Abstract:

The book of “Al Emta’ Val Moa’nasa” is enjoyable. Abuhaian’s criticisms are distributed among his works and treatises, and he didn’t give these criticisms to describe specific critic theory. The frame of this research is based on the extraction of texts and critic viewpoints from Abuhaian’s books; in particular “Al Emta’ Va moa’nasa” book, and assorting and analysis study. If we study Abuhaian’s efforts conserving the comparative and applied criticism, we will find that these dictums and views, didn’t transgress the declaring the rapid, and brief and extensive dictums.Tovhidi studies the issue of letter and implication, also he discriminates between all kinds of understanding and between the auditors, but if he had to prefer one to another he would prefer the implication, because of its closeness to the intellect, while the closeness of the letter is to the sense.Eloquence in his view point is not the factitious and denounced mannerism and isn’t pursuing the strange terms. It is no matter that the hearer didn’t understand them because of his illiteracy and barbarity, if the Eloquence is existed. Eloquence in his view exists with two stipulations: first: possessing the aesthetic talent, and the second: the arduous effort and constant learning.
