Abstract: 

Background: Recent developments in leadership theories, trend to neo-charismatic and transformational leadership from charismatic leadership perspective. This new tendency of leadership empowers the followers of their own independent performance.Objective: The main objective of this research was to study the relationship between transformational leadership style and employees' creativity in the state organizations of Neyriz town.Method: The study population included all 600 employees of the state organizations of Neyriz town. The statistical sample was 188 people, who were selected randomly using Kocran's formula. The research instruments were a) the multifactor leadership questionnaire (MLQ), and b) Bass and Avolio and Rendsipp creativity questionnaire. The data were analyzed in terms of descriptive and inferential statistics indexes.Result: The results showed that transformational leadership has a significant and positive relationship with employees' creativity. Transformational leadership style that included idealized influence (attributed), idealized influence (behavioral), inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration have significant and positive relationship with the employees' creativity.Conclusion: The transformational leadership style had a significant and positive relationship with employees' creativity. That is, with increasing transformational leadership styles, the creativity of employees increased. This finding indicates the relationship between transformational leadership and creativity of employees in governmental organizations of Neyriz town and also indicates that transformational leadership that led to staff being more creative.

Abstract: 

Background: Intellectual capital could be an important component in organizational innovation. Thus, take this to into account in the case of Toseeh Insurance Company is our intend.Objective: This study aims to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational innovation, and also to determine relative contribution of each dimension of intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital, and customer capital) for anticipating organizational innovation.Method: Statistical population consisted all experts of Toseeh insurance company. 98 persons were selected with random sampling method. Two questionnaires were used to collect data: 1) Bontis’s intellectual capital questionnaire (1998), with reliability of Corronbach’s Alpha of (0.84), and 2) innovation questionnaire with reliability of Corronbach’s alpha of (0.89). To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential methods such as, coefficient of correlation (r) and stepwise regression coefficient (R), were used.Result: The findings are summarized as follows: 1) there is a positive relationship between intellectual capital and innovation. 2) there is a positive relationship between dimensions of intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital, and customer capital) and innovation. 3) in general, factors of intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital, and customer capital) can anticipate innovation. However, findings showed that structural capital was not considered as a strong predictor for innovation.Conclusion: These findings and their implications are fully discussed in this paper.

Abstract: 

Background: Nowadays, training creative and innovative students in universities and educational institutions is very important and identifying the thinking styles of people is one of the key factors to making creativity and recognizing creative people.Objective: The main purpose of this research was studying the role of thinking styles in creativity of agricultural students.Method: Statistical population consisted of all final year agricultural students in bachelor degree of Razi university of Kermanshah province (N=275). Using Stratified random sampling 147 students was chosen. The main instrument in this study was questionnaire which its validity was confirmed by the panel of experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient (a>0.7). Data was analyzed in two parts: descriptive and inferential statistics by SPSSwin18 software.Result: Results of means comparison showed that significant difference between thinking styles of students based on gender. Results of correlation analysis showed that positive and significant relationship between thinking styles with creativity. Also, results of multiple regression analysis using Enter method indicate that 66.3 percent of the variance of the creativity is explained by their thinking styles.Conclusion: These results have some implications in creativity which will be discussed fully in this paper.

Abstract: 

Background: Increasing the children's creativity is so important in their future and the relationship between mothers and children is effective on children's creativity.Objective: This semi experimental study aims to investigate the effect of mother's training by Transactional Analysis on increasing of children' s creativity.Method: Population of this study comprised all mothers who had came to cultural centers of musicality of Tehran. Then, 40 people selected through the random sampling and 26 mothers who have participated in this study, and they randomly divided into two groups (one experimental and one control group). The Torrance test of creative thinking, as a pre-test, was taken from all children who their mothers were participated in this research. Then experimental group was trained for 10 sessions by Transactional Analysis. At the end, the Torrance test of creative thinking as a post-test was taken from all children.Result: The results of the covariance method showed significant increasing on children's flexibility, innovation and extension factors in experimental group compared with the control group (p<0.005). The results also showed significant increasing on children's fluency in experimental group compared with the control group (p<0.001). Finally, we found that Transactional Analysis is effective on increasing the children's creativity.Conclusion: These findings will be discussed in terms of their important effect and implications in increasing children's creativity.

Abstract: 

Background: Intelligence and creativity are two very important components of human intellectual abilities. So, to study and explain the relation of these two elements are the researchers intend.Objective: The main purpose of the current study was to find out the relationship between intelligence and creativity and to explain this relation through elementary cognitive factor (information processing speed).Method: A total of 418 students of Tehran human science faculties responded to the research instruments. The research instruments were: a) the sub-scales of Wechsler adult intelligence test (WAIS-R), b) Divergent thinking tests, c) Zahlen-Verbindungs-Test (ZVT,) and d) Coding Test (KDT). Structural equations model to examine the assumed model of the relationships among these variables were developed based on the research literature, were used.Result: The result indicated that, when this relationship investigates through latent variable analysis, the relationship boosts compared with it analyzed through observed variable. Another result of the study was the importance of information processing speed as a second-order factor in explaining the intelligence-creativity relation. In other words, processing speed is elementary cognitive ability that affects both intelligence and creativity simultaneously, and the indirect effect of processing speed on creativity was more than direct effect, in other word, intelligence mediated the processing speed and creativity relation.Conclusion: The results are explained in terms of their importance and possible applied aspects.

Abstract: 

Background: cultural creative industries may have a crucial role in promotion of cultural capital in Iran. So, it would be necessary and worthy of paying attention to this issue.Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between cultural creative industries and promotion of cultural capital in Iran.Method: The sample included 350 people of senior executives and experts in cultural organizations in Broadcasting organizations, Education, Organization of Islamic Culture and Guidance, Culture and Islamic Communication, Cultural and Social Committee and the National Security Council, the Governor's Office of Cultural and Islamic universities in 31 provinces. The clusters were selected through random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires that were standardized through cultural experts and its reliability by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient (8.0) was confirmed. The data analysis was performed using statistical correlation and regression.Results: The results suggested that, between cultural creative industry and cultural promotion in the Iranian capital, there is a significant positive correlation and components can be properly trained to predict the promotion of cultural capital in Iran. The findings showed that, 55% of creative and cultural industries can promote changes in the cultural capital of the state and 18% of the favorable conditions to explain and predict.Conclusion: These findings reveal the ways planners can fulfill the promotion of cultural policy in the country.

Abstract: 

Background: The social capital of employees is seen as a crucial element in their performance and creativity as well. Although many investigations have been done in this regard, the case of Kaveh Industrial Estate Employees are however studied here.Objective: The aim of the present study was to investigate the impact of social capital of employees on their creativity in the foundry industry of Iran, the case of Kaveh Industrial Estate.Method: All the employees of Kaveh Industrial Estate (110 people) contained the study population and the researchers used the table of sample size determination developed by Morgan and also random sampling to choose 87 people as our sample size. The present study in its nature is an applied research which is of the exploratory survey type regarding its data collection approach, and is considered as a quantitative research regarding the type of the collected data. Then Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) procedure for analyzing our conceptual model with SMART PLS 2.0 in two sections of SEM: measurement model and structural model. In the first section, technical features of questionnaire were investigated with index reliability, convergent validity and discriminate validity. About second section, structural coefficients were used to examine the hypothesizes.Result: The results indicated the positive and significant impact of social capital on employee creativity in Foundry Industry of Iran.Conclusion: The results are discussed in terms of their importance and implications.
