Abstract: 

Objective:The aim of this study was to determine the effect of 5E educational design pattern on the creativity of students on science lesson in sixth grade students,Methods:This quasi-experimental study followed by a pretes-postest design whit an experimental group and a control group,Statistical research community includes all elementary students in schools of the city''''''''s Shabestar,Two of the school were selected for the sample and were determined as the control group and the experimental group,Prior to the implementation of the independent variable,the amount of creativity of groups were measured using Torrance,Then the experimental group was taught through 5E Educational Design Pattern for eight sessions,After completion of the intervention sessions,so the post-test was conducted for both groups, Results:Results of a variance analysis showed that 5E instructional design pattern has been effective on creativity of students,001/0 ≥P),),Conclusion:Using 5E design pattern in science education increased the amount of creativity of the sixth grade students,

Abstract: 

Theory of Mind (mentalizing) is one of the most important skills for effective interpersonal relationships. In this respect, a great deal of investigations have studied how theory of mind can be enhanced across a range of methodological approaches. Moreover, stories have long been theorized to influence how we perceive our social world and our peers. Scholars have questioned whether exposure to stories can improve mentalizing. Considering how digital technology has drastically changed the way we communicate and the way we tell our stories, this study investigates the potential of digital storytelling medium for Theory of Mind enhancement. For this purpose, we review previous studies on stories and how they can evoke social processes such as Theory of Mind. We then suggest 3 principles that characterize how digital storytelling can work as a tool for Theory of Mind enhancement. Unlike traditional storytelling medium, digital storytelling can be a participatory medium for creative mind reading.

Abstract: 

Objective: The purpose of this research was to investigate the relation between the entrepreneurial personality traits of managers and the innovative behavior of the organization through critical thinking of managers in growth centers and technology units of Islamic Azad University using descriptive and correlational method at the level of organizational analysis. Methods: The statistical population of the managers of knowledge-based companies is the active base of these centers in 2018, of which 270 were reported. The sample size was calculated using 155 Morgan table and returned to 145 questionnaires. The Personality Characteristics Questionnaire of Entrepreneurs (2008), Ritz Thinking (2009) and Johnson's Innovative Behavior (2010) have been used to collect information. Data were analyzed using SPSS software (23 version) for structural equation modeling of PLS axis and Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, Pearson correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression, and structural equation modeling. Results: Results showed that with increasing critical thinking of managers, their entrepreneurial personality traits and innovative behavior increased. Also, the results indicated that there is a significant relationship between the entrepreneurial personality traits of managers and the organizational behavior through critical thinking of managers. Conclusion: The managers of the companies have tried to be more creative and use their knowledge and skills in new ways to achieve valuable results and to be aware of the complexities of the real issues; they are critical, and for reasoning and prediction positions that require reasoning are prepared so innovative behavior and entrepreneurial personality traits have increased in them.

Abstract: 

Background: Globalization and new information technologies provide benefits for organizations, however, it can be useful through transparent governance. Purpose: The main aim was to design a creative pattern of transparency with an emphasis on good governance in policymaker organizations. Methods: It was a mixed methodology in data type and fundamental research in terms of purpose. Qualitative data collection through Delphi interview questions was done, with targeted sampling and the statistical population of all senior managers, specialists, and policymakers (33 people). In the quantitative part, it was performed with all middle managers, executives, and organizational experts (432 people) through random stratified and cluster sampling by researcher-made survey questionnaires. The content validity and Cronbach alpha reliability were employed. Data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics including factor analysis, and structural equations. Findings: The results indicated that transparency was the most important dimension including, 2 components of objective and subjective value, 3 subcomponents, and 13 indicators. In organizations, people pay more attention to transparency as an objective value Conclusions: The findings presented a new pattern that results in good governance based on transparency. The managers' attitude is less sensitive to the subjective value of transparency. In policymaker organizations, people should pay more attention to the subjective value of transparency.

Abstract: 

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of family and university support in the creativity and risk taking of Master and PhD students at University of Birjand through mediation of life expectancy. Method: The research method was descriptive-correlational and the statistical population consisted of 3064 students of MSc and Ph. D. students at University of Birjand and 340 people by using simple random sampling and based on Morgan's table were selected. To measure the variables of family and university support, the Sherbourne and Stewart (1991) questionnaire, the creativity and frugality from Vatankhah and Rezaei Moghadam's (2015) the voluntary entrepreneurship questionnaire and life expectancy from Snyder's (1991) hope questionnaire were used. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts. The reliability coefficients of the questionnaires were assessed by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and 0. 99 for the support of the family, 0. 99 for the university support, 0. 60 for creativity and 0. 49 for risk taking, life expectancy was 0. 72. Data analysis was done at descriptive level (frequency, mean, standard deviation) and inferential level (Pearson correlation, analysis of variance, regression and structural equation modeling). Results: The results indicated that family and university support (information support) predict the creativity (Beta= 0. 738) and does not predict the risk taking with regard to the P-value. Family and university support (information support) predict the life expectancy (Beta= 0. 307). The life expectancy is predicting of creativity (Beta= 0. 212) and risk taking (Beta= 0. 400). Findings showed that life expectancy does not play a mediating role between family and university support with creativity and risk taking and the research model has a good fit. Decision making: According to the results, the family and university support (information support) has a direct and significant relationship with creativity, and (emotional support), there is a reverse and significant relationship with creativity. The family and university support do not have a significant relationship with risk taking. The results also indicate a direct and significant relationship between family and university support and life expectancy. The results also indicate a direct and significant relationship between the family and university support and life expectancy.

Abstract: 

Background: one of the most important sources of sustainable competencies in any system is its creative human resources and the level of progress of each society is related to its creativity. Subject: regarding the importance of the subject, the present study aims to study the impact of organizational virtue and its components on metacognitive creativity of high school teachers. Method: this research is applied in terms of its expected results and is descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the study, the teachers of high school girls in khoy and the tool for measuring variables, were two questionnaires: Standard Organizational Virtue Inventory (Cameron et al., 2004) and Torrance''s Creativity Measurement (1979). SPSS and PLS software were used for data processing and analysis. Findings: findings are show that at the 95% confidence level, the structural pattern of the research has a good fit. Conclusion: the results of the path analysis show that organizational virtue and its three components (optimism, trust and sympathy) have a direct, positive, and meaningful effect on the metacognitive creativity of teachers, however, the effect of two components of coherence and forgiveness on the metacognitive creativity of teachers was not statistically significant.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The present study aims to determine and investigate the effect of organizational learning on organizational innovation with moderating role of organization inertia in governmental organizations of province. The method of this research in terms of purpose have been practical that the required data were collected Using the questionnaire and a survey method. The statistical population of this research includes governmental organizations in Guilan province. The number of these organizations is about 80 organizations which 50 organizations were selected as sample. Analysis is at the organizational level. The spss and smart pls2 software are used for statistical analysis of collected data. The findings of this research showed that organizational learning has a significant effect (19. 759) on innovation And also organizational inertia has a moderating role (408/2) on the relationship between organizational learning and organizational innovation. The results indicated that organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on organizational innovation as well as on all dimensions of innovation (service, process, behavioral, and management). It also showed that organizational inertia has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between learning and innovation. The presence of organizational inertia decreases the impact of learning on innovation. The results also indicate that psychological inertia and sunk cost have a negative moderating effect and practical inertia have positive moderating impact on the relationship between learning and innovation in governmental organizations.

Abstract: 

Objective: The main purpose of this study is to identify open innovation components and providing a model for implementing open innovation in university. Method: The present study is a qualitative study which identified and extracted the components of open innovation by thematic analysis and in an inductive manner. The field of research was all open innovation articles and books in the period from 2007 to 2018. Thematic analysis is a method for recognizing, analyzing and reporting patterns in qualitative data. Thematic analysis is done in a variety of methods. In this research, the "Thematic Network" has been used. The validity of the research was approved by the referee by the audit method. To calculate reliability, coding is done by studying row to row of selected resources manually by two individuals individually. After coding, the results of these two coding are compared by the Holsti method. Results: After studying and selecting and coding the texts of articles related to open innovation, 54 basic themes were extracted from different sections of the articles. From these basic themes, 10 organizing themes and finally 3 global themes of “ organizational factors” and “ customer factors” and “ relation factors” were extracted. Conclusions: Based on the results of thematic analysis and identifying the components of open innovation, a model for implementing open innovation in the university was presented that this model categorized influential components on the implementation of open innovation in the university in three groups of factors associated with the organization and organizational structure of the university, Factors related to university customers and factors related to the internal and external communication of the university.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between teacher's class management style and students' creativity through mediation of psychological well-being among high school students. The research method was descriptive (non-experimental) and design was a correlation type design. The statistical population of the study is all female high school students in Chahardangeh (about 1100) and their teachers (about 130 people) in the academic year of 1966-97. Among the statistical population, a sample of 285 students for students and 97 individuals for teachers was selected and a simple random sampling method was used based on the list of names of teachers and students. The data gathering tool was Abedi's Creator Questionnaire (1363), Reif's Psychological Well-Being Questionnaire (2002), and Hui's Classroom Style Management Questionnaire (2000). First, after coordinating with the education authorities of Chardenghe city and providing necessary licenses, then coordinating with high school principals and giving explanations to authorities and students about how to do research and how to complete the questionnaires, teachers of the classroom management style questionnaire Hui, 2000) and students completed the questionnaire of creativity (2000) and the psychological well-being questionnaire (Reif, 2002). Finally, data analysis was performed. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics of mean and variance and inferential statistics of Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis were used. To accelerate the results, the spss and LISREL software were used. Results showed that there is a relationship between the style of teacher class management and students' creativity by mediating the psychological well-being of high school students.
