Abstract: 

Necessity of entrepreneurship as a multidimensional concept in the discourse of new public management is considered. Public entrepreneurship improves accountability to citizens and public sector performance and can increase social capital. This paper explains the importance of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship in the public sector and it provides a model for growth of entrepreneurship in the public sector. In The first step, to provide model is used exploration-Comparative method (reviewing literature of entrepreneurship in the public and private sectors) and the second step, to confirm the components of model has been polled 15 entrepreneurial academic experts and 15 Public officers (Tehran Municipality).To extract the proportion degree of Schumpeter's conceptualization for public sector and important components was used the Mean Test. Results show that the synergistic relationship between the individual, organization and the environment (but not zero-sum relationship) leads to the growth of entrepreneurship in the public sector. These factors together in an interactive relationship can lead to entrepreneurship. So, whatever the amount is more common three elements, the development of entrepreneurship in the public sector is more likely. Ultimately, Entrepreneurship improves performance (citizen satisfaction).

Abstract: 

Nowadays, one of the most important components of the management is improvement and development of the organizational citizenship behaviors. Identifying and recognition of these behaviors are more important and useful for increasing organizational performance. In this paper, Meta analysis approach recognizes and explains the effective factors on the relationship between strain and organizational citizenship behaviors. The findings of the research indicate that the characteristics of the subject of study such as: researcher's attitude (theory), different measurement indexes of the strain and OCB influenced and modified this relationship. So that, different researcher's attitudes, different measurement indexes of the strain and OCB make different relations among strain and OCB.

Abstract: 

This study was an attempt to create a basis theory of martyred commanders leadership ritual, by using a qualitative method (grounded theory). Initially, the themes were extracted through open coding. Next, the categories were identified by the axial coding process. Subsequently, the main category, and its relationship with other categories was introduced. According to the results, "Osvegi" (orientation toward followership of Prophets and Imams) is the core of martyred commanders leadership, and this category emanates from obligations and specific strategies such as beliefs, soft Jihad, insight, hard Jihad, Enfagh (generosity) and martyrdom-seeking. the outcome of the current debate wiche resulted in the creation of a novel kind of leadership is "Witness Leadership". Finally the study introduced four key propositions wiche will be explicated in the paper.

Abstract: 

Organizations should give sense to individual and organizational life of employees and make a space for these aspects in their strategic plans. We can't understand the meaning of life just through logical and affective reasoning (logical and affective intelligence) but we need some thing beyond this, some thing that we call it Spiritual Intelligence. hence; this paper deals whit identifying and measuring Spiritual Intelligence components in work environment. The main question is which the major Spiritual Intelligence components in this research population are and how their priority with together is. The population of the research consists of managers and employees of the Labbafinejad Hospital. Random order sampling is used to determine the sample of this research. Data collection is done by in-person questionnaire. The method research is field-descriptive. Finding results indicate that there are fifteen Spiritual Intelligence components in population and their priority is different. Finally, according research findings, some suggestions are presented.

Abstract: 

E-loyalty refers to stable support of e-tail customers and trying to address the issue of loyalty in the electronic environment. This term, e-loyalty combines two areas of information technology in the Internet and the concept of loyalty in behavioral issues and addressing this expression requires attention simultaneously to both of those areas. The purpose of this study is to provide a useful model to identify factors influencing the formation of customer loyalty in the electronic stores. The model is presented by considering the theoretical principles of research and the view of professors and experts in customer relationship management (CRM) and the e-loyalty process is split to three phases by this model. The survey research has been done by using a questionnaire on a sample size of 276 and the population includes customers of e-tails in the computer business. Finally the research model was fitted by LISREL software and questions of research were examined then e-satisfaction, etrust and e-tail quality were identified as indicators of e-loyalty.

Abstract: 

The main objective of the present research is to investigate relationship between Managers Sources of Power and Personality characteristics of Entrepreneurship among staffs of Melli bank in the city of Zahedan. The statistically population of the research consists entire staffs of 32 branches of Melli bank in Zahedan, out of which 155 subjects were selected as a sample of research by cluster random sampling method. To collect related data two questionnaires were employed, first one to measure manager's source of power and the second questionnaire to measure Personality characteristics of Staff Entrepreneurship. Reliability obtained for questionnaires were a=.82 and a=.74 respectively. Descriptive and inferential techniques of statistic were used to analyses the collected data. Result of the research revealed that prevailing source of power among Melli bank managers from the staffs point of view and entrepreneurship characteristics were referent power and need for achievement respectively. Analyses of data showed that there were positive and significant relationship between source of reward and tolerance for ambiguity, risk taking, need for achievement and internal focus of control. The result also figured out that sources of expert and legitimate power with creativity and tolerance for ambiguity of staff, coercing power of managers with need for independence and referent power with creativity and need for achievement of staff have positive and significant relationship. Findings determined that the source of reward power of managers has highest role to predict personality characteristics of staff entrepreneurship.

Abstract: 

Today the strong relationship with customers is the most important factor in successfulness of any business. Hence, the concept of customer relationship management, which means the effort to create and deliver value to customers, has been highly considered. This study seeks to examine the factors affecting customer relationship management implementation in Insurance Corporates. To that end, the theoretical framework have been discussed first and after designing research questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been endorsed, data has been gleaned from the population, namely managers and experts of Insurance Corporates in the city of Shiraz. The study concluded that the four factors of key customer focus, knowledge management, modern technology and business process organizing affect successful implementation of customer relationship. In addition, it was determined that business process organizing needs more attention than other factors.
