Abstract: 

Achieving sustainable rural development is not feasible without changing attitudes and intellectual and cultural transformation in a country unless comprehensive training is provided in various areas of jobs in rural areas as well as different styles of the training process to develop human resources. In addition, its all-encompassing situations should be well recognized, and the necessary coordination should be made between formal and non-formal education, which are considered as the two main components and the basis of learning and development. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects and role of non-formal education courses in the sustainable development of rural areas of Ahmadabad rural district of Takab city. The research method used in this research is a combination of documentary and survey methods, and data collection has been done by using direct face-to-face interview techniques and questionnaires. The statistical population of the study is done according to the rules of random sampling and includes residents of six villages of the Ahmadabad rural district. One-sample t-test and regression analysis were used to analyze the relationships between variables. The results show that in the regression fitting model, the coefficient of determination was equal to (0. 843), and at the level of 99% was significant, which indicates the positive effect of informal education on the dimensions of independent variables of the research. Values of ß are economic (0. 776), social (0. 177), and environmental (0. 058).

Abstract: 

The purpose of present research was to determine the effect of institutional trust on performance of the staff of the Ministry of Sport and Youth. The research for the purpose was practical and from the strategy was correlation based on structural equation model which was implemented by field method. The statistical population of the research included all of employees in the ministry of Sport and Youth (N=901), that using Krejcie and Morgan sampling table 279 which was randomly selected as statistical sample. In this research, Institutional Trust (Aloonen, 2008), Employee Performance (Zarei Robat, 2014). questionnaires were used for data collection. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated through Cronbach's alpha 0. 88, 0. 78, respectively. Data were analyzed using Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests and structural equations in SPSS and AMOS software. The results of the study showed that institutional trust directly affects the performance of employees at the rate of 0. 35. The results of the study showed that institutional trust directly affects the performance of employees, therefore, based on the research results, it is offered that experts of the sport and youth ministry can help maintain and improve employees by improving communication and collaboration between employees and managers and improving team performance.

Abstract: 

Developing kinds of moral and behavioral deviations, which are caused by changes in social, cultural, familial, political and religious structure, provides the needs of committing crime in society. The aim of this research, is analyzing the backgrounds of committing crime, strategies and their consequences, by women prisoners in central prison of Arak. For this purpose, using the grounded theory method and the technique of semi-structured interview, 14 women with the background of returning to prison, were interviewed deeply through purposeful sampling. After 10th interview, conceptual saturation was reached. The interview continued up to 14th person for peace of mind. The data categorized using Straus and Corbin paradigm model and then, its paradigm model was drawn. The results of research showed that being bait and deceived, disagreement between couples, emotional divorce and unsuccessful marriage, are some reasons of deviation in this women. Social deviations of father, differential companion, parents' addiction and contrary, lack of emotion, being victim of rape and domestic violence, are effective factors of this deviation that follows strategies such as social deviation, inappropriate marriage, theft, divorce and out of custom relations. Some of consequences of these strategies are family disintegration, ethical and social anomalies and finally prison. Results showed that cultural poverty is the main factor of women's tendency to committing crime, being prisoned and repeating the same crimes and returning to prison.

Abstract: 

The issue of conflict of interest is at the root of corruption and inefficiency. Given the importance of conflict of interest management in the efficiency and prevention of corruption on the one hand, as well as the important position of IRIB as a pervasive media in the country, on the other hand, the importance of identifying conflicts of interest in the organization in order to structure it more effectively. Makes it necessary. Accordingly, the study was conducted through the study of some documents and interviews with about 20 university experts and professors and a survey with the statistical population of 120 Broadcasting experts and media researchers. The recognized items in the research are: conflict of incomes with duties, conflict of duty with duty, observer and order alliance, executor and lawmaker alliance, simultaneous employment, revolving door, and gift acceptance. According to Fridman testing method, simultaneous and revolving door ranked first while conflict of duty with duty ranked last. In addition, some approaches to deal with the mentioned items are suggested in the research.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to design a model for the development of cultural capital in the education system. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection was a mixed research (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population in the qualitative part included academic and organizational experts including the officials of the Ministry of Education and in the quantitative part included all high school principals in the second year of Tehran. The sample size was estimated in the qualitative part with theoretical saturation (20 people) and in the quantitative part based on Cochran's formula 290 people. The data collection tool was semi-structured interview in the qualitative part and a researcher-made questionnaire with 185 questions based on a 5-item scale in the quantitative part. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by several experts, the construct validity of the inclusions was confirmed by calculating the trough and the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by calculating the square root of the AVE. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach's alpha and the combined reliability coefficient for the dimensions of the questionnaire was higher than 0. 7. The results led to the identification of 10 components and 185 indicators, of which 5 effective components including social identity, social capital, family interactions, consumption Media and lifestyle and 5 effective dimensions of academic achievement, student empowerment, social responsibility, social acceptance and student happiness are influential. Other results showed that the current situation of the identified components in the development of cultural capital in the education system is favorable.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of social networks in increasing the cultural literacy of Faculty members (Islamic Azad University, Central Tehran Branch) with a cultural development. The research method is survey and a questionnaire is used to collect information. The sampling method is multi-stage cluster random sampling. The sample size is determined by using the Cochran's test 285 people. The validity of the questionnaire is confirmed by communication and social science experts. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the independent variable (use of social networks) and the dependent variable of the research (Cultural literacy and its dimensions) indicate the high internal relation of the items and in other words the reliability of the research tool reliability. Analysis of data at the descriptive level using statistical characteristics such as frequency, frequency percentage, At the inferential level, it was done using SPSS software and also using Chi-square test and Spearman correlation coefficient. Findings of correlation analysis shows that use social networks have a positive effect on increasing the level of cultural literacy of university faculty members. The use of social networks also plays a role in increasing the level of cultural literacy (individual and social faculty members).

Abstract: 

The future of all countries relies on the correct use of these networks. Nowadays, the influence of internet and social networks on all layers of the society is evidence and thereby the main purpose of this research is to study the use of these networks by women who are the half of the population of our country. The role of women in culture development of the society and upbringing of generation is obvious. Therefore, this study discusses about the destruction and construction roles of these networks on women. In this study, the data collection is based on semi-structured interviews and snowball sampling. In addition, the data analysis relies on grounded theory. The results highlights the influence of social networks on all the aspects of a family, which cannot be reduced by filtering. However, this influence can be exploited as an opportunity instead of a threat by produce useful contents that can improve the scientific, cultural and religious knowledge level of women who are the main educators of our generations. In addition, this study shows that, despite the negative vision of most researchers to the social networks effects, in most cases, both married and divorced women believe that the positive and constructive dimensions of these networks are more important than their negative effects. Finally, the idea of filtering or limiting the cyberspace does not help to eliminate the potential disadvantage of this world, in contrary, it only erases the question rather than solve it.

Abstract: 

In this research, a model has been devised and validated to make universities smarter Compared with globally balance. The research method in this paper is a mixed one. First based on qualitative method and specifically based on the grounded theory and by interviewing the subject matter experts, the dimensions, components and indicators of making universities smarter with a global level are extracted and analyzed. Then, in the quantitative phase, by a questionnaire based on qualitative stage indices and based on its data-175 valid questionnaires-validating and analyzing the factor structure of the university-level smart universities model was used. The findings of the qualitative research showed that the smarter university with a global level has 5 dimensions (based on Grounded Theory components) and 29 components. These dimensions include the dimension of "smarter technologies", "smarter competencies", "smarter processes", "superior standards" and "organizational quality". Quantitative section findings also showed that based on exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, factor loadings of all indices were above 0. 3. The goodness-of-fit indices of the model also showed that the structural model extracted from the qualitative section fits well with the statistical population data. The relative chi-square values of were less than 3 and the values of adjusted goodness of fit index (AGFI) and Comparative fit index (CFI) were above 0. 7. The root mean square error of approximate (RMSEA) was also less than 0. 1. In addition, the components and indices of the research model had a good reliability based on Cronbach's alpha (all component over than 0. 7) in the model and the result show that the model has a good explanation in the statistical population.

The present article has been done with the aim of exploring the effect of modern banking industry on the development of Iranian society using a documentary method. The results show the fundamental changes in the country's banking infrastructure and its direct or indirect effect are tangible with intermediate variables in development indicators (economic, social).

Abstract: 

Any proceeding in progress will inevitably lead to social consequences for citizens. City development projects concentrate on lifestyles, work, social relationships, and people organizing. The purpose of this paper is to study the various social effects of Mehr housing in urban areas of Ardebil and its goal is to assess the social effects of Mehr housing Projects in Ardebil. The method of research in this evaluation is based on the objective, evaluation of SCA (Social Consequences Assessment) and according to the nature of the topic and studied indicators, survey research method and data gathering tool are questionnaires and face-to-face interviews with the inhabitants of Mehr Housing Plan. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated 0. 81 for the social effect assessment questionnaire of Ardabil Mehr housing. The statistical population of this study is all people who have registered in the form of cooperative Mehr housing companies for receiving loans in the form of Mehr housing projects. Compared to collected statistics from the statistics Center of Maskan bank, the number of these people reach 15, 800. The sample size (n) in this study is based on Cochran formula with 95% and 5% error equals to 400 people. One of the most significant consequences of building residential complex of Ardabil Mehr Housing Project has been positive effects on families so that its role in decreasing obesity and increasing the mobility of residents, creating mental and psychological well-being for families and creating opportunities for play, practice and learning is very significant, but in terms of creating opportunities for holding training courses, the residents did not quite agree on this action. In the dimension of psychological effects, it can be said that settling in the residential complexes of Mehr housing that their green space is constructed reduces stress, decreases anger and tension and increases concentration. Also it has direct restorative effects and causes renewal of the citizens. But in the case of economic effects, it can be mentioned that it has increased the price of land or residential units in the residential areas of Ardabil, but it has not played a role in increasing the demand for residential units around the residential complex of the Mehr Housing Project.

Abstract: 

The present research has presented a model of entrepreneurship education system among the clients of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee, which has been fitted with a survey method and a questionnaire tool using LaserLead software. The statistical population of the study consisted of 20 elite students (in order to develop a model of entrepreneurship education system) as well as 384 clients of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee (in order to finalize the proposed model) through simple random sampling. Abstract: 

The market, as one of the main areas of economic activity in contemporary Iran, has undergone changes under the influence of global developments. Such changes have generally led to value developments that, if not properly managed, could affect the development of the country in various dimensions. The present research is essentially of a developmental nature and examines value developments (generational differences in business values among Isfahan marketers), assuming development as a multidimensional phenomenon. By reviewing existing literature on generational sociology in Iran, three generations of "before revolution", "generation of revolution" and "third generation" were identified and the basis of the research was identified. The research method of this study is "survey". The statistical population of this study is all those who are active in Isfahan city. Sample size was 524 Isfahan marketers who were selected using multi-stage cluster sampling. The findings indicate that there is no difference between the generations studied in the Isfahan market in terms of business meta-values. Also, there is no difference between the generations studied by the Isfahan market in terms of the material values of the business. In addition, the results of the study indicated that generational affiliation had a significant impact on business values and this hypothesis is valid, but the impact is low. In general, it can be said that the turbulence of economic status, social and value anomaly and the shared space of generational socialization are factors that have contributed to the lack of generational differences in business values in the Isfahan market.

Abstract: 

The role and position of women in the development process of any society is an undeniable issue that in order to achieve it, in the first step, every society must have policies and programs at the theoretical and executive levels in order to empower women; because women can be effective in the development of society when they are empowered. Accordingly, the present study has been conducted qualitatively by analyzing the social development of women based on their sustainable empowerment. The study population was women over 20 years old in Boroujerd city. Targeted sampling of 24 people until theoretical saturation, data collection method, in-depth interview and data analysis method was thematic analysis. Nvivo software is used. Also, the validity of the research has been achieved through the member validity method, and the reliability has been achieved through the audit of the research process by experts. According to the research findings, women's social development requires the provision of theoretical and practical infrastructures for their justice-oriented development and "sustainable empowerment", meaning that women's empowerment is both uninterrupted and continuous and takes place in all dimensions. These are: 1) physical empowerment, 2) psychological empowerment, 3) economic empowerment, 4) social empowerment, 5) political empowerment, 6) cultural empowerment, and 7) legal empowerment. As a result, if we want the development of society, we must provide the conditions for their social development by sustainable empowerment of women as half of the citizens of society.

This article aims to analyze the cultural factors affecting the interpersonal communication of the staff of the Administrative Justice Court. This is an applied research and according to the objectives a survey method has been used. The statistical population consisted of a thousand of staff member of the administrative justice court of Tehran province. by using the Morgan table 172 samples were selected and analyzed by systematic sampling method. The reliability of data collection tools is confirmed by the crony bronco’ s alpha and its validity by using the professors and expert’ s comments. The consequences reveal that the amount of interpersonal conflict is in moderate. Also the Pearson coefficient shows that between the various cultural factors among variables, there is a significant correlation between the rate of use of internal media, external media and cultural values with the conflict of interpersonal communication among employees. Albeit, there was no significant correlation between the amount of social network usage and the rate of interpersonal communication conflicts among employees. The results of multivariate regression model demonstrated that only the use of internal media with beta coefficient (-0. 27) and the use of external media with beta coefficient (17. 0) had a direct effect on the conflict of interpersonal communication.

Abstract: 

The main issue of the present study is "designing a model with the dimensions of effective factors and quality results of the bank's relationship with corporate customers". The researcher is trying to answer the question of how banks can establish long-term and stable relationships with their corporate customers. And what are the most important factors and results of creating such relationships? The research is applied-developmental in terms of purpose and mixed (quantitative and qualitative) in terms of method. Both library and field methods were used to collect the required data. Data collection tools are also: review of documents, interviews and questionnaires. The statistical population of Bank Mellat's customers' research was at the level of Tehran province branches, which formed 1, 200 company holdings. Using Cochran's formula, 291 senior managers (CEO, Chief Financial Officer, Administrative Vice President, Procurement Deputy and Chief Accountant) Bank Mellat's customers in the branches of Tehran province as a sample size, participated in this study. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential methods through SPSS 16 and Smart PLS software. In this research, data were analyzed to describe the data from descriptive statistics, and in inferential analysis by factor analysis. According to the confirmation of the questions by the experts, the content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed and also the calculated Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the whole questionnaire was 98%, which indicates the desired reliability. Finally, employee behavior, competence and skills of employees, innovation in banking services, profits and facilities, and finally how to respond and provide banking services; Under the title of components and dimensions, "model with dimensions of effective factors and quality results of the bank's relationship with corporate customers" was accepted.
