Abstract: 

This study were carried out in Reproduction & Culture Center of Voshmgir Barrier in the middle of May in north of Aqh qhala city. In order to study of the combination effects of gonadorelin and prostaglandine (PGF2a) hormone on the semi-artificial breeding in gold fish (Carassius auratus), Female spawenrs in 5treatments are injected. These products including: 0.4 ml the said combination hormone ( in 2 phases ) in proportions of:T1: Gn 100% + pro 0%, T2: Gn 75% + pro 25%, T3: Gn 50% + pro 50%, T4: Gn 25% + pro 75%, T5: Gn 0% + pro 100%The injection instead of every brood fish is carried out in an Unequivalent Completely Random Design and a control fish injected at a dose of 0.02 ml in first phase and 0.2 ml in the second phase of HCG (humane corrion gonadotropin) instead of per fish in 3 practice, after investigating special characteristics, we found that the most effective proportion in brood fishes inspire was the proportion in second treatment. The percent of positive reaction of brood fishes were nearly the same in controller group and also second treatment and it was completely different in relation to other treatment (P<0.05). The fertilization and hatching percent in control group did not show significant difference with the second treatment but the said the fertilization and hatching percent was significant in contrast to other treatment (P<0.05).

Abstract: 

This study was performed of one on the farms in Tiab Area Hormozgan province in 2004. In this research to obtain aims used two treatments (one for each species) and 3 replicats. postlarvaes were stocked at a density 18 ind/m2 with rate 20% fenneropenaeus semisulcatus and 80% fenneropenaeus indicus.Shrimp were fed by imported pellet on the basis of standard feeding table. In order to obtain the growth rate and calculation of daily feeding, shrimp became biometry twice a month. Some of the physicochemical factors such as pH, dissolved oxygen and salinity were measured twice a month too.Results revealed that mean weight of fenneropeneaeus indicus were about 13.51±1.02 gr and 11.44±0.34 gr respectively for biculture and monoculture systems and the diference was significant (P<0.05).Final production of fenneropeneaeus indicus were 1042 kg/ha and 1666 kg/ha respectively in biculture and monoculture systems and diference was significant (P<0.05(.Also Survival rate of shrimp were 81% in monoculture systems and 54% biculture system. The most important reason for the low production and low survival of shrimp in biculture system that is we didn’t use the especial food for fenneropenaeus semisulcatus. This kind of shrimp couldn’t use the food and the unused the food changed to waste mater that has caused the bad environmental condition and decreasing of survival rate and final production.

Abstract: 

Investigation of Macrobenthic has been carried in Kor River, Fars Province, during one year study, from October 2007 to September 2008.Five study sites were selected in 250 Kilometers distance of the river, Benthic Macroinvertebrates were monthly collected and measuring. Benthic Macroinvertebrates were collected at each site using a Surber with 2400 cm² and 250µmesh net,this act with 3 repetition carried by method Davies 2001. A sample collect and fixed with formaldehyde %4, in laboratory has carried sort and enumeration. 32 Taxa Benthic Invertebrate were identified, overall average, members had dominated order Diptera and Ephemeroptera in stations 1and 2,Class of Gastropoda and Crustacea in station 3,Class Gastropoda and Diptera in stations 4,5. Benthic data were summarized according to Community Structure Metrics including EPT index, Chironomidae index,, TR, Shanoon index (H‘), EPT/CHIR and Biotic index(HFBI) estimated ANOVA one way of taxa Benthic Organisms and ANOVA 2 way with seasons and stations, The results analysis 0f variance and estimating of correlation showed significant difference in stations (P<0.05)The results showed none pollution up dorodzan dam and approximately to intense pollution in downstream of it in difference seasons and sites, The results showed that using Macrobenthic community is economy and quick method for good assessment of pollution specifically have strictly in seasons polluted.

Abstract: 

The objective of this study was trimming by hand and machinery from Silver Carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) fillet. The aim of this project was introducing the best type of fillet trimming by machine handing methods of Silver Carp fillet. For first time we measured percentage different organs like head, skin, tails, backbone, intestine organs, type of bone and fillet in whole fish before and after cutting, filleting and trimming. The results show percentage of fillet without skin and backbone) in trimming by machinery line processing was more than handing (45.6-49 respectively), and fillet trimming speed by machinery was more than hand. Also final results of this study show fillet trimmed without skin and backboneless by machinery method for Silver Carp was best about shape and consumption.

Abstract: 

Threadfin bream (Nemipterus Japonicus) is one of the most important commercial fishes in the Persian Gulf. Speciments were collected from commercial catches from November 2005 to Agust 2006. The fecundity of 24 adult samples were studied, that ranged from 18.3 to 27.3 cm in fork lenght. The maximum and minimum abslue fecundity was 44388 and 3419 related to 22.5 and 18.3 cm fork length respectively. The mean of absolute and relative fecundity were estimated to be 14982(±9822) and 100(±57) respectively. Relationship between fork length and absolute fecundity estimated as Fecundity= 3767X-63579 (n=24, r2=0.766).

Abstract: 

This survey was performed in order to economic evaluation of shrimp (Fennero Penaeus indicus) culturing in Hormozgan province during years 2005-2006.Three shrimp culture sites including Tiab-e-Jonubi, Tiab-e-Shomali and Sayeh khosh were surveyed. The Information about scientific and technical persons, employments, productions, per unit cost of production, important problems and also situation of total costs and benefit were recorded in special forms. Results revealed that only 7.1% of farms located in sayeh khosh area, about 40.2% of farms located in Tiab-e-Shomali and 62% of farms located in Tiab-e-Jonubi areas are active. The two later areas have established about ten years ago. In all farms located in Hormozgan province the feed cost contributed as maximum portion in total production costs. The per unit cost of shrimp production in Tiab-e-Jonubi averaged 20822±1792 Iranian Rials, in Tiab-e-Shomali averaged 23940±3179 Iranian Rials and in Sayeh khosh averaged 23531±4798 Iranian Rials.The most problems of most farm in Hormozgan province are, high production costs and low quality of shrimp foods manufactured by huge factories and low price of cultured shrimps.

Abstract: 

Nanosilver trauph were used to assess its effects on rainbow trout egg hatchability and survival percent of larvae up to 1-1.2 body weight using spring water at 12.5-13.2 c, 2 mg/l, ammunia <0.01, nitrit <0.1 and, dissolved oxygen 8-9 mg/l, carbon dioxide 7 Total hardness was about 170 mg/l Caco3. Nanosilver trauph was provided in four replicates but normal control without any treatment was also included in three replicates. In this study, the amount of 1800 gr eggs incubated in the nanosilver trauph. Results of egg survival and larva to 1 gr in the nanosilver trauph respectively, was 69.4 and 97.8 percent, statistically, compared to the control group, difference in survival of the eggs had significantly (P<0.05). But in larva survival to 1 garam with control group, difference wasent significant (P>0.05). acording to the results above and extraordinary properties of nanosilver as food being non harmful, environmental friendly and etc and also ill effects and prohibition of malachite green can considered nanosilver trauph for suitable alternative of malachite green.
