Abstract: 

The present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of couple therapy via Reality Therapy Method on the improvment of intimacy relations of couples. This study followed a quasi-experimental design in which the two (experimental and control) groups were treated via Glasser couple-therapy techniques. The subjects of the study were the couples who had referred to one of the counseling service agencies of Rah Asa or Aftab Ramsar because they suffered from conflict. 20 couples from among a total of 50 couples were selected randomly. Then they were divided in to two groups of experimental and control. The dependent variable (matrimonial sincerity) was evaluated through questionnaire before and after the therapy period. The reliability was estimated via Chronbach Alpha after estimating the validity. The Matrimonial Sincerity was of acceptable internal consistency with a coefficient of 0.91 to 0.97. To analyze the data of the staty as well as to exclude the the effect of the pretest, the ANCOVA was applied. The results indicated that Glasser Couple Therapy method was not effective in solving the problem of matrimonial sincerity among couples; however, it was shown to be effective in improving self-sacrifice.

Abstract: 

The present study examined the impact of play therapy with a cognitive approach-behavioral shyness Meichenbaum the school children were girls and boys. The experimental study pretest-posttest control group. For this purpose, 50 male and female students in the geographical area Abhar city in the academic year 90-89 were enrolled using a multi-stage cluster random sampling method and by the ckeck behavioral list of shy students identified as shyness, behavioral and were selected in the test and control groups (each group consisted of 25 patients) were included.ckeck list of behavioral shyness as a research tool before and after implementation of the independent variable (play therapy, cognitive-behavioral, within 4 weeks, 3 sessions per week, 45-30 minutes) and the data obtained was performed using SPSS software and using descriptive statistics and t tests were analyzed. The results showed that the experimental group scored significantly less shyness than the control group. They also shyness scores than pre-test score changes showed significant differences. Cognitive behavior therapy in the game Mayknbam schoolchildren is effective in reducing shyness.

Abstract: 

This study examines the impact of life skills education on students' mental health of Islamic Azad University of Susangerd Branch. The population of the study, all male students constitute advice Islamic Azad University of Susangerd Branch. Of which 40 were selected by simple random sampling and were assigned to two experimental and control instruments used in this study was a questionnaire, Plan to study pre-test-post-test control group. Experimental and control groups were randomly selected after the first pre-test was conducted on two groups, The experimental intervention was implemented life skills training and after training, both groups were tested. T-test for analysis of covariance was used to analyze the test groups. The results showed that the learning of life skills Enhance the mental health of students in the experimental group compared with the control group.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of formal education and shadow education on school students’ general education behavior. The research was a causal-comparative one. The sample included 600 students that were selected via multi-stage cluster sampling from Iranian high schools. The data were collected by General Educational Behavior Questionnaire (GBEQ). Also, the data were analyzed by statistics of X2, t, Mann Whitney U. The results showed that there were significant differences between formal education and shadow education in terms of variables such as students’ educational effectiveness, study hours, educational satisfaction, safety and tuition. In fact, in all cases a shadow education system was indicated to be more efficient, effective and satisfying.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this Survey and Comparison of the professional skills of professors of human sciences Basic Science, Islamic Azad University, Mazandaran Province is Methods research field is a community of Statistical all teachers employed to teach Courses humanities sciences based on academic year 89-90 to number of the 53,000 people in 1530 professors 100Student’s samples are selected by simple random sampling method. In this study the questionnaire instrument (survey their teachers) students (containing 25 questions with Likert scale) were used. Data are described and analyzed in 2 levels, descriptive (by using frequency distribution, percent, and average) and inferential (by using T). the results of the overall research indicates that awareness masters of professional skills in the sciences Human Science Foundation in its survey is the same test, but given the significant level of students (Sig=0.04<0.05) can be concluded that awareness Azmharthay professional masters courses in basic sciences and the humanities differ is.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between organizational stress sources with job stress in Mazandaran's Gas Corporation employees. The research was descriptive, correlation. The statistical population was all staff's (423 people) of Mazandaran Gas company in 2010 and statistical sample was 205, which selected by stratified random method (according to the region). In order to gather the data, two questionnaires were used: Job stress questionnaire and standardized stress sources questionnaire. Face and content validity of the questionnaires was reviewed and confirmed by experts and Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficients were calculated as 0.84 and 0.83 respectively. In order to analyze data, Pearson’s Correlation test and Multiple Regression were used. The result showed that organizational demands, relationship, colleagues' support, role characteristic, manager supports and work changes had significant relationship with job stress and there were no significant relationship between authorities and physical environment. Also organizational demands, relationship and role characteristic had power to predict employee’s job stress. It should be noted that stress is a very serious issues in today's organizations that can impose threatens the health of workforces and costs to the organization. So managers should moderate the workplace stressors by preventive actions.

Abstract: 

This study aimed to compare the educational Equipment point of view of educational stakeholders PNU, nonprofit and Azad in Garmsar city has been. This research targets applications in terms of data collection, is descriptive. The population consisted of all teachers and students of higher education institutions in the city Branch 91-90 school year, 13,849 people is that they are. Required sample size of 375 patients was determined according to Morgan credit research, this figure rose to 415. The samples in this study as a class-the ratio selected. Data were collected via a questionnaire of 26 questions and is self-made. Content validity of the survey instrument based on the number of professors in the field of higher education and to determine the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed using Cronbach coefficient equal to 0.93, respectively. To analyze one sample t test, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were used. The results showed that all five components of the educational facilities of the highest impact on effective stakeholder satisfaction with the IT facilities, audio- visual and physical space of the classroom. The results showed that in terms of stakeholders, educational facilities of all three institutions is not satisfactory compared to the same time units Payam Noor, Islamic Azad University of profit is better.

Abstract: 

This research is functioned to investigate the relation between Achieved identity, Percieved child training methods and Hope quantity with Perceived stress in Sama high school girl students in Guilan. Research method was correlation and statistical population was all of the Sama high school girl students of Guilan (2348 persons).The sample group of this research were 120 girl students selected from Rasht, Bandar anzali and Lahidjan. The tools used for the research were Robinson’s Child training methods, Snyder’s Hope scale, Objective measure of ego identity status (OMEIS) and Cohen’s Perceived stress scale. For data processing, Multiple regression was used .Based on the result of research, There is a positive and relevant relation between Foreclosure identity and Perceived stress (p<0.01). The relation between Moratorium identity and perceived stress was positive and relevant (p<0.01). The relativity that exists between Diffused identity and Perceived stress is positive and relevant (p<0.01). The relationship between Achieved identity and Percieved stress is negative and relevant (p<0.01). The relation between Permissive and Authoritative scale in child training method and Percieved stress is positive and relevant (p<0.01). The relation between Authoritarian in child training method and Perceived stress is negative and relevant (p<0.01). The relation between Hope scale and Perceived stress is negative and relevant (p<0.01). Conclusion: There is a relation between Achieved identity, Perceived child training methods and Hope quantity with Perceived stress in Sama high school girl students in Guilan.
