Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to examine the Qur'an's view of the environment in order to develop an educational model. This is a qualitative research. In this study, the researcher first uses a purposeful sample of the Qur'an and valid interpretations of the subject of the environment, then extracts the results and findings from the perspective of the Qur'an by interpreting the environment and presents an educational model. In this study, according to the key role of the two elements of man and nature, their corresponding attributes are extracted from the Qur'an. Subsequently, five normative propositions and five realistic propositions are extracted. Pairs of normative-realist propositions corresponding to each other are then considered as the preconditions of a deductive argument, and five prescriptive propositions as educational principles are inferred from each of these conjugate propositions, which include: Of the world of nature, the principle of establishing an innate connection with the world of nature to understand its purpose, the principle of strengthening the sense of responsibility for allowing nature to conquer, the principle of mentioning the blessings of nature to strengthen the sense of gratitude towards it and the principle of strengthening holistic insight. Educational methods are proposed for the fair use of nature and, finally, for each of these principles. Therefore, it can be expected that the findings of the present study in the form of a proposed model based on practical teachings and methods, can lead to purposeful and responsible human occupation of nature and lead to land development and environmental protection, and also this model should be used by decision makers in the formal education systems of the country and also in the field of public culture.

Abstract: 

Given that the use of the dimensions of a situation is very effective in the growth and formation of ideas, the main purpose of this study is to analyze the views of religious and educational experts, and teachers' lived experiences about the role of religious education situations in second elementary school. The approach of the present study is qualitative and phenomenological. To this end, we have used semi-structured interviews with experts and teachers. The data were analyzed using coding and categorization methods. Cognitive and emotional in situations, and the attractiveness and development of situations. Based on teachers' experiences, dimensions of the situation that should be used in the implementation of religious education curriculum are divided into eight categories: Disruptive situations of habits and natural order, stimulating situations of emotions and feelings, stimulating situations of thought and reason, collective situations and activities, informal situations, time of moral issues and challenges, occurrence of natural phenomena, places and historical monuments.

Abstract: 

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی دیدگاه قرآن درباره محیط زیست به منظور تدوین یک الگوی تربیت زیست محیطی است. پژوهش حاضر ازنوع کیفی است و در آن، با استفاده از نمونه هدفمند، ابتدا ازمنظر قرآن و تفاسیر معتبر، به موضوع محیط زیست پرداخته و به نتایجی دست یافته ایم که مشتمل بر این اصول هستند: اصل اندیشه ورزی برای دستیابی به نگرشی آیت بین درباره پدیده های جهان طبیعت، اصل برقراری پیوند فطری با جهان طبیعت برای درک غایتمندی آن، اصل تقویت حس مسیولیت پذیری دربرابر اجازه تسخیر در طبیعت، اصل ذکر نعمت طبیعت برای تقویت حس شاکربودن درقبال نعمت ها و اصل تقویت بینش کل نگر درراستای بهره برداری عادلانه از طبیعت؛ بنابراین، تاسی به چنین الگویی با ایجاد نگرش صحیح در فراگیران درباره محیط زیست، موجب رشد عواطف و احساسات انسانی درخصوص دیگر موجودات زنده در همسویی با فطرت الهی می شود و با تقویت اراده برای آبادانی محیط زیست و صیانت از آن، انسان هایی صالح و هماهنگ با نظام طبیعت را تربیت می کند.

Abstract: 

Social education is one of the most important aspects of education in Islam and the Qur'an, and solutions have been proposed to improve it. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the practical issues in this field by conducting research and use them in solving problems. In this regard, the purpose of this article is to conduct systematic research in the field of Quran and social education to provide the possibility of formulating practical topics appropriate to the existing gaps for researchers and scholars. This study is a descriptive study and its method has been Meta-synthesis (The three stages of Noblit and Hare). The research community of Persian language articles published during the last three decades on the topics of social education and the Qur'an in prestigious scientific journals in the country, which has been purposefully sampled. The statistical population of this research is Persian language articles published on social education and Quran in prestigious scientific journals in the country that have been purposefully sampled. MAXQDA software has been used in data analysis in these articles. The results of the analysis show that the main topics of research content include pests, barriers and harms to social education, effective factors in social education, effects of social education, goals of social education, examples of social education and methods of social education Each of these chapters has smaller topics, each of which can be studied in the form of a research title. The conclusion is that interdisciplinary research with a Quranic perspective in the field of social education has been neglected, and most of the studies conducted are not practical.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to present a conceptual model of integrating Islamic lifestyle in the elementary school curriculum. The research approach is inductive. The research strategy based on the target is applied type and in terms of the type of data it is a quality that has been done by the content analysis method. In terms of data collection, this research is a type of library research whose data has been collected through the study of documents. The research population included a 15-volume book on Imam Ali's behavioral patterns, a 16-volume online encyclopedia of the Qur'an and Hadith, and the book Mafatih al-Hayat. For sampling, targeted sampling was used. Reliability based on the coefficient of agreement between the two coders with a coefficient of 0. 75 and the validity of the model based on the percentage of agreement between experts was 83. 33%. Open, axial and selective coding was used to analyze the data. Based on the findings, the Model of integrating Islamic lifestyle in the elementary school curriculum was presented. This model has 9 main Components of worship and belief, moral, educational, social, political, economic, managerial, legal, and health and 80 sub-Components. Theology, knowledge of doctrinal issues, biological simplification, service to the people, gaining knowledge, acquiring practical knowledge, dealing appropriately with people, political education of people, paying attention to clean and lawful business, encouraging people to work and produce, responsibility, Observance of community rights, avoidance of haram eating, and etc include sub-Components that can be accessed through curriculum of Quran, gifts of the heavens, social studies, thinking and research, work and technology, mathematics, and the experimental sciences. Adjusting the elements of the curriculum, revising the current content and adjusting the content in different formats, Implementation and evaluation of the curriculum in accordance with the Islamic lifestyle is one of the final actions integrating of the Islamic lifestyle model into the elementary school curriculum.

Abstract: 

The present study aims to identify the theoretical model of Jihadi management in the development documents of the educational system of the Islamic republic of Iran. This research is qualitative and was conducted with the oretical approach and using Strauss and Corbin method(1990). The statistical population of the current study in the department of Jihadi management, including books, articles, jurnals, theses and all documents related to the Jihadi management area. In addition, in the field of evolutionary documents, the oretical fundamentals of fundamental change in theofficial education and public education system of the republic Islamic of Iran(1390), national curriculum of the Islamis republic of Iran(1391) and the document on the fundamentals transformation of the education system(1390) were included. Sampling is a purposeful type, In order to validate the findings of the research. The findings of this study are classified according to six categories. The category of jihadi education(the central category) Consists of subsections of jihadi education objectives, jihadi education principles, characteristics of the Jihadi educated generation and Jihadi belief. The category of the causal conditions is formed from faith in the original source, the facts of existence and the definitive sovereignty of divine traditions. The category of intervening conditions is comprised of a subcategory against impediment and hostility. The category of field is formed from subcategories Jihadi construction, Jihadi relations and elements of Jihadi education. The category of strategies consisting of 13 subcategories of Regular exaltation, … . The category of result includes educating the person of Saleh, cultivating the society of Saleh, establishing a new Islamic civilization and realizing the Tayyebeh life. The components of Jihadi management in development documents can be presented in the form of a paradigmatic Jihadi management modle.

Abstract: 

Psychological well-being has always been one of the most important and lost issues in humanity. The Holy Quran, the latest and most complete book of human guidance from God, has shown him the most appropriate and best way that can provide the ground for happiness and bliss in this world and the hereafter. In this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the components of psychological well-being from the perspective of the Holy Quran and the method of thematic analysis. The purposeful method was based on 505 verses related to psychological well-being based on 98 basic themes in the 14 themes of the organizing; Faith to the origin and resurrection, To practice the verses of the Holy Quran, To adorn the ethical virtues, Obedience and compliance with Islam, Good and righteous deeds (righteous deeds), Behavior and self-control, Hope, Patience and perseverance, Relying on God, worship and servitude of God, Purification and cultivation of the soul, establishing a positive relationship with others, forming a family, Satisfaction were extracted. The results were analyzed in a network of themes that indicated that the holy Quran is of particular importance in strengthening and enhancing the psychological well-being of human beings, and these are the most useful and effective ways to enhance the psychological well-being of each individual.

Abstract: 

Today, followers (employees) play an important vital role in the effectiveness of the leadership process in organizations. Which appears in any educational activity and its important effects on the phenomenon of education in any society is inevitable. Studies show that the focus of most research has been on the concepts of educational leadership, behaviors and characteristics of leadership. There is insufficient and comprehensive research on the role of followers (employees) and their characteristics in educational organizations. Therefore, the present study seeks a new approach and citing Quranic verses through the type of interactions of followers with the best models and educational guides-divine messengers-and with the method of qualitative research of the documentary type and using the method of content analysis and purposeful sampling. In Quranic verses, while explaining the position of followers in the leadership process and referring to the study of followers' typologies, identify the dimensions and characteristics of followers (employees) in educational organizations. Findings of the research indicate the fact that the dimensions and characteristics of the followers include 9 dimensions: Faith with 9 subcategories and 54 characteristics, Obedience to the command of God and His Messenger (leader) with 12 characteristics, Continuous remembrance of God and worshiping God and praying with 6 characteristics, Tavalli and Tabari (in intergroup interactions; employees with themselves) with 6 characteristics, Continuous effort for self-growth and excellence with 7 characteristics, Justice with 6 characteristics, Moderation with 5 characteristics, Lessons from predecessors with 2 characteristics, Establishing good and effective verbal communication with 3 characteristics.

Abstract: 

The present study, based on the discovery of students' lived experiences, seeks to discover the capacity to model the character and martyrdom of Martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani for the younger generation. The research method was descriptive phenomenological and interviews were with 15 male students of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, who were selected by "Typical Case" sampling method. The data obtained from the interviews were analyzed by Strauss and Corbin coding method in three stages of open, axial and selective coding. Finally, 572 concepts were discovered, which were classified into 38 categories appropriateness. The final results were also covered by eight themes. The themes discovered, in a model based on four models of Bloom's emotional domain, Observational learning Bandura, Aronson's social influence and Mesbahyazdi's types of patternability, in five levels "Sardar charm", "stabilization of charm", "will to change behavior", "emergence of action" and "transcendent action", Was placed. Thus, the three themes of "Sardar's personal morality", "Sardar's interpersonal morality" and "Sardar management style prominence" were in the first level. The second level included the two themes "audience emotional affect" and "audience cognitive affect". The two themes of "trying to change attitudes and behavior" and "demanding modeling from the commander" were also included in the third level, and the theme of "social effects modeling of the commander" also included the fourth and fifth levels. Overall, the findings show the high capacity of life and martyrdom of Sardar in modeling education for adolescents and young people.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to "design and validate the spiritual curriculum model". The method of this research is based on the applied purpose and based on the nature, it is a component of combined research with a sequential exploratory approach. Krejcie table was 352 people and the sampling method was simple. Data collection tool in the qualitative part of the interview is semi-structured and in the quantitative part is a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed using the opinion of experts. Confirmatory content validity (CVR) and Cronbach's alpha were used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. The data obtained from the collection of questionnaires were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and the fit indices of the proposed model were evaluated by LISERAL software, the result of which shows that the model has a good fit. The findings of the qualitative section showed that the identified dimensions for the spiritual curriculum model include pre-contractual requirements, contractual requirements, post-contractual requirements, post-contractual requirements, transcendental and subliminal. Quantitative findings also indicate that the extracted spiritual curriculum model has been validated, and that the AGFA, GFI, RMSEA, and Khido indices all indicate that the dimensions identified in a homogeneous structure of the model constructs of a concept called the program. They support a spiritual lesson.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to investigate effectiveness of the Islamic parenting skills approach on improving the quality of mother-child relationship and psychological well-being and maternal self-efficacy of mothers who have primary school children. This was an applied quasi-experimental research with pre-test and post-test. The Intended sample was selected by the availability sampling among the mothers. These 90 subjects were virtual and available selection assigned to two groups of 45 controls and experiments. Due to the drop in subjects, the study ended with 30 people in the control group and 30 people in the experimental group. Research tools consisted of the Child-Parent Relationship Scale (Pianta, 1994), Psychological Well-Being Questionnaire (Riff's, 2002) and Parenting Self-Agency Measure (Dumka et. al, 1996). Covariance analysis was applied for data analysis. The results of the study indicated that Islamic parenting program had a significant positive effect (p≤ 0. 001), in all subscales of the parent-child relationship questionnaire (dependency, conflict and overall positive relationship) except for the proximity subscale also in all subscales of psychological well-being (independence, personal growth, positive communication with others, purposefulness and self-acceptance) except for dominating the environment and this program significantly increased parental self-efficacy (p≤ 0. 001). Thus, the main research question that was the effectiveness of the Islamic parenting program on improving the quality of the mother and primary school child relationship and improving the levels of maternal mental health and parental self-efficacy, was confirmed. it is suggested applying this intervention attempt to help mothers to improve their quality of communication with their children, psychological well-being and parental self-efficacy.

Abstract: 

One of the most important issues in any age is the upbringing of the child, which should be done according to the principles and methods in accordance with the nature of the child. The Holy Quran is the most reliable source in this field and therefore, in the present study, the principles governing the upbringing of children in terms of the educational life of parents in the Holy Quran have been studied. This research is of qualitative type and to do it we have used descriptive-analytical method and content analysis method. The sampling method is purposeful and the data are analyzed using reasoning or inference. Regarding the results of the present study, it can be said that in the Holy Quran, a regular journey in the educational life of Quranic parents has been depicted. Before birth (infancy, childhood, adolescence, and adulthood) are extracted, and under the two sections, the principles governing pre-birth education and the principles governing post-birth education. In the section on the principles governing pre-birth education, such as asking the righteous child from God Almighty and not paying attention to gender, in the section on the principles governing the post-natal period, such as providing physical and mental comfort for the mother, and on childhood, adolescence and Youth, principles such as guiding the child towards monotheism, loving him, maintaining justice, independent childbearing conditions, paying attention to the child's freedom of expression and paying attention to keeping the child away from ostentation were extracted. Applying the educational principles presented in the present study, helps parents in the optimal education of the child.

Abstract: 

In Islamic sources, specifically in Holy Quran and Nahj-Al-Balaghe all the rules and Do's and Don'ts and social and personal life necessities are all mentioned and referred to them. The basics and regularities of professional ethics, besides, is a new discussion in organizations and offices and occupations all are concerned 1400 years ago by the holy religion of Islam. By referring to these resources we can find specialized answers to these rules. The letter of Amir-Al-Momenin Ali (peace be upon him) to Malik-Al-Ashtar, the governor of Egypt is one of the facets of professional ethics for managers and governmental personal in Islamic resources in which the main characteristics and properties of a governmental manager and the ruler is mentioned. The present study is to analyse the components of professional ethics of managers from Imam Ali's point of view. The method used in this study is content analysing and is based on schanoon antropy technique of data. Data is normalized and data load and importance index of each one is 25% of the known components. From 241 khotbes of Nahj-Al-Balaghe (167-190) 2 khotbes. From 79 letters, 8 letters (5-26-31-46-51-53-69-76) and from 480 Hekmats, 6 Hekmats (9-15-50-161-193-372) are directly or indirectly related to professional ethics. The patient component with frequency of 12. 8 have the maximum percentage and importance index in data load among others. After good behaviour, trustfullness and serving people and importance of self esteem and Takrim that all are the 2nd and 3rd factors, the remaining factors have less importance and data load. With respect to the importance and emphasis of Nahj-Al-Balaghe in professional ethics in choosing the proper personell and managers and workers we should respect professional ethics rules and principles and obey them in organizations and these rules should be considered in organizations respectfully and by providing ethic announcements and considering and respecting them we can take big steps toward internalization of these ethical rules and instructions.
