One of the important problems of the cities is urban damaged and insufficient areas..Darabad district with an area of 2.08 q.m. and population about 9804 persons in the year of 2006 is one of reigns that has this problem and is case sample of this research. Statistical society of this research will be from resident families Darabad district and sample population including 70 families from resident families in the Darabad local area. Final objective of the research is study and introduction to general specifications of damaged area of Darabad district that because of ignorance to them is cause that is become of the area problem and also introduction to limitations and available problems and its problem solving and offering suitable ways in order to correct programming for regulating damaged area of Darabad district. Used research methodology is descriptive- analytical and information gathering method is documentary (practical) and for data analysis used Spss, Excel and Arc GIS software. Results of this research shows that available area of Darabad district has not capability of succor at the time of happening natural accidents or urban accidental event and cause to problems specially in the field of roads, communicative ways that needs to solving the problems and finally suitable methods to right programming to regulatory of damaged areas of Darabad district.

Pilgrimage is a type of tourism that to need to specific facilities for its visitors. For developing pilgrimage, holly centers should deliver some services and main problem pilgrimage in Iran is shortage of facilities to pilgrims. Therefore quality of facilities to pilgrims is important. In this paper, we study a holly place (Agha Ali Abbas) and study the facilities that present to pilgrims. Investigation methodology was survey and used from questionnaire. Statistically society was 61. Sampling method was systematic random. Results say that pilgrims were happy from facilities but there is negative correlation between age and their attitude about the facilities quality that present. Pilgrims believe that it is important that there make health and shopping centers in Agha Ali Abbas. Most pilgrims said that they want to recommend to their friends for travel to Agha Ali Abbas. Finally result says that most Travelers were religious tourism in religious-pilgrimage continuum.

One of the issue in high population cities like Rasht, is the inevitable growth of city body and in turn, increasing the need of population to service with regard to high focus of services in a special area. This problem cause to occur many take over in that sector. Also, municipality region 3 of this city is influenced under such a situation. Statistical population in this research is high school educational centers in the studied region. The aim of this study is to determine the role of establishing educational spaces in the traffic of municipality region 3 of the Rasht city. In the beginning and at the end of school activities, the volume of traffic will be increased. As a result, blockade, delay and the pollution from it, are observable in the studied area. In all the streets surrounded the high schools of this area, high traffic observed. In one hand, the questionnaire of this research had been sampled from 7 high school which imply that some of the high schools more suffer from traffic problem such as blockade. Comparing the pick traffic in vacation days of schools with the days of school year indicate that in vacation day of school, the level of traffic around the high school, some extent are reduced, especially car and public vehicles traffic. This can observe more in 8.5-7.5 of the morning.The research method in this study is descriptive and analyzing. Due to the test of proposed hypothesis, both hypothesis, according to spatial distribution of the high schools in Rasht municipality region 3, are focus on the increase of traffic in this centers area and this issue that when establishing the educational center, access radius and the city traffic rate had been less attention. In fact, with 95% confidence and 5% error, we can accept that there is a relationship between the establishing of educational centers and lacking attention to access radius and the city traffic rate. Also some recommendation had been provided in this, briefly: focusing on provide the maximums security in the roads of studied area, whether in vehicle road or in sidewalk. To provide needed integration and coordination to public transportation of the Rasht including the studied area in order to facilitate access to various usages. It is necessary to locating new schools in the places where unadjusted element are low or adjustment some elements by changing the place of some high schools.

Thus, it is necessary to provide a process of alongside and equal development for the city and villages in such a way that the development gained by one of them does not occur with the cost of the other one’s decline and also, to achieve a justified relationship between city and village through scientific practical planning with emphasis on the importance of influence districts of cities and their potentials in order to achieve necessary and sufficient conditions for sustainable development in geographic regions of Iran.
