Purpose: The goal of study is to examine the conceptual network of knowledge structure of Iran Science metrics by produced documents of Iranian researchers inside and outside the country. It has done through co-word analysis and the study of social network.Method: The society of study includes all of documents of books, theses, research project, and essays in Persian and English through 33 years research in Iran.conclusion: The results of data analysis show that the concepts such as “examination of scientific products, science production, the branches of Science metrics, the document analysis, WOS station, the scientific accompaniment, the examination of journals and designing the science structure, the highest measurement of central degree, closeness, internality, the special axis) have been examined among texts. The other result of study is that the conceptual network of Iran Science metrics is less dense. Besides, the analyses show forming 17 subjective branches in this region. Findings show that the concepts of this region approves 32 percentage progress, while there are 270 innovative, conceptual events in the form of 13 conceptual models. More studies show that the concepts such as “examination of scientific products, science production, the document analysis” respectively due to quantities’ approach which is dominant in the country.

Aim: The aim of the research was investigating and visualizing the intellectual structure of Plant Science subject area based on outputs of Iranian scholars of the field indexed in ISI ranked journals during time span of 1990-2009.Method logy: This scientometric research is based on citation analysis and the author-co-citation analysis and social network analysis have been utilized for evaluating the base authors in citation network of the field. The population of the research was all references of the mentioned publications. The sample was the top 1 percent cited scholars of the field.Findings: The result of the research is presenting a macro image of the intellectual foundations of the field and its analysis. Also we analyzed and ranked the subject area based on its specialties, and new social network, temporal and citation indicators such as novelty, centrality, modularity, silhouette, density …. The fingings of the research can be used for policy makers and Plant Science scholars.

Aims: The purpose of these research was examine the knowledge flow between Islamic countries inventors in order to determine the impact of lag time in patents knowledge flow.Methodology: Citation analysis was used as the research method, the research population includes all patents of Islamic countries recorded from 2005 to 2014 in the USPTO. Using the especial formulas lag time was calculated.Finding: research Finding showed that in more than 95% of Patent, the length of time between the patent application and the granting of the patent takes 2-3 years. Average of lag time between examined patent citations were 2.93 years. Data analysis also showed that maximum lag time frequency were 2-3 years that which includes more than 40% of cited patent.Results: the results of testing hypotheses showed that there are significance correlation between grant year, lag time between of grant year and grant year of cited patent with knowledge flow in p<0, 05 level. Results also showed that the relationship between variables are negative. The findings from multiple regression analysis revealed that about 13% of log time’s variable variance was determined by knowledge flow.

Several attempts have been developed to facilitate and organize the information.Several standards have been established for the development of information organization.Some of these standards can be FRBR, RDA noted.Each of standards specific approaches and efforts to organize information or information that improves the quality of the organization and have greater flexibility to cover a variety of sources.Each of these standards of appearance, Period has passed And in the more popular courses And at times also to fray and cause criticism from users and experts in the field have caused.Now on the other side of the same technical standards and with the common goal of less attention.This is thanks to the writings of the FRBR in the period 1998 to 2012 is represented.Based on this analysis, the peak years of 2002 and 2007, researchers in the field of organizing information FRBR has been declining since then.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of communication skills of librarians of Central Library of Astan Quds Razavi on the quality of their services. The research was conducted through a descriptive and co-relational method. The statistical population consisted all librarians (64 people) and active member of the Central Library of Astan Quds Razavi (61, 178 people). Due to the limited number of librarians, all of them were conducted and 382 people (based on the Kerjcie-Morgan’s table of sample size) were selected randomly through stratified sampling method. Two standard questionnaires of Queendam (for measuring communication skills of librarians) and LibQual (for measuring the quality of services) were used to collect the needed data. The collected data were analyzed in both descriptive statistics (including frequency distribution and percentage, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Chi-square test, T-test and Pearson) using SPSS 18 software package. Descriptive findings showed that the average of librarians’ communication skills and also the quality of service in the Central Library of Astan Quds Razavi was on middle level. Analytical results showed that there is no significant relationship between the librarians’ communication skills and the quality of services in the Central Library. There was also a significant difference between the librarians’ communication skills in terms of their demographic characteristics (including gender, age, work experience, education and field of study).

Purpose: The aim of this research is identification of effective and impressionable factors and severity of them for public library client needs in Fars Province in terms of uncertainty.Methodology: This study was conducted in two phases of qualitative and quantitative. In the first phase, public librariy client needs in Fars province have been identified using field studies and in second phase firs questionnaire was designed and distributed based on the DEMATEL technique. Then to determine effective and impressionable factors on client satissfactions, DEMATEL method was implemented based on gray numbers in terms of uncertainty. Statistical population of research includes public library clients in Fars Province that sample of 150 was selected by the snowball method and questionnaires were distributed among them.Findings: Using grey DEMATEL technique, the client needs were separated into two groups as effective and impressionable factors. Based on the results, three effective factors are: silence and physical condition of library, library facilities, Complaints and suggestions; and three impressionable factors are: performance and appropriate treatment of librarians, increasing the number and time of books, reading room equipment.Conclusions: Using proposed method in this study, we can identify and rank effective and impressionable public library client needs in terms of uncertainty. The results can be useful for public library’s future decisions to satisfy clients.

Purpose: The main objective of this study is to identify and Comparison the writer features of content management systems of conferences, at the national and international level.Method logy: In order has been used of the methods of analyzing system (web-based survey), oral interview (interview whit some of experts, including authors and jury proceedings in international conferences, manager and secretary of the conference systems, professor of information science and management), seeing the conference website and various parts of the system, an available movies and slides, documentary and library studies methods including study guides, educational menus and all existing evidence, empirical and practical study. Finally for measurig the available facilities in selected samples and comparing them was used from descriptive method (Descriptive statistics, frequency tables, bar and radar charts whit using SPSS and Excel software).The population of the study was conferences management system in national and international level. The samples of the study consisted of three national conference management system (Yekta web, Negar and Adak systems) and three international system (ASME, Conftool and OCS systems).Findings: The findings show that in the among international system, Conftool and ASME systems in terms of what the writer has goned the highest score. In the national systems, Negar system of Fraznet corporate in the part of the writer of the Congress was the highest score in terms of facilities.Results: Finally researchers concluded that the investigated systems are little difference; they have all have the capabilities of the standard systems. Also Negar conference management System, has little difference with those of conferences international management systems. These findings can help in the design, development, purchase, or use the new conference management systems.
