Abstract: 

While explaining different aspect of organizational justice, its indicators including distribution, procedure and process justice were derived from Imam Ali's letter to Malik Ashtar. Its practicability is investigated through a three-hypothesis research at University of Arts in Isfahan.This research follows a descriptive-survey method, the hypotheses of which are investigated by a researcher-maid 45-question questionnaire having been tested in the same university. 110 subjects were selected from among the statistical population of 252 people who answered the questions.The classification of the sample group was according to stratified random sampling using inferential statistical methods such as univariate t-test, correlation t, multivariate analysis, MANOVA, as well as LSD test.The results indicated that according to the attributes of Nahjolbalaghah, distribution justice was performed less than process justice. In its turn, process justice was performed less than that of procedural justice. It was also indicated that the factor of education was critically influential. It was also declared that the more the subjects were educated, the less they felt that justice was performed in the University of Arts.

Abstract: 

Contrary to many schools which choose man as the basis of their works, Islam, having a comprehensive perspective about work, prefers God, man and universe as the basis. In this piece of research, it is intended to explain the bases of work in Islam by referring to the verses of the holy Quran and hadith, especially the sayings of Imam Ali (AS).

Abstract: 

Studying the thought of Imam Khomeini, as the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and its explanation seems to be of vital importance in different social and managerial fields. Considering the position conflict management in the administration of the society, an investigation was conducted through the twenty two-volume book of "Sahifah Imam" of Imam Khomeini to find a model for conflict management based on his thought. This paper is derived from such an investigation.Considering the literature on conflict management, descriptive research methodology, as well as scientific aspects of the issue, all raw data from Imam Khomeini's speeches, notes, and letters on conflict and types of conflicts, from 1342 until his passing away, were collected and then analyzed. Strategies of conflict management were derived from this data and then were explained.

Abstract: 

Deep and extended review of the management sources indicate that there are no specific books, articles or dissertations that have academically paid attention to research problems in the way of Islamic management accomplishment. This article, however, tries to deal with such problems.The objective of this research is a practical one. It follows a descriptive-exploratory research method. Data is gathered through library sources, questionnaires and interviews with experts.Cronbach Alfa coefficient was used for calculating the reliability of the questionnaires. It was 91 percent for questionnaire number two, and 83 percent for number three (showing the present situation). The validity of the questionnaire was so high that thirty problems were identified based on the background of the research. These problems were referred to the experts. Some of the items were deleted and some more were added, resulting in 55 problems. These were then decreased to 50 items. Content validity of these questionnaires seem to be quite acceptable.This research presented seven hypotheses covering interorganizational and outer-organizational (including cognitive, policymaking, programming, administrative, supervision and evaluative) problems as influential factors preventing Islamic management from accomplishment. These hypotheses were tested by single sample T-test, and all of them were conformed.

Abstract: 

Considering the advantageous role of human resource maintenance, the researchers conducted a study on mediation role of feeling social justice on the relation of strategic approach to human resource maintenance and organizational commitment of the employees in a public organization. Three hypotheses were developed to explain this relation, all of which were confirmed by field study. Using path analysis, the direct effect coefficient and general effect coefficient and the direction of interaction among the variables were calculated.

Abstract: 

From Islamic point of view, man is the highest creature and his safeguarding is a valuable endeavor. Attempts to decrease traffic accidents are the major objectives of the IRI Police. In this research, factors influencing the behavior of people engaged in traffic, including drivers, passengers, and pedestrians. As the nature of the presented model suggested that structural factors are the most influential ones on the behavior of the users, the way out of this challenge seems to be a basic change in the structural factors. Hence, the programs suggested in this research focus most on the structural factors.The research follows a descriptive practical method using mathematical analysis for assessing the behavioral position of the users. The results showed a great gap between the present situation of the supporting and effecting factors and that of the desired ones. The mathematical method was calculated by squaring the abilities. Finally, qualitative and quantitative objectives, as well as structural programs at high ranking, supportive and administrative management were suggested.

Abstract: 

This article is intended to design a model for evaluation of high grading officers’ performance according to multi-attribute decision making (MADM). Having studied present standards and attributes regarding high grade officers’ performance in the research literature, Islam and the sayings of the supreme leader, the researchers designed three approaches regarding the role of management, managers competencies, and the outcomes of management.As the research emphasized on presenting a model for practical evaluation and solving the challenges, after reviewing the ideas of the experts and making a qualitative and quantitative analysis on them, the suggested model was revised. Finally, it resulted in a recoverable and unrecoverable model.
