Abstract: 

لازمه ی توسعه کارآفرینی در بخش کشاورزی بهبود روحیه ی کارآفرینی در بین دانشجویان است، هدف این پژوهش تبیین رابطه ی ویژگی های روانشناختی کارآفرینانه با روحیه ی کارآفرینی دانشجویان کشاورزی می باشد. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری 182 تن دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد ورودی سال تحصیلی 93-1392 بود که بر پایه ی روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای متناسب با حجم طبقه، 123 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخت با طیف عددی صفر تا ده، و آزمون استاندارد شده ی سنجش روحیه کارآفرینی مرکز کارآفرینی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با نرم افزارهای 20spss و LISREL 8.5 انجام شد. از آزمون های آماری همبستگی و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان دادند که میانگین همه ی ویژگی های روانشناختی به جز استقلال طلبی بالاتر از میانگین آزمون استاندارد بوده است. بین روحیه کارآفرینی دانشجویان تنها با سه ویژگی کانون کنترل درونی، تحمل ابهام و مسوولیت پذیری رابطه آماری معنی داری وجود داشت. روحیه ی کارآفرینی دانشجویان نیز بالاتر از حد میانگین آزمون استاندارد می باشد. تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نیز نشان داد که به ترتیب بیشترین بار عاملی مربوط به ویژگی های توفیق طلبی، مسولیت پذیری، کانون کنترل درونی و اراده و پشتکار می باشد. این ویژگی ها مهم ترین ویژگی ها برای تشکیل روحیه کارآفرینی دانشجویان هستند . به میانگین بالاتر از میانگین آزمون استاندارد روحیه کارآفرینی نمایانگر آمادگی بالقوه دانشجویان دانشگاه کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی رامین خوزستان در جهت کارآفرین شدن از جنبه روانشناختی می باشد.

Abstract: 

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت مهارت های حرفه ای اعضای هیات علمی دانشکده کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه رازی از دیدگاه دانشجویان و تحلیل عامل های موثر بر دیدگاه دانشجویان در این زمینه می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، 300 تن از دانشجویان سال آخر کارشناسی دانشکده کشاورزی بود که 170 تن از آن ها به عنوان نمونه از طریق جدول کرجسی و مورگان و به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای با انتساب متناسب انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه بود که روایی ظاهری و محتوایی آن را جمعی از متخصصان ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی تایید کردند. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق ضریب تتای ترتیبی تایید شد (q=0.76-0.87) تحلیل آمار توصیفی نشان داد که از بین مهارت های حرفه ای اعضای هیات علمی، تنها، وضعیت مهارت ارتباطی آنان در حد متوسط بود و مهارت های تدریس، فردی، ارزشیابی و فناوری اطلاعات دارای وضعیت نامناسبی بودند. نتایج آزمون کروسکال والیس، تفاوت معناداری بین میزان مهارت های حرفه ای اعضای هیات علمی گروه های مختلف کشاورزی را نشان داد که بر پایه این آزمون، وضعیت مهارت های حرفه ای اعضای هیات علمی گروه های ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی، گیاهپزشکی و مهندسی آب از سایر گروه ها بهتر بود. از طرفی بر پایه آزمون من ویت نی، بین دیدگاه دانشجویان دختر و پسر در زمینه مهارت های تدریس و مهارت های فردی اعضای هیات علمی تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت و در ارزیابی سایر مهارت ها چنین تفاوتی وجود نداشت. تحلیل رگرسیون ترتیبی نشان داد که پنج متغیر معدل، شمار نیم سال های مشروطی، شمار درس های حذف شده به دلیل غیبت، شمار درس های تجدید دوره شده و شمار درگیری لفظی دانشجو با استاد سنجش احتمال برآورد مهارت های حرفه ای اعضای هیات علمی را از دیدگاه دانشجویان تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد.

Abstract: 

با توجه به نرخ بالای بی کاری دانش آموختگان کشاورزی، ارتقای ظرفیت کارآفرینی دانشجویان نقش مهمی در حل این چالش اجتماعی و توسعه ی اقتصادی جامعه خواهد داشت. این تحقیق علی- ارتباطی با هدف بررسی ظرفیت کارآفرینی دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد و عامل های آموزشی مرتبط با آن انجام شد. جامعه ی آماری تحقیق همه ی دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد (482 دانشجو) شاغل به تحصیل در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه زنجان در سال 1394 بودند که برپایه جدول کرجسی و مورگان 200 نفر از آنان به عنوان نمونه و با روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای با انتساب متناسب گزینش شدند. روایی ابزار تحقیق با نظرخواهی از متخصصان مورد تایید و پایایی آن نیز با انجام بررسی مقدماتی و محاسبه ضریب پایایی ترکیبی (CR=0.85) برای شاخص ظرفیت کارآفرینانه تایید شد. داده ها نیز با نرم افزار SPSS21 پردازش شدند. نتایج نشان داد که ظرفیت کارآفرینی بیشتر دانشجویان (76.5 درصد) در حد متوسط است. تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد بین معدل کارشناسی، معدل کارشناسی ارشد و میزان علاقه به رشته تحصیلی با ظرفیت کارآفرینی دانشجویان همبستگی مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد. هم چنین از نظر ظرفیت کارآفرینی بین دانشجویان دختر و پسر، دانشجویان شاغل و غیر شاغل تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده شد. تحلیل رگرسیون ترتیبی نیز نشان داد که علاقه به رشته تحصیلی 24.2 درصد از احتمال واریانس ظرفیت کارآفرینانه دانشجویان را تبیین می کند.

Abstract: 

To develop entrepreneurship in agricultural sector, it is essential to improve entrepreneurship spirit among its students. This study is aimed to investigate the relationship between psychological entrepreneurial features and entrepreneurial spirit of agriculture students. This study was a descriptive- correlation research. The statistical population consisted of 182 agricultural graduate students in 2014 at Ramin Agricultural and Natural resource university. Randomly stratified sample consists of 123 students.Standard questionnaire of Shahid Chamran University along with a researcher-made questionnaire with numerical range of zero to ten were used to collect data. Data processing soft wares were SPSS20 and LISREL8/5. The correlation and confirmatory factor analysis test were used. Results showed that the mean of all psychological features except the need to autonomy were above the average. Also, there was statistically significant relationship between entrepreneurial features and entrepreneurial spirit. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the highest loadings were the need to achievement, responsibility, internal locus of control and endurance features. These features were the most important features to form the entrepreneurial spirit of students. The above average level of entrepreneurship spirit implies that graduate students at Khuzestan Ramin Agriculture and Natural Resources University are psychologically potential to become entrepreneurs.

Abstract: 

Due to high rate of unemployment among agricultural graduates, improving students' entrepreneurial capacity plays an important role in solving mentioned problem and also would improve economic condition of the related society. The purpose of this cause- correlational study was to investigate factors related to M.Sc. students' entrepreneurship capacity. The statistical population consisted of 482 M.Sc.agricultural students at the University of Zanjan, from that 200 students were selected based on Krejcie and Morgan sampling table and applying randomized stratified sampling method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire which its validity was verified by a panel of experts. A pilot study was conducted to determine the reliability of the research instrument, and calculated ordinal cumulative reliability was at the appropriate level (CR=0.85) and findings revealed that majority of students (76.5%), had an average level of entrepreneurship capacity. Analysis of data revealed that there is a positive significant relationship between students’ entrepreneurship capacity and their B.Sc. and M.Sc. GPA and their interest toward agricultural major. Also, male students had a high entrepreneurship capacity in comparison with female students. Ordinal regression analysis showed that the interest towards major, explained 24.2 percent of the probability of entrepreneurship capacity variance.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this research was to idntifying the educational requirements of using precision agriculture from the view point of Ilam province Agriculture Jihad Organization researchers. The statistical Population of this research have formed 136 people of Agricultural Researchers of Agriculture Jihad Organization of Ilam Province and Researcher at agriculture research, natural resources and veterinary affairs centers of Ilam province who all of them were selected. The main tool for collecting data has been the researcher made questionnaire, whose superficial and content reliability was confirmed by the expert groups of Agricultural Extension and education, agricultural management and agronomy of Islamic Azad University, Ilam branch. The Reliability of the research tool was also determined through calculation of ordinal’s Theta with helping R Statistical Software (q=0.87). The relationship between variables using the Spearman correlation coefficient showed that there were positive significant relationship between economic and policies requirements with training requirements at the level of 99%, and educational, Social, management and cultural requirements with training requirements using precision agriculture at the level of 95%. According to the result of the ordinal regression, educational, Management, economic and technical requirements have been effective in training requirements of using precision agriculture. The results of the explatory factor analysis of research indicated that with an eigenvalue of 16.54, the first factor (training requirements) has explained 28.039% of the total variance of requirments alone. Generally, 7 training factors of management, economic, technical, policy making, social and cultural have been able to explain in total 72.78% of total variance of requirments.

Abstract: 

The main objective of this research is to design the suitable knowledge transfer in agricultural research centers through distance education. The research method was a combinational one. And it was achieved the steps of consensus to Delphi technique, then the findings of the questionnaire were submitted to respondents.The statistical population of 1930 people, including 325 people faculty members, promoters 1300 people and educational coaches 305 people, from institutions employee and centers of agricultural research have been according to Morgan table the sample volume was calculated on group’s separation and to their population were 641 people, which were selected as random classification. The data analysis was performed by descriptive and interventional statistics (the subjective /explorative analysis of first Bartlett and approval analysis) through application of SPSS and LISREL software. which included Knowledge creating, technology distance education, financial resources, content production, psychology, organizational culture and policy making in which not only has effective manning on Knowledge transfer but also, has specification ability Knowledge transfer model. The analyses of factor, priorities showed that Knowledge create criteria has more effect Knowledge transfer.

Abstract: 

Purpose of this study was measuring students' basic agriculture knowledge at the University of Zanjan.Survey method was implemented in this applied research. The statistical population consisted of all the students at College of Agriculture, University of Zanjan in 2012-2013 academic years (N=709). The sample size was estimated using Cochran's formula (n=109). Samples were selected applying stratified random method. The research tool was a questionnaire. Validity of the instrument confirmed by a panel of agricultural faculty members and information science experts. To determine the reliability of the questionnaire, theta reliability coefficient was calculated (q=0.79). Results showed that the mean rank of basic agriculture knowledge score of respondents was 10.33 on a scale of 0-20. There was significant difference between the level of agriculture basic knowledge of students with different major in high school as well as type of undergraduate university degree. Using exploratory factor analysis of reasons for lowness of basic knowledge summarized them into nine factors including: negative attitude the field of agriculture and unsuitable training, unhealthy environment science and trivial general information of agricultural on university, the low level of general knowledge faculty, lack of appropriate curriculum, trivial faculty in public agriculture, lack of basic agriculture courses, Negative mentality about agricultural, weak relationship between university with the agricultural environment, poor student motivation and Lacking awareness of academic disciplines before entering the university. These factors explained 67.04% of reasons for lowness of general knowledge of agriculture among the students.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study was to investigate relationship between emotional intelligence andentrepreneurship willingness among agricultural and natural resource students, of Agricultural and Natural Resources University of Zabol. The statistical population consisted of 2500 agricultural and naturalresources students in 2013-2014 academic year from that 178 students were randomly selected. Datawere collected through the application of an instrument consisted of two parts including; Wong andlow Emotional Intelligence Inventory and entrepreneurship willingness measurement tool. The researchinstrument was given to the academic staff of the department of agricultural extension and education totest its content validity. Ordinal theta was calculated to measure reliability of research tools ( q=0.82-0.88). Data were analyzed using SPSS21. Results showed that there were positive relationship betweenemotional intelligence and all its components (self emotion appraisal, utilization of emotion, other’semotion appraisal, regulation of emotion) with entrepreneurship willingness among agricultural and natural resources students. Also, based on ordinal regression analysis, variables: other’s emotion appraisal(OEA) and utilization of emotion (UOE), were able to predict entrepreneurship willingness changesamong agricultural and natural resources students.

Abstract: 

Analysis of practical agricultural competencies based on training needs assessment plays a vital rolein improving educational quality in agricultural vocational schools, which are responsible for trainingcompetent human resources in agricultural sector. This research project aimed to investigate factorsaffecting the effectiveness of practical courses in agricultural vocational schools in Fars province. Thestatistical population consisted of 258 junior students of Fars agricultural vocational schools during2013-2014. Based on Cochran’s sample size formula, 154 junior students were selected through simplerandom sampling method. The data was collected using structured questionnaires which were validated by a group of experts and the reliability as measured by ordinal alpha was (0.91), Results revealedthat, general, professional and technical domains played a vital role in training practical courses in theagricultural vocational schools. It was also concluded that general domain of training skills in vocational schools posses deals with effectiveness of practical agricultural vocational courses. Analysing theeducational needs of students the Revealed the gap between the present status and the state quo of themain determinants of effectiveness in agricultural vocational schools. According to the results of ordinalregression, variables such as age, grade point average (GPA) and residence location affect the quality ofteaching in schools of agriculture.

Abstract: 

Drawing on self-efficacy theory this applied survey study was aimed to investigate variability of positive affects using dimensions of teaching self-efficacy among agriculture trainers. Statistical populationwas consisted of 210 agriculture trainers of applied scientific centers of agricultural higher education inTehran and Alborz Provinces which 130 trainers were randomly selected according to finite correctionpopulation formula. Research instrument was a standard questionnaire which its face, construct and discriminant validity was confirmed and its Ordinal Theta and composite reliability coefficients were satisfied. Statistical dominant structural equation modeling method employing partial least squares (PLS)method was applied. the Results showed that self-efficacy in motivate students and Maintain Discipline, could result in positive affect while teaching and at situations which is called as a teacher. Abstract: 

In the past few decades, experiences of rural development in different countries showed that the injection of capital and technology are not the only drivers of rural development but several other factorsare also involved. Focusing on competencies and capabilities of rural residents is one of such factorsthat is currently being regarded as a fundamental solution for rural development. The present study implements a qualitative paradigm and a case study method. By purposive sampling technique, 10 ruralnascent entrepreneurs in the field of handicrafts were interviewed in the town of Varamin. The studyaimed to identify the competencies of rural youth in the field of handicrafts business and resulted in23 general categories that were classified in three dimensions of knowledge, skills and attitudes. Studyresults indicates that in educating competencies to rural youth, paying attention to the specific businesscontingencies and conditions of rural areas is essential, and the goals of educational programs must beset accordingly.As a result, activities with limited resources, creativity and diversity in production, awareness of thecultural heritage, as well as the initial interest and clear career path were the most important factor indesigning and executing local entrepreneurship education programs.
