and Feminists. The subject is explained and analyzed with questions such as to what extent do individual factors influence women's attitudes towards managing body? Do demographic characteristics (education, economic status, age, and so on) affect the attitude of women towards managing the body?Research methodology: The population of the study was all the woman participating in sports clubs of Tehran District 5 which their number was 1841 people. The sample size was estimated 317 people by Cochran sampling formula and samples were selected using cluster sampling.To collect data was used from a questionnaire which covered the survey questions The Method is survey, to collect data, a 14-item researcher designed questionnaire based on Likert scale is used whose validity was confirmed by 8 experts.Findings: To analyze the data use was from descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation in the form of tables and charts) and inferential statistics (Cronbach's alpha, chi-square and kruskal -Wallis tests) by SPSS software in significance level P£0.05.Conclusion: the findings showed that all individual factors influencing the attitudes of women towards managing body are at a level higher than the average. There is a significant difference in the effect of individual factors on women's attitudes towards body management based on demographic factors such as age, marital status, personal education, maternal education, employment status, economic status, income and housing situation. However, there is no significant difference in social and cultural factors influencing attitudes of women towards managing body based on area of residence.

Abstract: 

The aim of this research was to investigate the role of information technology in the staff empowerment through organizational culture. The research based on objective is implicated and based on Data collection methods is survey and based on structural equation modeling. Research population employees at Bushehr Social Security included 350 people, among whom 196 subjects were randomly selected. Research To collect data, Denison's organizational culture questionnaire, Mahmoodi's information technology questionnaire and Thomas & Velthouse questionnaire for staff empowerment were used, based on five point scales (from very high to very little). Face and content validity was used to evaluate questionnaires Validity. Also, Cronbach's alpha was used to establish the reliability of instruments, 0.86, 0.75 and 0.81 for each questionnaire respectively. Data was analyzed by using the statistical software SPSS and LISREL. Results showed that there are strong positive causal relationships between information technology and staff empowerment and also between information technology and organizational culture. Furthermore the results indicated that generally organizational culture can increase the relationship between information technology and staff empowerment, but, the direct effect of information technology on empowerment was identified more than its indirect effect through organizational culture.
