Abstract: 

Logic process in which the mind of a proposition or judgment, careful and regular communication establishes a link between them, the result is achieved. The aim of this study was to examine the factor structure of the scale logic for Students Proportional to the logic of Iran culture. The test in 2005 by Anna Thomson To determine the size and amount of logical argument is made. Content validity by professors of psychology and Consultation approval. Then, by using sampling Available, A sample of 200 students who received PNU Bukan Center. After collection, the question of appropriate statistical methods to analyze and rate the content validity and construct validity, factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha coefficients of internal consistency and reliability of the method used. Based on the results of exploratory factor analysis, two factors were extracted logic, numbers and logic judgment. Cronbach's alpha coefficients for the components of the test in order for logical reasoning, judgment 0.83 and argue the numbers 0.87 is. The results indicate that the test has high reliability and validity.

Abstract: 

In this study, cluster analysis as a descriptive data mining method for using in educational and psychological studies is presented. Grouping data in previous studies in these areas is done by median, mean, and range which has several weaknesses and limitations. Therefore, cluster analysis as an alternative method which has several applications in quantitative and mixed method studies is introduced. To achieve this, cluster analysis and steps for conducting cluster analysis (i.e., deciding on clustering variables, clustering procedure, selecting measure of similarity/dissimilarity, choosing clustering algorithm, deciding on the number of clusters, and validating and interpreting the cluster solution) are presented and illustrated by a sample data related to psychology of learning mathematics in order to familiarize researchers with this methods and also finding new results in this area. Obtained results indicate that cluster analysis can be used for investigating relationships between variables in quantitative research and finding potential candidates for interviewing in mixed method studies.

Abstract: 

The aim of this research was investigate the effectiveness of group counseling emphasizing the effect of solution- focused therapy on subscales general health recovery in high school single parent male high school students in Torbat H. city. The study population included students enrolled in high schools and one parent of normal schools in the city Torbat the 91-92 school years. Firstly, 2 high schools selected cluster sampling and 30 single parent maleparticipants were randomly assigned into experimental and control groups (each group comprising 15 students). The participants in the experimental group received Method of solution-focused group counseling 7 sessions. Data in this research has been Article 28 of the General Health Questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using independent T. and Manova. The results showed that group counseling is to increase general health and general health factors (depression, anxiety) have had a significant impact and on (social withdrawal, somatic symptoms) is not significant.

Abstract: 

The study aimed to check mediating role of Religious orientation for parenting styles and their meaning of life in junior high school students in Shiraz. The sample of this study consisted of 271 junior high school students in Shiraz (138 girls and 133 boys) that was selected by the method of sampling multistage cluster. The questionnaire for the study of parenting styles parents, and the meaning of life and the religious orientation inventory were used. In order to analyze the raw data the statistical methods were used. The study showed that 41% of variance of meaning of life is predicted with Religious orientation and parenting style. In sum, the results revealed that Religious orientation for parenting styles and their meaning of life has a signification role.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to explain the Medition role of job stress in the relationship between psychological capitaland personnels Performance of Gachsaran oil and gas company operating in Dashtgaz. Due to the nature and objectives, this research is Nazari type and the correlation method is used for its implementation. The population of study included 300 employees of Gachsaran oil and gas company which is engaged in years 92-91. In this study, random sampling was used. In this research and sample size was 169 with using Krejcie and Morgan, s table. Data is collected from the three questionnaires: 1- Astaynmtz job questionnaire, 2- job performance questionnaire of Patterson and 3- Inventory psychological capital by Luthans et al that the validity and reliability have been confirmed. The results showed that there is a significant negative correlation between job stress and job performance, and there is a significant positive relationship between psychological capital and job performance. The findings also showed that The mediating role of job stress in the relationship between psychological capital and job performance plays and reduces the effects of psychological capital on job performance.

Abstract: 

The main goal of this research was to study the effectiveness of time management skills training on students procrastination. Therefore, a sample consisting of 70 students were chosen based on a multi-stage cluster random sampling from among all high school students in the city of Tabriz and were assigned randomly in experimental (n=35) and control groups (n=35). In the next phase, Takman procrastination questionnaire (pre-test) were administered in both groups (experimental and control). Then, the experimental group received 10 sessions of 2 hours of time management skills. After the sessions, procrastination questionnaire (post-test) was again evaluated in both groups and the data were analyzed by ANOVA analysis. The results indicate that learning time management skills reduces procrastination of the students. The results imply that During the school year, most students do not have any plan to manage their study time and this causes the deterioration and failure, leading to a decrease in feelings of self-efficacy and neglecting in academic performance of students. Therefore it is necessary to teach them manage their time with more emphasis and the institutionalize time management in them.

Abstract: 

This research was conducted with the aim of studying the role of belief in a just and an unjust world in connection between job stress and exhaustion with unethical behaviors. Previous research evidences showed that, belief in a just world moderates the effects of stress on individuals. This research is a co-relational research. Research statistical population was the employees of a public sector company in spring and summer of 1389. Among these statistical population, 287 persons were selected using convenience sampling. Research instruments were belief in a just world questionnaire with 7 items, belief in an unjust world with 4 items, job stress with 5 items, job exhaustion with 4 items and unethical behaviors with 4 items. Data were analyzed with the use of moderated hierarchical regression analysis. Results of hierarchical regression analysis revealed that, belief in a just world moderates the relationship between job stresses with unethical behaviors. That is, when belief in a just world is low, increase in job stress, result in increase of unethical behaviors. On the basis of current research findings, with reinforce belief in a just world; we could be prevent connection between job stress and unethical behaviors.
