One of the issue in high population cities like Rasht, is the inevitable growth of city body and in turn, increasing the need of population to service with regard to high focus of services in a special area. This problem cause to occur many take over in that sector. Also, municipality region 3 of this city is influenced under such a situation. Statistical population in this research is high school educational centers in the studied region. The aim of this study is to determine the role of establishing educational spaces in the traffic of municipality region 3 of the Rasht city. In the beginning and at the end of school activities, the volume of traffic will be increased. As a result, blockade, delay and the pollution from it, are observable in the studied area. In all the streets surrounded the high schools of this area, high traffic observed. In one hand, the questionnaire of this research had been sampled from 7 high school which imply that some of the high schools more suffer from traffic problem such as blockade. Comparing the pick traffic in vacation days of schools with the days of school year indicate that in vacation day of school, the level of traffic around the high school, some extent are reduced, especially car and public vehicles traffic. This can observe more in 8.5-7.5 of the morning.The research method in this study is descriptive and analyzing. Due to the test of proposed hypothesis, both hypothesis, according to spatial distribution of the high schools in Rasht municipality region 3, are focus on the increase of traffic in this centers area and this issue that when establishing the educational center, access radius and the city traffic rate had been less attention. In fact, with 95% confidence and 5% error, we can accept that there is a relationship between the establishing of educational centers and lacking attention to access radius and the city traffic rate. Also some recommendation had been provided in this, briefly: focusing on provide the maximums security in the roads of studied area, whether in vehicle road or in sidewalk. To provide needed integration and coordination to public transportation of the Rasht including the studied area in order to facilitate access to various usages. It is necessary to locating new schools in the places where unadjusted element are low or adjustment some elements by changing the place of some high schools.
