In our new world situation, independence of societies, more than ever lays on finding new ways toward development. Since information technology can’t any more be regarded as an advantage, the importance of human resources as a potential capital capable of facing with national and international problems, seems to be vital? For encouraging innovations, initial steps toward freedom of thought and the so-called "software movement" has been started. But what is necessary is a continuing and progressive movement. Paying special attention to this issue thus needs appropriate educational policy in higher education. Unfortunately, our present economical situation, the phenomenon of educational impurities in universities, and the problem of "brain drain", are not good symptoms when evaluating the status of science .Scientific and academic norms in society are potentially vulnerable at present time and universities, more than anything, look like agencies just for producing academic degrees. Because of vulnerability of status and value of science, the higher education system in our country has been damaged. Moreover, without motivated students for learning, adequate output for satisfying development demands is not achievable. Higher education is in crisis. This article tries to show the limitations and problems in front of development plans in higher education and suggests operational solutions for improving the spirit if innovation and entrepreneur through Attitude Reengineering in universities.

This study investigated the effects of creativity training to teachers on growth of children's creativity. The method was quasi-experimental that was conducted by form B visual creativity Torrance test. The experimental group consisted of students of teachers who were organized by Sama, a 24-hour period, creativity training, and Control group, were students of those teachers who were not seen any creativity training. Survey data, evaluated by the two independent t groups, and comparison of the mean showed significant difference at 99% confidence level at all research hypotheses. It means by 99% confidence, creativity growth of children in first grade of primary schools in Khorasan province in the academic year 88-89 that trained by teachers who had creativity training is greater than those children that their teachers hadn't any creativity training and this difference is statistically significant.

In this paper, first of all, the meaning of creativity is taken into consideration by reviewing the historical events.  Then, different definitions of the word culture are analyzed using the experts' points of view. After that, the various definitions of the word creativity are reviewed by paying attention to experts' and thinkers' opinions. The next subject that is creativity development is also elaborated in this paper.  In order to construct a building, first, the pillars should be established. Also, for explaining each phenomenon, some principles should be posed first, and the discussion should be based on these posed principles. In this paper, six central principles are mentioned under the title of the principles of creativity. Then, the ways through which the culture of creativity can be established in the society are discussed. The last part of the paper is devoted to the conclusion.

Bowlby has defined attachment as man’s desire to make strong emotional bonds with a special person. Attachment theory has been founded to explain the key aspect of behavior, work and love. Normal exploratory behavior which is one of the characteristics of people having secure attachment, gives the necessary flexibility to the secure person for learning experience. The most important characteristic of man’s thinking is his creativity that makes it possible for him to invent characteristics of creative people is of great notice to the researchers who investigate into creativity fields. Interest in art and scientific issues, curiosity and independence are some of their characteristics. The research aims to investigate and compare attachment styles and creativity among male and female university students. The statistical population includes the freshmen of Payame Noor University of abarkouh (28 females and 28 males) who answered Collins & Read's (1990) questionnaire of attachment style and Abedi questionnaire of creativity. Analysis findings showed there is no meaningful difference between attachment styles of male and female students, but there is a meaningful difference between creativity degree of the two groups and between attachment style of ambivalent\ anxiety and creativity among males and females. Also, analysis findings in this research based on regression analysis showed that avoidance style of attachment anticipates creativity degree.

In developing countries need to provide some new and effective strategies to improve teaching and learning processes. The purpose of these educational institutions is preparing teachers and students and educating them to effectively participate in future classes. Today’s traditional classroom courses unlike last will be equipped devices such as data projectors and playback devices that have audio and video content. Words such as electronic banking, electronic government, electronic books and electronic mail, electronic learning, virtual universities, distance learning, electronic journals and electronic library to be heard everywhere. Today e-learning tools include: web browsers, web writing, the e-mail, virtual world tools, mobile learning, podcast, etc, among these blogs as one of the most popular and powerful tools for e-learning environment currently is shaping educational, political, social, cultural and man today. Blog technology is more user-friendly day to day and popular due to its ease in creating and managing a blog. Many bloggers, teachers, writers and Authors, and even students use blogs to exchange knowledge and scientific achievements and their research and even released a platform for expressing personal opinions. Today, classrooms in developed countries and developing extensive use of blogs have become a necessity. Through blogs, Parents will be notified curriculum issues and even his attendance students. In this paper we survey the importance and application of various blogs as an educational tool in modern educational systems.

This research was conducted with the objective of examining the effect of three methods of creativity thinking (brainstorming, scamper and synectics) on creativity development among first grade guidance school students in. Method: statistical population of this study were all first grade guidance school students in Sardrood township. Present study was a pretest-posttest quasi - experimental design with control group. Four classes of first grade guidance school students (including 70 male students that all wer boy) were standed in 4 groups (brainstorming, scamper, synectics and control group) by using cluster sampling. In order to measure the dependent variable, namely creativity, Abedi (1372) Test of Creative Thinking was used. Results: The results revealed differences between pretest and posttest scores of brainstorming and scamper groups with control group. But these differences were significant between brainstorming and control group only (p<0.05).  Conclusion: Regardless of the results, brainstorming technique training can lead to an increase in students creativity.

Widespread use of computers and necessary creativity and its impact on student self-efficacy is an important factor in student success. The purpose of this study the relationship between creativity and efficacy of computer technology in teaching undergraduate courses are Tabatabai University. Statistical Society, undergraduate students, day and night courses in educational technology, School of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Allameh Tabatabai University are required to study the statistical sample of 159 university students Allameh, who were selected using cluster sampling were available. Used in this test Abedi creativity and self-efficacy questionnaire scale computer Murphy, cover, Owen and that the correlation method was applied. The findings showed that 1. Between creativity and computer self-efficacy, there is a meaningful relationship, 2. Fluid and there are significant relationships among computer self efficacy (3). There is a significant relationship between computer self-efficacy and Initiative, 4. Between flexibility and computer self-efficacy there is a significant relationship, 5 There is a significant relationship between Expansion and computer self-efficacy, 6. There is no significant difference between girls and boys about rate of creativity and computer self-efficacy, 7. In this semester students of higher education of students is lower. The results of this study indicate that in different parts of the relationship between creativity and computer self-efficacy was also observed that in this case there is no significant difference between male and female students.
