Abstract: 

This study aims to offer a model for measuring the degree to which the managers in Qazvin Islamic Azad University are prepared for making changes in suggestion system of performance. The study used a survey method and a statistical population of 153 managers in QIAU. Finally, 76 managers were selected, using random layered sampling. The collection instrument was a questionnaire devised by the researcher and data were analyzed by KMO tests and correlation coefficient as well as descriptive statistics.The results show that QIAU's managers are prepared to implement the suggestion system of performance but are not prepared in some aspects including accepting transformation and power distribution. Thus, these should be taken into account in the implementation of suggestion system.

Abstract: 

In recent decades, the approaches have changed from public administration to public management. Accordingly, the public sector has continuously attempted to improve efficiency and effectiveness of its performances. Thus, administrators have been challenged to achieve his goal and deliver quality services to citizens. Public entrepreneurship has developed for reinventing of government performance and introducing the frameworks for public and nongovernmental sectors. These frameworks have been developed for improving of productivity, effectiveness and accountability in public sector. This article surveys the structural factors that may influence public entrepreneurship. The research method is descriptive-survey based on correlation and it was conducted in Tehran public organizations. The results show that there is a significant relationship between structural factors, organizational performance and public entrepreneurship.

Abstract: 

Public policies on administrative system are principled guidelines to actions taken by triple branches of the state, nongovernmental agencies, and army forces. Administrative system is a set of interacting components (Structure, function, and governing values) forming an integrated whole to achieve political, economic, and social goals. General Public policies on administration system are useful tools to problems of governmental administration which are formulated and issued recently by the Supreme Leader of The Islamic Revolution in Iran. To implement general public policies in the administration system, it is necessary to adopt strategies for reforming and modernizing administrative system, in relation to 2025 Iran Vision. Hence, it is necessary to recognize the dominant paradigm which is underlining the general public policies in administration system. This Paradigm can direct decision makers towards reforming administrative system. This article addresses the aligning reform plans and general public policies in the administration system.

Abstract: 

Work ethics has been regarded as a key determinant of economic development. According to Max Weber, shifts in attitudes to work and creating new work ethics caused the development of western companies. In the first six centuries of Islam, work ethics led to the eminent growth of Islamic countries. This issue encouraged us to examine Islamic work ethics in governmental organizations of Qazvin province. This correlation study is based on descriptive methods and promises applications. Twenty governmental organizations were selected randomly and through stratified random sampling method, 300 people were selected as the sample. To gather data, a standard questionnaire was administered to the sample. The results showed Islamic work ethics in governmental organizations. According to the findings, demographic qualities, education, and age affect Islamic work ethics. But gender has no influence on it.

Abstract: 

Performance evaluation of different organizations, is considered as a very important issue in the present literature. Among the organizations, insurance companies, as part of protective services and with compensating roles in the economy of each country, have been studied extensively. It is maintained that successful operation of these industries will motivate other industries as well. In order to achieve these goals under any economic condition, insurance firms like other companies must perform adequately in order to materialize their strategic missions. This study evaluates the performance of Novin Insurance branches and intends to rank them. Four branches were selected as samples from Novin Insurance population; Qazvin, Hamedan, Semnan, Kermanshah. Our research method was based on the concept of performance evaluation model and on the basis of BSC (Balanced Score Card) implemented on the four key criteria (financial, customer, internal process, learning and growth). Then relying on TOPSIS method (MCDM model), priority ranking scheme was performed. The results indicate the superiority of Qazvin branch.

Abstract: 

Following the introduction of technology and information technology into the fields of industry, commerce and services, providing various services can be considered as one of the most important parts of the impact of this technology in order to provide part of the accepted financial services. Lack of customers' necessity to attend the bank in person as well as offering so many Internet services by the banks has accelerated accessibility of the Internet services. This research was completed to initially review the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at Mellat Bank at Lorestan Province. The research method adopted in this study is descriptive based on a survey of population's attitudes. The statistical society consisted of 226 bank customers. Data were collected using a standardized questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the SPSS Software and correlation as well as linear regression analyses. The results confirmed a significantly positive relationship between physical conditions, and reliability of the Bank, accountability of the bank, and customers ' satisfaction with Bank.

Abstract: 

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is a critical issue in management of organizations, and IT outsourcing is an advanced type of outsourcing. An Organization that decides to outsource part of its activities will initially raise the question of what activities to outsource. However, given the absence of a solid scientific and systematic framework and processes for strategic decision-making of outsourcing services, organizations face diverse problems. The Purpose of this article was to utilize Decision tools with multiple criteria in order to identify and rank the indicators that may affect the business process outsourcing. Also, we used the techniques of Analytic Hierarchical Process in order to calculate the weight of these factors and options raised in the business process outsourcing. Also the magnitude of relationships between the indicators of outsourcing (IT) was examined using DEMATEL technique.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effective factors on Relational Marketing in Mature Relationships between Buyer-Seller. Transaction versus relationship has been considered as a very important topic for research. In this research, Marketing Strategies are evaluated from two perspectives. The first view is marketing mix management (transactional marketing). Transactional marketing is defined as a short term view, which focuses exclusively on current transactions. The second view is relational marketing which concentrates on the key accounts and emphasizes long term view. The current research an applied one which utilizes a descriptive method. We employed a census method for selecting the statistical society (sellers and key accounts). SPSS Software was used for testing hypothesis through Regression analysis for surveying effect of independent variable on dependent variable. Results indicate that the three factors-Seller's relational assets, Dissatisfaction, social/ Personal bonds-have significant effects on seller-buyer's relational orientation. Similarly, to buyers, the above factors-buyer's relational assets, lack of innovation-posed significant effects on seller-buyer's relational orientation.
