Abstract: 

In most freeway, because of heavy vehicle and truck move, we see several accidents. Transition limitation for heavy vehicle of passenger car with using of specific lines technic is essential. This research have been compared existence and inexistence line limitation in Iran freeway. For scenarios comparison, we use VISSIM traffic stimulation software and for case study, we investigate some part of Qom-Tehran freeway. After modeling this limited area, we calibrated model. Then with effective parameters changing, we create different scenarios and then each scenario have been model building and after software enforcement, outputs have been investigated. At the end, scenarios have been compared base on traffic. Function, and advantages and disadvantages investigated for using in zran. Line limitation for heaby vehicle is fitted (4%) other than line limitation inexistence.

Abstract: 

The ever growing population, usages development, economy, and personal vehicle possession in cities have increased trip demand and hence, traffic volume has resulted in not only an increase in delay time at junctions, an important part of urban routes, but also the trip time.In this research, considering the unfavorable effects of increase in delay time on the traffic conditions, environment, and fuel consumption, delay time reduction at junctions is investigated. To do this, the standards and codes applied in Iran to design traffic lights are introduced and reviewed at the beginning. Next, implementing Synchro, a simulating software, the traffic conditions of Tehran is simulated. Then, using the common codes in Iran, the signal timing in the under-studied junctions is obtained and the results are introduced to the software. Eventually, a sensitivity analysis is performed to recognize the most suitable code and formulas for Iran’s (Tehran) traffic condition.The coefficients applied in the best code’s formulas are then calibrated, considering the actual traffic condition of the city resulting in a decrease in delay time and increase in LOS of the junctions.

Abstract: 

Good establishment of police centers and urban transportation network in proportion to coastal zones is an important element in urban security planning. Increasing urban network has both positive and negative impacts. Accessibility is chosen as key element of this research with respect to its critical roles in quality of life and coastal towns’ security. The overall objective of this study is to develop a decision support tool to plan appropriate locations for police centers and urban transportation network development through the use of spatial technologies to address the issue - accessibility of police centers to strategic coastal zones. Bandar Abbas, a strategic coastal city in the fields of economy and security has been chosen as a case study. Methodology of this study focuses on selecting suitable sites for development of urban transportation network and police centers to support accessibility of coastal zones for more security. This research has successfully managed to develop a scientifically based academic approach in current and future analyzing of urban transportation networks and security landuses. This approach can easily be applied at both the local and structure levels of coastal security and transportation planning.

Abstract: 

Infants and children need protection system, suitable to their physical and weight conditions, accompanying them in their growth process. The seat belt of adults doesn’t suit with their special physical conditions (children under 14). According to the published statistics of WHO (2009), using seat belts for children up to 4, has 32% protection, but using protection systems can reduce injuries up to 50%. The role of child safety seat between 5 to 9, is 52%, but safety belt reduces fatalities just 19% and for children between 10 to 14, it reduces probable injuries up to 46%. Despite the effectiveness of standard protection systems to reduces child fatalities, but some misusings, cause fatalities annually. Here, in this essay, we investigate and introduce some new methods such as latch lsofix, side protection systems, air bag, safety box….

Abstract: 

Safety is one of necessary infrastructures for constant development. Road safety is very important and have a considerable role in reducing of wastage and injury and fatal accidents effective factors in accidents are road problems technical fault and human factor. According to statistics and expert ideas, 20 percents of accidents happen because of road problem, 10 percents happen because of technical fault and 10 percents occur because of human factor. In recent years, with technology deployment in vehicle design and increasing of standard roads, human factor role being main important factor in accidents occurring unauthorized speed is a main important factor in appearing human errors. This article have been considered to execution resolutions in other countries and speed management for road safety increasing. Speed controlling have a basic role in safty improvement. Investigation show that reducing the maximum speed limit have diminished accident severity and risk of accidents.

Abstract: 

Fatalities, body injuries, social damages, property loss and wasted time are of the result of traffic accidents. Among all, feebleness of culture and incomect use of vehicle is the most important factor. So, we try to investigate the role of traffic factors in textbooks. The results are first, these factors have little role during 12 educational years. Second, these factors have not logical versatility, and are scattered among textbooks. Due to the fact that during last two decades. The highest percent of traffic fatalities all over the world is belonged to Iran, and after victory of Islamic Republic till now, we have more than 100000/ fatalities and more than 15 million injuries and the amount of driving fatalities in 4 years. Is equal with fatalities of Hiroshima with atomic bombs.We recommend that, the authorities try to classify traffic factors necessary for various grades of students. Through comect planning for 14million students and 27million families and 2 million educational personal, more that two. Third of population affects with these factors.

Abstract: 

With public transportation demand increasing, it is necessary 10 provide coordinated service with minimum cost for passenger and beneficiary. One of method for public transportation cost reducing and system favourable enhancing is using of short – turn. Short-turn means that services cover part of route and other part of fleet have complete service presenting. In this way the waiting time reduce. This article have been provided designing of short-turn services. For passenger cost reducing, have been allocated designing variance of short-turn place, frequencies and number of optimized fleet.This article have been used ACO for resolve problem.
