Futures studies in an organization, known as Organizational Foresight, are one of the areas discussed in futures research and strategic management. Foresight enables organizations to identify future changes that are fundamental to the future and can design appropriate and innovative responses to protect themselves against these changes and survival in the long run. The foresight process in the banking industry can be seen as a set of key features that focus on its specific nature and distinguish it from other initiatives in banks. The purpose of this article is to understand the differences between the future prospects of Iranian banks and financial institutions in the implementation of the potential of strategic forecasting projects based on the Paliokaite et al. 2014 model. The study used e-mail scanning, in which emails were sent to top managers and senior executives of bank plans. Data were analyzed statistically using cluster analysis and the Mann-Whitney U test. The statistical significance obtained in this study is to determine and understand the differences in the ability of banks to run strategic futures programs. The findings of the current research significantly increase our understanding of the readiness and feasibility of implementation of corporate futures projects in the banking industry, so that the prospecting capabilities of the first-class banks in comparison to other banks in two dimensions of the selection capabilities The strategy and integration capabilities are greater, but in terms of the environment, scanning capabilities are less than other banks.

In order to survive in dynamic and changing markets, the organization needs a tool that can help overcome the environmental challenges of the competitive environment. Such a tool is marketing intelligence. Hence, with the aim of developing a marketing intelligence model, this study was conducted. In this regard, with the extensive study of the subject literature, in particular, in order to achieve the Islamic perspective of Iran, by referring to the upstream documents, 47 main factors of marketing intelligence were identified and structured with a three-branch analytical tool, in the form of a questionnaire provided to the automotive industry experts Iran is on By analyzing the data obtained from the collected questionnaires, 10 variables affecting identified marketing intelligence were confirmed. Then, the identified variables were entered in the second questionnaire, which was arranged using the ISM technique structure, and this questionnaire was provided to the experts of Iran's auto industry and the questionnaires were collected. Based on the results of the second questionnaire, using the ISM technique, the "marketing intelligence" model was designed. The insight this model provides to managers can help them realize the marketing intelligence in the organization.

Horizon scanning, dramatically in recent years, has been used throughout in the world. Although there is not an accurate definition about it, but in general it is a systematic process used the best available information to select the best possible decisions. A systematic search for new trends, opportunities and constraints that effect on the path of objective sets. Explicit goals of horizon scanning are critical for innovative and developmental issues, knowledge, data stored, and decision making. Key technical solutions used in environmental scanning processes are web browsing, indexing, mapping knowledge, citation, lexical, coincidental, page rank algorithm, html analytical algorithm, data mining, Classification and clustering. During the writing of this research, efforts have been made to identify institutions and companies that are using or serving in the field of web-based environmental scanning, identification of their goals and solutions, as well as identifying and studying techniques and tools that they use. The result of this research should help the internal organization to use this new method to reach their goals.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of consumer shopping value on satisfaction, loyalty, word of mouth and share of purchase. To date, few researchers have conducted comprehensive examinations of the relationships between consumer shopping value, satisfaction and loyalty in retailing. Further, the majority of extant research has been limited to upscale retail sectors where the role of the salesperson is crucial and long-term relationships are common. In order to extend the findings of previous researches to additional retail sectors, the current study investigates the complex interrelationships between utilitarian and hedonic shopping values and important retail outcomes for discount retailers. Utilitarian and hedonic shopping value are found to influence key outcome variables including satisfaction, loyalty, word of mouth communication and share of purchases in the highly competitive discount retail sector. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed to customers of Hyper Star discount retailing in Tehran. Structural equation modeling (S. E. M) with lisrel sofware was used for the data analysis. The result indicated utilitarian and hedonic shopping values have relationship with satisfaction and satisfaction has effect on loyalty and share of purchase.

The results of the ANP indicate that in the technology intelligence, the strategic management factor is in the first priority, and factors of the innovation management, knowledge management, technology management, and information technology management are in the next priorities, according to opinions of the company's experts.

The Study of good governance and the quality of government institutions is a debate that began in the 90's. Good governance, which consists of six components: control of corruption, government effectiveness, political stability and absence of violence, regulatory quality, rule of law, voice and accountability, is a model for development. In this study, the World Bank's assessments and statistics on the six-fold good governance indicators published each year, were used to survey 186 countries worldwide. The aims of this research were studying the status of countries based on good governance and determining the status of Iran among other countries, using clustering technique; And analyzing the trend of Iran's position in the 2021 horizons using time series analysis. Using the clustering method of the countries of the world, based on the good governance and the frequent clustering of Iran with other countries, they were separated. Then, from the time series method using of the exponential smoothing based on the ARIMA's method was investigate to predict the six's good governance indicators and the situation of the country in the next five years. Findings of the research show that in the 2021 horizons, the accountability index will be problematic in the country and the rule of law and control of corruption ratios will remain almost unchanged, and, on the other hand, the rest of the indicators show a slight improvement.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Prospectors strategy and the stock price crash risk with the role of a moderating over-valuation of stocks in companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange. This research is in terms of its purpose and its time period is from 2012 to 2016 and a sample of 380 years is a company. To test the hypothesis of the research, Regression method of least squares was used in Eviews software. The results of the research hypothesis test show that after controlling the variables of the financial leverage, the size of the company, the ratio of the book value to the market value of equity and the equity ratio, between the Prospectors strategy and the stock price crash risk in two There is a positive and significant relationship between the skewness of the stock returns and the low-to-high fluctuation. Also, after controlling the listed control variables, the stock price overestimates positively and significantly the relationship between Prospectors strategies and the stock price crash risk in both of the two cases of the negative skewness of stock returns and low-to-high fluctuations. As a result, managers and investors need to pay more attention to business strategies and, with their knowledge, have more investment and management.

Economic growth occurs when academic disciplines become wealth. Hence, knowing the factors of transforming knowledge into wealth has become one of the concerns of the academic community, New university policies transform their research achievements to create an environment conducive to economic growth, wealth and welfare of the general public, And many efforts should be made to transfer and apply knowledge in the economic, social and industrial sectors. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to investigate and identify the effective factors in converting knowledge to wealth from the viewpoint of the experts of the universities of Golestan province. The method of study is descriptive and of qualitative type, the statistical society according to the subject area including academic elites and sampling method in the form of snowball is. Referring to the experts, the necessity of each of the components of the extracted model for the conversion of knowledge to wealth has been investigated, Based on the findings of this research, 125 statements of 9 original codes are extracted and codes are grouped in 3 axes. The results of the research show that the most influential codes of each criterion were to provide a competitive environment, financial mechanism, education and research indicators.

In order to plan the future, knowledge of the attitudes, perceptions and identification of the various factors and dimensions affecting the nation brand of a country is necessary for any specialist and organization that wants to create, exploit, maintain, and develop a brand. Therefore, the present study seeks to find effective factors in nation branding in such a way as to identify the variables specific to Iran and to provide a suitable and comprehensive roadmap for future planning of the nation brand. The statistical population of the study was tourists who visited Iran and collected information from 987 individuals using a questionnaire. Using descriptive surveying method and structural equation modeling, eight hypotheses are analyzed and applied in terms of purpose. The results show that the factors of government, culture, tourism, society, geography, and nature, affect Brand. Also, export brands, science, and technology and economics are factors that affect the nation brand.

One of the main challenges of organizations is to achieve competitive advantage through a strategic vision of the future. The purpose of this study is to explain business strategies using the Michael Porter model (1985) and strategic orientation (recruitment from the internal or external labor market) as reference points in order to design the future of the HRM system at the Export Development Bank of Iran. The present study is descriptive survey. The statistical population consisted of 381 experts, 181 of them were selected as the statistical sample. The validity of the research was determined by experts in several stages and its reliability was 0. 76 Cronbach's alpha and the data were analyzed using fuzzy hypothesis test. According to the findings, the Bank's strategy did not fit in with both dimensions of cost leadership and differentiation. From the perspective of the strategic orientation of the labor market, the maintenance of internal staff was confirmed with a moderate possibility, but the attraction of talents from the external labor market was not confirmed. Finally, it was concluded that the bank's policymakers with a futuristic look, use new e-technologies, Think about the customer-specific service and reduce the cost of providing services and pay attention to internal resources instead of outsourcing contracts.

Urban projects are one of the integral parts of urban management tasks. Hence, different parts of an urban project management improvement are one of city executive concerns. Delay and Delay management is on of these parts. Any delay of construction project implementations is a waste of resources and it will impose heavy costs on any project. Occasionally, this is so influential that it even affects project justification. This paper examines the causes of urban project delays by using Casual Layered Analysis (CLA). Then, it will use scenario-building to make most likely scenarios by using Global Business Network (GBN). GBN uses the most likely uncertainties ahead of project delay to make its scenarios. In this regard, two series of interviews, one structured and one structured, are performed. Then, based on them, The related uncertainties are ranked by using fuzzy Technique to Order Preferences by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOSIS). It uses SWOT to propose some strategies. Based on results, four scenarios are formed. Then, the impact of each scenario on the project delay conditions are examined. Some strategies are suggested to move toward the best scenarios. Based on the results, minimizing the government size and creating various infrastructures, to make competence situation, are the future keys of having less delayed urban project.

Sustainable Tourism Future Studies, New Approach in Resilient Economy (Case Study: Experts in tourism and hotel industry) In the field of tourism, in particular planning for the development of sustainable tourism, addressing the future and planning it, is an integral part of the planning and development process. The main objective of this study is identifying and ranking the Effective factors on absorptive capacity in a research organization. This inquiry is a sort of applied research, and in respect of data gathering is a descriptive research. In this research is used surveying method. Considering the subjective nature of research model as well as masters, the experts of research organization constitute the statistical society of this study. This study is performed in two parts with qualitative and quantitative approach. To identify the research components we interviewed experts and staffs of research organization in additional to Theoretical fundamentals and literature. After gathering intended factors from interview and Theoretical fundamentals, the paired comparison technique is used to prepare the questionnaire to prioritize the factors. Our selected method in this analysis is based on Fuzzy AHP method according to Chang method. The result of study indicates that according to absorptive capacity criteria, realized absorptive capacity is our first priority and potential absorptive capacity is the next one, and with regard to realized absorptive capacity exploitation is the first priority and transformation is the second one. Considering the potential absorptive capacity, acquisition would be first priority and assimilation is the next one.
