Abstract: 

Knowledge management practices are affected by organizational factors and have influence on organizational effectiveness. In this paper we research the mediating role of knowledge management in the relationship between organizational culture, strategy and effectiveness. The statistical population is HRM practitioners and R & D staff in Mellat Bank.The instrument for gathering data was questionnaire. The results show that knowledge management completely mediates in the relationship between organizational culture and effectiveness and partially in the relationship of organizational strategy and effectiveness. This paper adds some new results into knowledge management literature and emphasizes on the importance of interactional role of organizational culture and strategy that effect upon organizational effectiveness.

Abstract: 

The research has implemented under title of surveying of relationship between organizational culture and organizational entrepreneurship in Shahid Beheshti university. General objective of this research is surveying of relationship between organizational culture and organizational entrepreneurship from view of employees of Shahid Beheshti university that have academic degree (associate-bachelor-master- PH.D degree). Also 5 hypothesis was stated for surveying this relationship in academic year 2007-2008.This university has 239 employees having academic degree. Sample members were determined 148 person having used Morgan table. Researcher used questionnaire of related organizational culture and organizational entrepreneurship for collecting of data.For analyzing of data, methods of comprehensive statistics of one-way variance analysis, multi-variance regression analysis, dependent test T, Z test and Pierson correlation coefficient was used. SPSS software was used for analyzing of data and obtained the following results: There are a significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational entrepreneurship.

Abstract: 

Living in today’s world is living in constant state of change. One of these important changes is the emergence of information and communication technology and e-government, as a result. Implementation of e-government will have numerous advantages for society, if the challenges and barriers of e-government development have been identified and the proper solutions have been chosen. Adoption and implementation of e-government services by the citizens is one of the most important challenges.Identification of the factors affecting on e-government adoption in Iran is the main concern of this research. These factors have been categorized and investigated as individual, organizational and social factors. After literature review, the factors that effect on e-government adoption have been identified and a questionnaire has been distributed in the first stage by the information technology experts’ opinions. Second questionnaire has been distributed between Tehran’s citizens according to the results of first stage and the model tested by Lisrel. The result showed that providing the infrastructures and services accessibility are the most important factors for e-government adoption in Iran.

Abstract: 

This research investigates the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Leadership style in Iran Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. The necessity of this research has inspired of the importance of emotional intelligence in increased employee cooperation, increased innovation, increased performance, increased productivity and increased profit. In fact, research has shown that managers with high emotional intelligence get better results from employees, which results in employee performance beyond expectation. The literature provided discusses the two variables of emotional intelligence and the leadership.Information was gathered, using two instruments, from a sample of 61 leaders.The Syberiashring Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire was used to determine the Emotional Intelligence competencies of the leader, while the Likert leadership questioner was used to determine leadership style within the Iran Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. Emotional Intelligence was identified as independent variable and leadership style az dependent variable.Data obtained from each of the research instruments was then statistically analyzed through Pierson correlation analysis. It was concluded that there is a negative significant relationship between exploitive- authoritative system and emotional intelligence. However no significant linear relationship was found between benevolent- authoritative system and emotional intelligence.Correlation analysis showed that there is a relatively week significant linear relationship between consultative system and emotional intelligence. Moreover, it was found that there is a very strong significant relationship between participative- group system and EI. As this research takes place in Iran Ministry of Housing and Urban Development it contributes to the bank of finding relating to the concepts.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to comparative study of relationship between organizational intelligence with team leadership among faculty members at Isfahan public universities. Research method was correlative and causal–comparative. Statistical population consists of all faculty members at Isfahan public universities in academic year 1387-88 who was 1446. Statistical sample was 600 was selected randomly. Research instruments were OI checklist and TL questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed using pear sons correlation coefficient, ANOVA, regression analysis and multilevel and mixed models. Findings shoed that: 1) There was a positive and significant relation between OI indices and TL among faculty members (r=0/239) and (r=0/340), 2) There was a significant difference between grade averages of OI indices and TL in terms of university, college and educational department at p<0/05, 3) There was a difference between grade averages of TL for faculty members in terms of age, tenure at p<0/05.

Abstract: 

This study was reviews the relationship between contextual factors, organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance. For studding The relationship between these variables fours the main hypotheses was designed. Then test the hypotheses, a questionnaire was designed to question 64. Cronbach alpha coefficients for latent variables were at acceptable levels. The questionnaires were distributed among 325 employees of sistan & balochestan universities. then using LISREL software and structural equation model examined the assumptions and relationships between variables were studied. The results showed that all assumptions and relationships between variables was significant and among contextual factors (personal factors, managerial factors, organizational factors) personal factors more will explain OCB variable.
