This paper examines the relationship between social capital and organizational commitment among Tabriz Azad University employees using survey method. Statistical society of this research consisted all employees of Tabriz Azad University in which statistical sampling was calculated by the use of Kokaran formula including 250 people. For gathering the information, two questionnaires of Allen & Mayors’ organizational commitment and assessing the social capital of the researcher`s self-designed questionnaire were used. Both questionnaires had due validity and their constancies been respectively 0.77 and 0.90. After gathering information for data analysis, Pearson`s Correlational Test and T-Test were used. The results indicated that the ratio of organizational commitment was at average among the employees while the social capital was somewhat high. Among the three dimensions of the organizational commitment, affective commitment and continuous commitment had the maximum and minimum amount respectively. The results of correlation indicated that there was a meaningful direct relationship among the staff and there was also a meaningful direct relationship among the three dimensions of organizational commitment and social asset. Men`s organizational commitment and social capital were more than women. Also, the results obtained from different variables indicated that 22 percent of variable changes were determined as a criterion by the predetermined variables of the research.

One of the key goals of health system in each country is to maintain and improve the health and quality of life for all people in the community. To do this, providing the appropriate facilities for meeting the physical, mental, social health needs of human life at all stages is considered as the basic rights. Health is not just a biological subject, but social factors are also involved in determining the health status of the people. Many factors contribute to this situation such as social confidence, leisure time, feeling of hopelessness, religious beliefs and socio-economic status of individuals. Method of study is Survey and technique for collecting data was standardized questionnaire. Statistical Population includes Tabriz households who were 428,009. According to the formula for determining the sample size, 326 households were selected for Tabriz city. Sampling method was multi-stage cluster sampling method. The overall aim of this study was to determine the social factors associated with social health in Tabriz families. Results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between social health of Tabriz households and the mentioned variables.

This research studies different attitudes of Tabriz Azad university's urban and rural students toward social damages and problems and social factors associated with it. The statistical population includes the students in 1392 educational year. The volume of the sample was 429 using kokran formulas and variance of dependent variable (pretest). The sample has been selected randomly. After collecting the questionnaires, 400 of them were corporated in analyses. The results indicated that there is a meaningful relationship between the education of the parents, social fund, group belonging of urban and rural students and their attitudes toward social damages and issues of cities and villages but there were not any relationship between the gender, age, social and economic status and the use of social media of urban and rural students and their attitudes toward social damages and issues of the cities and villages

Agricultural sector plays a main role in strengthening economic basis of developing countries and the role of mechanized agriculture as well as attitude towards its services has been considered in planning and leading farmers to produce strategic products. In this regard, the present study titled "the evaluation of the amount of the villager's attitude towards mechanized agriculture and effective factors on it", in Tarom county, is performed. Statistical population in the current study is the villagers of Tarom County and the most of whom are farmers. Among the villages of this county which are more than100 villages (10 villages are in central center and 10 villages are in Chorzagh section), 20 villages and among this 20 villages (statistical population equals to 11000) a total population of 362 patients were randomly selected. The technique used in this study is survey and the instrument is questionnaire which includes 62 questions and its reliability based on Cronbach's alpha is 0.72. The data analyzed using spss software, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation test, and multivariate regression. The results show that that among personal characteristics (age, sex, education, family status, marital status, the quantity of acre) only (education) have a significant relationship with dependant variable and also there is a meaningful relationship between independent parameters (awareness, satisfaction of servicer) and dependent variable (attitude to mechanized agriculture). The hypotheses of study confirmed concluding that the majority of sample size have high attitude towards mechanized agricultural.

This research has been done to examine the factors related to the coherence of the relations among the members of cooperative companies and the effect of these factors on their function in Ardabil. The method of research was survey. The statistical population of the research consisted of the members of the companies of Ardabil that were 56275 (52705 were male and 3414 were female). 380 people were selected by the use of cluster sampling and Korjesy Morgan's table. Required data were collected through the researcher-made questionnaire for quantitative data and the intensive group discussion for qualitative data. The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and researchers and its consistency coefficient (0.93) was obtained with Cronbach. The data were analyzed by the use of group discussion method for qualitative method and inferential and descriptive statistical methods(sample t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and approach analysis).The results obtained from the group discussion indicated that the members of cooperative companies should be trained before establishing the companies and be employed in it with the related interest and expertise and all members should have agreement in their decisions and affairs to achieve a certain goal. The results obtained from t-test showed that the function of the members of companies is in better conditions. The results of Pearson's correlation coefficient indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between the factors related to the coherence of the relations among the members of cooperative companies and their function. Also, the results of approach analysis showed that among the factors affecting the function of the members, group membership, confidence and the coherence of relations have a direct effect on the function of members.

Growth of a community and prosperity depend on its human, material and social capitals and theses capitals need security, sense of security and safety. Health is the most fundamental component of the welfare of society and rather than medical investigations depend on social factors. In fact, social health is called to a kind of mental, social and individual health that according to Keynesian theory is based on five dimensions of social integration, acceptance, contribution, flourishment and cohesion which has important role in increasing security in the society. The concept of social capital due to its nature related to all issues and topics in human and social fields. According to these interactions, the purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between social capital and social health and social security. Accordingly, social capital is considered from two dimensions of cultural (types of trust) and structural (social participation) and also emotional and financial support of network. The method of the study is cross-sectional survey and the data were collected using questionnaire. The population was 375 households who were randomly selected by stratified sampling. The data were analyzed using SPSS, T-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results show that there is a meaningful relationship between all dimensions of social capital and social health. Also, there is a direct relationship between social capital and health and social security.

This article aims to find the relationship between the individual-social characteristics of the personnel and their job satisfaction. The statistical population consists of 380 staff members of mohaghegh Ardebili University, and the sample size is 202 which is taken by stratified random sampling. The data related to the individual-social characteristics have been gathered by using a researcher-devised questionnaire, and the questionnaire relating to the job satisfaction is of the standard type. The obtained results showed that there is a meaningful relationship between the variables of individual- social characteristics and job satisfaction (p<0.001). Among the studied variables, there is a stronger relationship between the variable of job experience and discrimination at work, and job satisfaction. Based on the obtained results and with regard to the coefficient and the intensity of the relationship between the individual-social characteristics and job satisfaction, some suggestions have been presented.

The purpose of this research is to study the effective factors on viral marketing and its effect on customers' purchasing behavior. The statistical population includes all customers of branches of Refah chain stores of East Azerbaijan province. The data provided randomly via questionnaire among 384 in a period of one year (90 to 91). To analyze the conceptual model of the research descriptive and inferential statistics were used with SPSS software. The results show that the mentioned tactics have positive and significant effect on viral marketing and customers' purchasing behavior in major retailing. Also, the most effective tactics on viral marketing and customers' purchasing behavior are offering the product and free of charge services.
