Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to indicate the pattern for cultural policies of provincial centers of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) using different policy making models and with the help of indices derived from the emphasized models by professors in media and mass communication and media experts, and then, to prioritize the indices of the created model using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Then, via several Delphi steps, the harm parameters of the current procedure for cultural policies of the provincial centers of IRIB are detected using frequencies of the collected responses. Finally, the diagnosed harms are prioritized with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). In this process, the population included professors of media and mass communication, and experts and managers in the media in five provincial secretariats of IRIB and with relative stratified sampling, the samples have been chosen. With results gotten from Analytical Hierarchy Process, it is indicated that “ignorance in accessing information relevant to IRIB centers” by IRIB vice-presidency for senate and provincial affairs at the time of compiling cultural policies for the centers, is the most important harm.

Abstract: 

This research investigated the relationship between servant leadership and orgnizational citizenship behavior in Iranshahr medical faculty. Research method in terms of purpose was developmental- applied and in terms of data collection methods was a descriptive- correlational research. The population including the personnel of Iranshahr medical faculty and its hospitals in 1392. The sample included 170 who were selected by ratio- stratified sampling. Datas were collected by two standard questionnaires. The results show sub- components of service, reliability and kindness have the significant positive relationship with civic virtue and courtesy; but kindness has the significant negative relationship with sportsmanship. Also, humility has the significant positive relationship with courtesy and the significant negative relationship with conscientiousness. servant leadership are able to predict and explain courtesy in appropriate and civic virtue relatively in acceptable level.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to design a model to identify the process of knowledge creation in the university. The research methodology is mixed method. In qualitative research part and through semi- structured interviews with 14 experts who were selected sampling method, were identified the process of knowledge creation in universities. In quantitative research by using descriptive and analytical method and through questionnaire were collected viewpoints of Tehran University faculty. As a result of the qualitative analysis, the process of knowledge creation includes 8 steps that were identified as follows: "Stimulating the curiosity", "creating the idea", "data collecting about idea", "sharing ideas with others", "Organizing the idea", "Testing the idea", "Analyzing the results of testing ideas", and "dissemination". The results of quantitative analysis in order to fit the proposed model for the process of knowledge creation in universities shows that: identified Pattern is appropriate and among the process of knowledge creation, stimulating of curiosity and data collecting about idea are the most effective steps of knowledge creation process in university.

Abstract: 

Increasing development of human knowledge and the emergence of concepts such as virtualization, real- time communication and wireless led many organizations to evalute their readiness of change. These factors establish a network of electronic transactions through the world. This in turn changes the nature of HRM approaches and attract the atentions toward Electronic Human Resource Management that is a management system based on ICT. This innovation can reduce costs and improve services, both for management and employees. For these purposes, organizations should accept and implement e-hrm. In this research, based on different models and their indicators, appropriate indictors for evaluating the readiness of public prganizations identified.

Abstract: 

An important concern in parliament election is that the mind of intellectuals and community is involved with different candidates and those who will be elected as the representatives of people in parliament. In other words, their thought will be engaged with the ones who want to determine the fate of the nation in the context of big events. The presence of different candidates in election campaign through giving unreal promises and emotional claiming lead to enhancing the public expectations and hopes in society. As a result, it is necessary to identify the competencies required for members of parliament. This study aims at identifying the essential competencies for parliament members using Fuzzy Delphie Technique. The participants of this study include the former parliament members in different periods as well as management professors in universities. According to the purpose of the study, the sample size was based on Snowball. In accordance with the snowball sampling, the sample size was 30 participants. After investigating the comments, 54 components were identified as the required competencies for the representatives and some of them can be mentioned as honesty, oppression, determination, sincerity, commitment, responsibility for delegates’ options, bargaining power and political awareness which have been confirmed by the experts as the essential competencies required for parliament members.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, organizations in turbulent environment are experiencing external challenges and changes more than ever before and in order to adapt and react to these changes, new styles of management is necessary. Participative management as a new approach in management through suggestion system can help organizations to exploit the creative potential and intellectual capital of employees. This study aims to investigate the mediating role of "Valence of Suggestion System" in relationship between three dimension of "Organizational Justice" and "Motivation to Submit Suggestion". The importance of studying suggestion system has been admitted and investigated in many researches. Therefore, this study aims to improve participation in suggestion system considering distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice and valence of suggestion system variables. Statistical population of this research consists of employees of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique was employed to test hypotheses. Findings showed that valence of suggestion system mediates effect of distributive justice and interactional justice on motivation to submit suggestion partially and also mediates effect of procedural justice on motivation to submit suggestion fully.

Abstract: 

Without necessary context prerequisites, HR strategic management would result to nothing more than time waste and costs. To identify affecting factors on HR strategic management success, a paradigm by Stratus and Corbin is used. Finally, a model is provided to identify success factors for HR strategic management success. Data collection instrument is deep and semi-structured interviews are conducted by strategic managers and elites and HR strategic management in automotive industry. Results from analyses indicate that critical factors which lead into HR strategic management success in Iranian automakers include: HR development and empowerment, control system, motivation, advices by experts, intra-organizational coordination and interaction, organizational culture promotion, system dynamism in changing environment (disseminating privatization, creating a competitive market, laws transparency and stability in political climate), and localization HR strategy based on scientific theories and strategic and developmental insight. Finally, recommendations are provided based on research findings.
