Purpose: The purpose of this research was to model the structural equations of the dimensions and components of the Islamic Iranian architecture of the contemporary era of architecture (case sample, the shrine of Masoumeh 'Say'). Materials and Methods: The research method was descriptive correlational. The statistical population of this study consisted of all architectural professors that have had at least one Islamic architecture plan. In the case of census sampling, all the teachings designed in Islamic architecture were selected for 67 people for research. The research instrument consisted of 7 dimensions (perceptions in unity, moleness perception, sense of belonging to location, perception of immortality, perception of the purposefulness of the universe, perception of the existence of existence, valuable perception) and 252 components. Using experts and fan professors, content validity was provided. The validity of the questionnaire was obtained by Cronbach's alpha method 0. 93. To analyze the data, two levels of descriptive statistics (frequency, mean, percentage) and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov Smirnov test were used to determine the normalization of the variables of the studied variables, Pearson correlation test, structural equation model test). Findings: In general, the results of the research showed that between the nine dimensions (unity perception, the perception of value, the perception of the sense of belonging to the place, the perception of immortality, the perception of meaning, the perception of the universe, the perception of the purposefulness of the universe, the perception of reasonable life) and Improving the quality of Islamic architecture has been significantly correlated with the shrine of Masoumeh (Peace be upon her) at the level of P 50/0>. Conclusion: Also, the results of the research showed that the proposed model has been relatively favorable.
